03/05/2025: Amazing ravioli, good spaghetti with clams, ok desserts, good carafe wine. Very efficient service, don't waste time!😂😝(three of us entered at 8.45pm, at 9.20am I paid the bill...€23 per person).

20/04/2025: Let's start with compliments! BEAUTIFUL bar/restaurant/lido, very accurate, very kind and attentive waiter. And now I get to the point, I think the owner is very grumpy, as soon as we entered! If I hadn't embarrassed the people I was with I would have pointed it out to them especially after seeing the constant reprimanding of the waiter in front of the customers (who among other things trotted more than him, and was nicer than him), which was terrible for my tastes, I recommend the owner to treat people as he would like to be treated! And to you waiter, if you read, be strong!

15/02/2025: Je connais bien cet endroit, nous sommes allés la bas avec ma femme pour le déjeuner de la St Valentin, la pluie était au rendez vous, mais cet endroit est merveilleux, nous avons eu la chance malgré la pluie de déjeuner sur la terrasse, avec une vue mer merveilleuse Très bon accueil, tout le monde parle français Service de qualité ainsi que la cuisine je recommande cet endroit, et en été profitez de la piscine et de la plage privée Merci à toute l'équipe de Villa EVA Franck et Katia

We went for the work lunch menu Service: They make us sit down and there was an ok newspaper on the table The waitress arrives with the paper placemats and cutlery and puts the placemat and cutlery on top of the newspaper, but madness. We ask if he can take the newspaper away, he takes it in a hurry and drops everything. First course: tomato pasta, Tasteless, overcooked pasta. Second course: fish and chips The fries requested were fried, I received a mix of baked and fried potatoes (if you haven't had any more, let me know!) but at least they were good The fish: I have never seen a fish so small and dry but really dry The coup de grace: wherever I went for a work menu, water and coffee were included, not here, only the cover charge For the same price there are many other places that have a business menu with even larger and tastier portions, cooked better. I do not recommend it to anyone

07/05/2025: I was delighted to introduce this restaurant to friends, where I had enjoyed it and had been very well served the first time. But this time we were taken for cash cows, in fact we were charged for a broken stemware when it was not really my fault, and this on a high bill to begin with. Even if the cuisine is delicious and original, the ravioli dish is too minimal in quantity. The setting is magnificent.

02/05/2025: If you want to be poorly received, this is the ideal place. I think the boss doesn't like tourists. Too much waiting, request for parmesan on the pasta never arrived. The dishes are good but not worth the price (4 raviolis on the plate…) Pretend not to understand French and English ask to speak only in Italian! In short, to escape alone the setting is good.

26/04/2025: The pizza is very good, but every time we order it arrives 30-40 minutes late, ALWAYS! Small update after 1 year: I want to note a clear improvement regarding delivery times, times are better respected! Super takeaway pizza :)

05/05/2025: Two tagliatelle with mushrooms, a ravioli with sauce, two grilled fillets, a plate of French fries, a Cola, a soda, two desserts, three place settings €95, prices not displayed, allergens not indicated, menu written on a blackboard, appears more like a tavern than a restaurant, waiters and counter attendant don't even have an apron, prices too high, the food good but not enough to support the asking price

26/04/2025: In riva al mare di Imperia abbiamo scoperto un ristorante che merita davvero una visita (e più di una!). L’atmosfera è rilassante, con il suono delle onde a fare da sottofondo a una cucina che sorprende per qualità e cura. Abbiamo iniziato con un antipasto delizioso: una farina di ceci fritta alla perfezione, croccante fuori e morbida dentro, che da sola valeva il viaggio. A seguire una zuppa di cozze e fagioli, un piatto semplice e autentico, dove il sapore del mare si sposa con quello rustico dei legumi. I tagliolini al ragù di pesce erano un altro colpo vincente: pasta fresca, condimento saporito e leggero. Ma il vero capolavoro è stata la frittura di pesce con verdure: asciutta, croccante, leggera, fatta davvero ad arte. Una menzione speciale va al cannolo con ricotta, che da palermitano non posso che lodare: la scorza croccante, la ricotta freschissima e ben dosata, un finale perfetto per un pranzo memorabile. Un posto da segnare e da ripetere quanto prima!

26/04/2025: Spero sia stata solo una confusione momentanea . È uno dei nostri posti del cuore ma l’avvio di stagione è stato in salita. Il fritto di paranza non al livello del solito e soprattutto il servizio davvero impacciato. Tanti giovani che girano spaesati, la seconda bottiglia di vino non pervenuta. Sono sicura riuscirete a raggiungere gli standard degli anni passati… io ci riprovo. Coraggio
