15/04/2025: I would like to start by saying that I have never written a negative review of any service received anywhere, but today I find myself forced to review a well-known Genoese pastry shop (Panarello in via Caprera) as having bought a cake, specifically a tart with custard and wild strawberries, on the 14th and immediately placed it in the fridge so as to taste it the following day... or today... to my amazement, however, I found the cream completely soured and moldy in the strawberries.. Sure of the high quality of the pastry shop as well as the professionalism, I went to the shop exclusively to report what had happened, not looking for a refund or anything else but I repeat exclusively to report what had happened. The response was "it's impossible he didn't put it in the fridge"... in a very annoyed way... I don't want to say anything else, there could certainly be a mistake, but this response from my point of view it had to be shared.

01/04/2025: Excellent location; food also; prices a little high. The most unpleasant and disconcerting thing is that the service people do not greet you when you enter, they continue to do something else and you don't know if they have seen you and that they often talk about other things among themselves: decidedly unprofessional and not at all welcoming.

The prices charged by Mr. Rana are on a par with the DA ANTONIO restaurant in Portovenere with the clear difference that in Portovenere you are served by the sea. Think about it my dears....

25/04/2025: Mi spiace, è difficile che dia recensioni negative, ma: polpo duro, linguine alle vongole che sembrano bollite, cozze ché definirle salate è poco, unica cosa decente la frittura, che, comunque, della paranza, non ha nulla, chiamatela di totani e gamberi con 2 acciughe. 04/05/2025: Spectacular fish. Small tables overlooking the sea, mismatched cutlery and don't be difficult because eating well is the only right prerequisite. Absolutely the best reason to stop in Bergeggi. Places like this are good for the heart. Reservations are necessary as it is always full

30/04/2025: I would have liked to put 0 but it's not possible. A terrible place. I like Spartan places but this is a dump. The filth of the owners who I think haven't had a shower since the 80s, the rudeness, the filth of the kitchen and of the whole place in general, not to mention the dilapidated bathroom separated by a sheet of metal from the tables (so you can hear the toilet flushing all the time). Nothing special food and very high prices. The only positive thing is the location.

02/12/2024: Sympathy take me away. I've been there twice and each time they chased me, telling me, in front of everyone, that I hadn't paid, only to then realize that they were wrong. Furthermore, very poor quality-price ratio. They even forced my son to deflate his small dinghy because it wasn't "branded". Ridiculous!

24/04/2025: €12 a buffalo mozzarella and sausage or a margherita with buffalo mozzarella and sausage, so the margherita base costs €8?😂 Madness. Completely burnt crust, pizza quite small and also dripping.

04/01/2025: Capodanno per me è casa mia e amici. Mi ravvedo, mi fanno conoscere questo locale e passo una gradevole serata. Menu alla carta, carne di livello e carta dei vini allineata. Musica dal vivo , servizio attento ed ambiente. Il tutto diretto dal capitano del team, Francesca, attenta ai dettagli. Da tornarci certamente, provando anche l ospitalità delle camere dopo una fiorentina ed un nebbiolino.

12/11/2024: E niente…. Sempre una super recensione.. dove stavolta azzecco il nome però 😅… Francesca e Ruben sempre fantastici… la loro carne e le loro pizze gourmet FORMIDABILI!!!! La gentilezza e la simpatica del personale è unica. Il servizio, beh, bisogna aspettare se vuoi il cibo buono e fatto bene!!! Ragazzi, siete i nostri preferiti, uno dei pochi posti dove mia figlia Sofia mangia tutto!!!! Poi c’è anche la piccola Sole, di una gentilezza e simpatia unica ♥️♥️
