I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Liguria

23/06/2025: Non voglio fare una recensione suggestiva ma onesta per cui, a chi legge, vorrei chiedere: quanto pensi di dover pagare due piatti di trofie col pesto, una bottiglia d'acqua, due calici di vino locale e due caffè? Datti una risposta e poi pensa che noi abbiamo pagato 60€. Ora, archiviata la questione economica (che credo giustifichi ampiamente il titolo della recensione), passiamo a quella gastronomica. La pasta era buona. Per essere precisa, come quella che farei a casa ma mettendoci la metà del pesto. Con la sincerità che ha contraddistinto sinora questo feedback, va detto che il servizio è stato celere e cortese. La cameriera (che non so se sia anche la proprietaria) è stata gentilissima, non invadente, ci ha consigliato il vino in modo simpatico e cordiale. Le consiglio di fare un'esame di coscienza e rivedere i prezzi (nel caso in cui fosse la titolare) oppure di aprire un locale suo (nel caso in cui fosse una dipendente) perché ci sa fare! Nonostante ciò, il verdetto è chiaro: locale assolutamente sconsigliato.

19/06/2025: Déjeuner en dehors des heures de repas ! Très sympa petit restaurant et patronne. Salade lasagne pâtes Pesto, tout était super bon ! Trop en quantité ! Une bonne adresse

08/10/2025: Lovely rural experience. The family was involved and the son makes the best Limonata I have ever tasted in my life.

22/08/2025: I didn't use the rooms, but I did use the restaurant. The raw materials were of questionable quality, and some of the preparations were unsavory. I would have served the fried shrimp with the intestines removed. The tempura didn't meet my expectations. The artisanal ice cream was very good.

06/10/2025: We went to the Bistro del Bastione in La Spezia as a group (four adults and four children) and were unfortunately very disappointed. We only ordered pizza and spaghetti and had to wait over an hour for the food. When we asked, we were always told simply that it was "currently being prepared," but without any further information. There was no apology for the long wait. In addition, the dishes were served at staggered times, so some were almost ready while others had nothing on their tables. The service overall also left a lot to be desired: No one asked if the food was tasty or if we wanted anything else (e.g., drinks). We consistently felt like no one was really paying attention to us. Unfortunately, the food didn't impress us either. The spaghetti carbonara was cooked much too hot, which made it taste more like scrambled eggs with pasta than a creamy carbonara. Overall, it lacked flavor and quality. We therefore unfortunately cannot recommend the bistro – neither for families with children nor for guests who are short on time. For us, it was a very time-consuming and, unfortunately, disappointing experience.

08/11/2025: Everything was truly delicious: the lamb tagine with prunes, the vegetarian dish with falafel, red bean cream, chickpea and eggplant hummus; the rose-scented desserts and the Turkish coffee. The staff were very friendly, the prices were reasonable, and it was just steps from the center. What more could you ask for?

06/08/2025: Cena super da Alfredo a Varazze: vista mare pazzesca, atmosfera elegante ma rilassata. Ogni piatto una vera bomba, da chiudere gli occhi e goderselo. Marina semplicemente perfetta: sa tutto, ti guida senza mai essere invadente ed ogni piatto diventa un’esperienza. Un posto VERO, tutto fatto per bene. Torneremo di sicuro per assaggiare tutti gli altri piatti del menù. ♥️ BRAVI!!!

25/07/2025: Ristorante chic con personale professionale e attento. Piatti all’altezza. Location vista porto di Varazze, davvero suggestiva. Consigliato.

16/10/2025: A pleasantly retro place The wild boar and polenta were delicious, if not delicious. The hostesses were very friendly and kind.

01/09/2025: A charming trattoria with a pine forest outside. You can get simple, often fried, local dishes at fair prices, and friendly service. Highly recommended!

05/12/2025: The timetable says it closes at 7:00 PM. I went at 4:40 PM, needing a bus ticket, which I couldn't use since I only had a credit card. The girl at the bar was about to close, and even though we'd only asked for a bus ticket, she refused (she also responded rudely, in an arrogant voice, saying we had to bring cash). I REPEAT THAT IT SAYS ONLINE THAT IT CLOSES AT 7:00 PM, AND THIS IS THE ONLY BAR THAT SELLS TICKETS IN PIAZZA DEL POPOLO.

11/10/2025: Nestled within this beautiful and characteristic square, it could stand out. Instead... the Moroccan food and coffee are decidedly unmemorable.

23/10/2025: The owner just doesn't know how to deal with customers. Unlike the team, who are very nice and courteous. Take it easy.

22/10/2025: Great place on the marina to have a coffee and people watch! Staff were really nice, and coffee was absolutely fantastic. Really relaxing, chilled and friendly atmosphere.

27/11/2025: One spritz, one incorrect, two cones of fried anchovies. The cocktails were average. Of the two anchovy cones, one arrived hot, the other cold and rubbery. How could you even think of serving two such different things, one normal and one terrible, at the same table?

17/09/2025: Beautiful place to enjoy the view of the Ligurian Sea

12/08/2025: Mr. Massimo, the host, immediately gives the impression of a typical Ligurian, reserved and reserved. This isn't the case; little by little, the conversation begins, and it becomes clear that he's interested in the essentials. Discretion is a shared value. That said, the establishment is tidy, very clean, and equipped with a pleasant patio. We stopped for lunch once and were served with courtesy and promptness. We'll be back again in September: a sign that La Palma is an excellent reference in the Noli area.

30/08/2025: We looked for a parasol and two loungers and were turned away, even though more than half of the loungers were still free. The reason was probably because we were tourists and didn't speak Italian. The restaurant didn't look particularly inviting either. The tables were dirty and the staff was unfriendly.

29/08/2025: We were staying at the Mare Hotel and were looking for a relatively inexpensive restaurant nearby. The Bagnasciuga bar restaurant is simple, with only three dishes to choose from: two different spaghetti dishes and a chicken schnitzel with fries. The service was friendly and quick. The food was very good.

09/11/2025: Unfair low rating (well, for the food which is fresh and delicious!), mostly reflecting a minimalist conception of service. Too bad..

26/10/2025: This place is very appealing with an updated and cozy interior (they did have great seating outside but it was too chilly). We ordered the spaghetti with a mixture of shellfish and it was delicious!! The bread was like sourdough bread and great for dipping or shopping up your sauce. The service was attentive and friendly, we will be back.

16/09/2025: Everything was excellent. The staff was very friendly. I will repeat it every time I return to Borghetto.

06/08/2025: Un format che si conferma nel tempo. Akcune eccellenze: branda, primo astice/granchio, dolce al cocco. Confermo alcune recensione a riguardo del poco mordente di alcuni piatti. Servizio Gentile ed Empatico, peccato la lunga attes e l averci involontariamente dimenticati in spoaggi. Prezzo in linea con le proposte.

31/07/2025: Personale educato e disponibile, velocità nel servizio, locale bello, peccato il cibo: lascia a desiderare. Non credo di ritornare.

10/11/2025: We had breakfast on the terrace overlooking the beach. Good coffee, but the croissants and pain au chocolat were very average. Inexpensive.

09/11/2025: Horrible! First time we haven't checked the ratings, and we should have done so before! We waited over an hour without receiving any consideration from the staff, only to receive our main course before we even had our aperitif. We refused the plates and left. It's a complete mess here, and they're huge plates with nothing on them. We absolutely do not recommend it.
