I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Liguria

26/05/2025: Went with friends on a Sunday evening: serious mistake. Embarrassing waiter. He was obviously having trouble with the tablet for orders (I suggest going back to the menu!). He also allowed himself to say that we made "a strange order". 4 pizzas and an appetizer I don't think is that strange. But even if it were, a comment like that is not very professional. At 10:15 pm they invited us to finish because the place was closing (on the door it says 23..). The pizza is not even good. Last but not least? Wrong bill. €10 more... No comment. What can I say? Not recommended.

24/05/2025: Pranzo in terrazza sul mare, già solo questo vale 5 stelle! Personale cordiale ed attento, altre 5 stelle! Per 12 euro un piatto abbondantissimo di acciughe fritte (a quella cifra non le compro neanche in pescheria!). Spaghetti ai frutti di mare ricchi ed abbondanti, una pizza Lanterna (pomodoro, mozzarella, stracchino e pesto) davvero ottima e saporita! Non c'e' paragone con altri ristoranti! Vince il rapporto qualità prezzo! Non è sicuramente un ristorante Michelin, ma vince su tutti gli altri ristoranti di Varazze!

07/05/2025: I was delighted to introduce this restaurant to friends, where I had enjoyed it and had been very well served the first time. But this time we were taken for cash cows, in fact we were charged for a broken stemware when it was not really my fault, and this on a high bill to begin with. Even if the cuisine is delicious and original, the ravioli dish is too minimal in quantity. The setting is magnificent.

02/05/2025: If you want to be poorly received, this is the ideal place. I think the boss doesn't like tourists. Too much waiting, request for parmesan on the pasta never arrived. The dishes are good but not worth the price (4 raviolis on the plate…) Pretend not to understand French and English ask to speak only in Italian! In short, to escape alone the setting is good.

03/05/2025: Nice place, plentiful aperitif, I see a lot of little arms in the reviews! An aperitif costs 10 euros, a very honest price, otherwise you can stay at home gentlemen!

20/04/2025: Let's start with compliments! BEAUTIFUL bar/restaurant/lido, very accurate, very kind and attentive waiter. And now I get to the point, I think the owner is very grumpy, as soon as we entered! If I hadn't embarrassed the people I was with I would have pointed it out to them especially after seeing the constant reprimanding of the waiter in front of the customers (who among other things trotted more than him, and was nicer than him), which was terrible for my tastes, I recommend the owner to treat people as he would like to be treated! And to you waiter, if you read, be strong!

26/08/2024: A family-run authentic and hidden gem for those who like “simple” home-made-like Italian cuisine. By the time we visited, pizza was not served, but there are plenty of other options on the menu. You can not choose wrong. 😊

16/05/2025: First courses with raw pasta, second courses to say the least 'minimal'. Dessert and drinks are not bad. Extremely high price for a restaurant that is 'nothing special'. I would never go back. No comment on the owners.... probably there were too many people for their standards. Terrible attitude. Too many lapses in style. I won't report what I heard, especially for a table of law enforcement officers

15/05/2025: Overall a welcoming and nice environment (I mean the location), the owners a bit hasty and not very attentive, but then again it is in the DNA of some Genoese DOCG; the wait while seated both to order and to eat was exhausting, from when I sat down to ordering 20 minutes passed and then I waited another 30 minutes for the first course, I don't know how many staff they have in the kitchen but having many waiters and an empty kitchen is of little use, even if there were 2 in the dining room serving plus the sporadic help of the owner; the second course was lost between one table and another, poor portions (priest's hat or holster), as for the dishes nothing to say about the quality of the fried food I have to say it was good, dry fried food "but poor" .... the icing on the cake was when I asked for the salt ..... the owner started asking in the middle of the room facing the guests who had the salt on the table, well .... taking stock, the food nothing to complain about, if you like waiting a long time, not being considered almost and paying NOT LITTLE this is the place for you, obviously this is my opinion but ..... based on the facts that happened to me that day, a Monday (closing day in the normal period of the year) with EUROFLORA 2025 in progress and at 2:00 pm still people waiting for a table; I understand the desire to have more seats/cash but not at the expense of seated customers

22/12/2024: Pessima esperienza: primo piatto con sugo di pesce,direi immangiabile. Infatti lo abbiamo lasciato nel piatto e nessuno ha chiesto niente. Fritto misto povero con qualche strisciolina di totano , salatissimo. Riscaldamento ???

12/05/2025: Apart from the super pretty view, facing the sea…great location, but don't want to bother eating in this place. Server not welcoming, no paper menu, no empathy, very long service. In short, a flask. Don't throw away your money

30/03/2025: A family-run hotel where we found kindness and courtesy They welcomed us having 2 dogs without any kind of problem and even for free Dined as if we were at home and with a pasta dish dedicated to celiacs In the morning we even found a cake specially prepared for celiacs Hotel 100 MT from the sea Well-kept rooms and a bathroom. With a fabulous shower Rating 9
