23/09/2025: Terrible place!! I went in to politely ask to use the bathroom, they told me that a drink was mandatory, so I got a glass of water. As soon as I left, I wanted to use the hand dryer and noticed that it worked, but there was no paper. I reported this, and not only was my card denied, but I was also rudely told off, accusing me of spending so little, with rather ridiculous excuses! Stay away from these stingy and dishonest people!

30/07/2025: Super nice, she agreed to let us have dinner when the kitchen closed and even offered us a dessert sold in the window, the waitress is really very very nice, I highly recommend her 👍👍👍👍👍

02/10/2025: And to think that it used to be a pretty high-end restaurant... we went there one evening... there was no one there, and that already alarmed us... we ordered a pizza (good food, but nothing spectacular), and a plate of spaghetti with clams (it felt like we were eating pasta with oil). Embarrassing, to say the least...

14/09/2025: 1 month ago we had a terrible meal, the bill was too high, maybe the chef had run away... Afterwards we went to eat a sandwich.

25/08/2025: Not reccomended, you can hear yelling from kitchen, staff is mistreated, saw food getting picked up from floor by owner when i went to the toilet, food isn't very good, just near the port for tourists, didn't recieve bill, nightmare, wrong oders delivered, and pasta that should have been yellow came out white, bathroom disgustingly dirty

24/08/2025: Costa del Sert. They were yelling in the kitchen, and the owner was even swearing at the staff. The waiter was definitely in trouble, or at least pretty out of sync. The recycling bins were inside, clearly visible when going to the bathroom (top quality). The pizzas were raw, the dough was white. We left everything behind. Never ever again! No point in talking about service, etc. Nightmare kitchen. We strongly advise against it!

04/09/2025: Absolutely avoid! While volunteers are busy collecting trash from the beach and water, the owners of this place dump it directly into the sea. A total disgrace, these people have no respect for the environment or their customers. Disgusting!

13/08/2025: "A wonderful experience at Bagni Molo in Rapallo! The location is well-kept, clean, and well-organized. The staff is kind, welcoming, and always available to meet customer needs. We come often and feel right at home."

05/09/2025: Pitiful. We introduce ourselves politely, ask for a table for two: the red-haired waitress curtly says, "Wait outside," without even a hello. Fine, we wait... thirty seconds. And then, an elderly couple comes up behind us, asks for a table, and presto, magic: they're immediately found a seat. Us? Invisible, swept aside as if we didn't exist. A real comedy, except it's pathetic. Such a lack of consideration and such a mockery is unheard of. Result: an immediate U-turn. Losing customers because of such arrogance and incompetence, hats off!

20/08/2025: I do not recommend this restaurant, which doesn't even deserve to be called that. The €15 menu didn't include anything listed on it. We ordered spaghetti with shrimp, but there were no shrimp on our plates. I asked the waitress about it, and she replied, "I told you it was shrimp sauce." This was completely false. The sauce was industrial, tasteless, and there was no choice of desserts, just three types of industrial pies. Finally, €2 per person was added to the bill. This wasn't listed on the menu, even though it's mandatory. In short, a total disappointment!!!! This restaurant deserves a visit from the financial authorities. Even the receipt is questionable, with no details of what the price corresponds to!!!!!

30/08/2025: Shameful service. The waitress didn't even know the types of gin or wine, and was extremely rude and impolite. Terrible treatment, zero manners, and exorbitant prices. When we pointed out the situation, they even told us that "that's how they do things in Albenga." A truly unacceptable experience of mistreatment by the waitress.

20/09/2025: Food is limited, prices are high. If there are bands playing and you come in after dinner, they'll charge a mandatory €10 drink, as if it were some sort of disguised entrance fee, even if you're only staying for half an hour. Not recommended.

01/01/2026: Terrible. Frozen food from the supermarket. Overpriced and incredibely rude staff. Dont go there.

01/01/2026: Absolutely embarrassing. Microwaved food and awfully rude service. They even tried to scam us with the price that already was overpriced. Never go here unless you want to go to a turist trap with hidden fees!!

23/12/2025: Decent coffee, served at a dirty table, with a chair full of crumbs. Service could be questioned.

11/11/2025: We walked in at around 6:00 PM on a Saturday and asked for tonic water and hot tea. When we ordered, which was perhaps a small order compared to an aperitif, the manager was clearly annoyed; there were no other words. When he brought our drinks, no one looked at us, no one said anything to our "thank yous." The same was true when it came to paying. The place was almost empty. Three customers at the bar and a couple outside. Speechless.

09/03/2026: Absolutely don't go in!! From Milan to Genoa to eat tasteless pasta with frozen pesto! Total disgusting. Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews first, but they're all true!! It doesn't even deserve a star!

22/02/2026: I went with a group of people and we ordered a few things, first of all it is expensive compared to the quality, the pizza was not well cooked even if explicitly asked for, there was no lemon and when we asked for it they forgot and we had to ask another person who told us that there was not (20 minutes later, the meat became cold) and the mushrooms did not have good taste, also the water was very expensive

17/09/2025: There's no criteria. Anyone can pass you by. I was in a hurry to catch the train, and they kept serving randomly from the sides even though there was clearly a queue!

25/08/2025: I was so angry when they think that we are tourists and charged more price. I saw the price on the menu for 2€ and then they changed more because they think my husband are tourists….

05/10/2025: Squalid place. I don't even know where to begin. I'll start with the service. The people working the tables are completely incompetent, wandering around in a confused manner, while you wait for them to take your order. After waiting about 10-15 minutes, you're forced to call them yourself, otherwise you might have to wait until tomorrow. A polite customer usually waits for the waiter to take their order and doesn't shout "excuse me!" from one side of the room to the other, because they respect the people working there and recognize that they're not minding their own business, but they are, indeed, working. But here, if you don't call, no one will come. The waiters never know who's been served and who hasn't, and this is a symptom of the disorganization that reigns in this place. Some waiters are kind, if incompetent, and even seem to be trying their hardest despite the obvious difficulties. Others are unpleasant, especially the bald guy—I don't know if he's the owner or a waiter himself—who is intolerably rude and impolite. At the counter I once asked, "What drinks do you have?" and was answered with a surprised tone, "I don't know, Coke, Sprite." I don't understand what's so surprising about this request. A customer might want a drink that's a little different from the more commercial ones, and where else but at a bar can they make this request? The food is embarrassing; most of it is frozen or pre-cooked. I don't know how you can possibly serve those chicken wings and mixed fried fish you put in your aperitifs—I'd be ashamed—on top of all the rest of the stuff, which is always stale and unappetizing. The bread in the sandwiches isn't reheated and is sometimes even frozen. At this point, I don't see why I should eat a sandwich at a bar when I can get five of the same ones for the same price, if the bread isn't even slightly toasted. The prices border on theft. For example, a bag of chips and a fruit juice at the beach club cost €5. But the height of this theft is the cover charge, which is charged to those who sit down and perhaps even pay rent for the entire season. A coffee and a water are €3.30, including a 50-cent cover charge, but how can you expect a customer not to get pissed off or want to come back? The loungers are all tied together, the showers are constantly broken. We're not even ready for the beach. I'll conclude by saying that the whole thing seems very improvised: two chairs on a terrace and then everything else is more or less as it is. It seems like a sea view can excuse everything. As if the customer were a fool who could just stare at the sea for a moment and be treated like a fool. But it shouldn't be that way. Service and food should be up to par with the place, you'd earn more, and the customer would come back again. The fault isn't with the employees, who, poor things, are just clueless people who find themselves doing something no one ever taught them; the fault lies with the owners, who cut prices on everything and whose sole purpose seems to be to fleece the tourist. Go somewhere else.

28/09/2025: An experience not to be repeated. The food was average. The drinks were almost gold, a chinotto costing €4.50 and a tonic water costing €3.50. The biggest sore point is the service: 1) The waitress is rude and unhelpful, as you can tell right away when she decides to throw the placemats at you to set the table. 2) When ordering, when you ask for specifics about the type of tonic water, you're not given any information, but you're immediately dismissed with a "Hey, I'll bring you whatever's available!" 3) If you're eating a sandwich, you can't ask for cutlery because, as they quote, "you don't need it to eat a sandwich." As if the waitress should decide how you eat your sandwich. 4) You need to have a bottle opener with you because the drinks arrive unopened. (When I subsequently asked to open the door, it was promptly served, taking care not to ask the waitress but the young man, who proved to be the most friendly and helpful.) It's a shame about the truly poor service, because the view is beautiful and the food is average.

22/12/2025: Visited in December 2025 The servers were very friendly; however, almost all the dishes on the menu (except coffee and bruschetta) were frozen and reheated shamelessly in front of us. A 50cl bottle of water for €4??? If only we had known beforehand…

28/09/2025: This was the worst dining experience I've ever had. It was an unparalleled disgrace. We ordered food, but one of the two orders was forgotten. When we asked, a plastic container of ready-made pasta was put into the microwave. €15 for this is unbelievable. The place should be shut down.
