12/09/2025: My girlfriend and I stayed at the hotel for four days, including breakfast only. The rooms were in a questionable condition, as they were moldy and smelled strongly. Luckily, since it was summer, we were able to keep the window open. The bathroom was windowless, with a fan, but unfortunately, there wasn't even a line to hang clothes to dry. It's unclear whether the towel change costs 10 euros or 20 euros, given that they're changed once a week, as expected for one-star hotels. It's a shame they can't even dry them, as mentioned above. There's no written cleaning schedule, so it's unclear when to vacate the room. The Wi-Fi doesn't work in the room. Breakfast is from 8 to 10, but when you arrive at 9, you'll find practically nothing left except the leftovers from those who arrived earlier. The only thing that gets replaced are the croissants. Dinner is from 7 to 10. I showed up at 9:20 PM and was told it wasn't possible to eat; they'd obviously set up a line just for those with reservations. Unfortunately, it's always a disservice. In conclusion, the only positive aspect of the hotel is that it overlooks the sea.

07/10/2025: Gorgeous location. The staff is friendly, quick, and welcoming, but not intrusive. The seafood is delicious, but there are also meat dishes. The price is fair, obviously commensurate with the quality of the place, but the portions are generous. I recommend it. When we found out by chance that you were celebrating an anniversary, they offered us prosecco, which was delicious.

13/09/2025: We visited here for some light lunch and a drink, staff very friendly and attentive, food and drink came quick and was so yummy (we had the focaccia ligure and Manorola). We loved this place so much we came back later for a caprese salad (we spotted someone else eating it earlier and looked lovely) we then stayed for a few delicious cocktails which didn't fail to amaze us. Thank you, will come back if we visit Riomaggiore again :)

05/09/2025: We stopped for coffee. The girls were very kind. We had a confusing order, and the girl immediately offered to remake the coffee. Very kind, the coffee was good.

21/10/2025: Terrible service: at the cashier I was treated with condescension and sarcasm simply for politely asking to replace a glass of hot water with cold water.

20/09/2025: If you want a salad…go somewhere else. 12 euros wasted (just the salad).

31/08/2025: While passing by on our motorcycle, we stopped for a burger. Although the ingredients weren't fresh—"frozen bread and meat"—the result was still good, as was the service. However, in my opinion, for a place to be considered a "burger joint," it would have been a good idea to have a menu with various options for ordering and fresh ingredients. The price, however, is in line with the service.

05/07/2025: A roadside oasis, found by chance. It was too late to eat anywhere, but the girls welcomed us with such kindness and hospitality, and they made us some heavenly burgers. It's a bit far from home, but we'd definitely go back.

19/03/2025: Poor place, poor staff, customers let's forget it, not recommended to go even for a coffee

23/08/2025: Nice, small restaurant with a few tables inside and a covered outdoor area. A small but delicious menu. Good fish dishes. We had squid salad, octopus, and fried anchovies as antipasti. Spaghetti vongole, ravioli, and beef tagliate with diced potatoes. Some of the meat was a bit tough, but otherwise everything was delicious. We also enjoyed the house wine. Friendly and good service. Not exactly cheap.

22/08/2025: It's the #1 in Finale, no frills, all quality (fresh fish and mouth-watering flavors), and a must-visit when in Finale. The outdoor tables enhance the experience, and the portico is a lovely spot. Highly recommended.

22/09/2025: The food is excellent... But the staff isn't, especially the bald man. I could only see the hatred in his eyes. He mocked me, mimicking my words, and kept mumbling... When I went to pay, he threw the receipt at me as if he couldn't stand my presence...

01/10/2025: An old trattoria in Cornigliano. Good and fast service. I ordered spaghetti with clams (good quantity and excellent quality). The pasta was delicious, crispy, and the dough was very easy to digest. Fair prices.

08/09/2025: I don't recommend it. They don't know how to make whole wheat pizzas and they even make fun of you by using regular dough in the whole wheat one, that's my interpretation. I was disappointed by the lack of trust shown to the customer, as if our complaint wasn't true, when the girl at the pizzeria reported that the whole wheat dough was missing. There are pizzerias that let you know right away if something is missing so they can consult with the person who then pays you for a pleasure, a service. Which in this case I consider a negative. I'm writing this for the future and for the relationship with other customers, specifically those who order takeout. Stop, I don't think I insulted; constructive criticism, stop.

14/10/2025: The service was a disaster, it seemed like they didn't want to serve us.

09/10/2025: Avoid this restaurant at all costs. Rude, uncultured, and dishonest waiter. I ordered two draft beers, 500 ml each. We brought two glasses of 300 ml each. I didn't notice right away, and then I called him over, asking why the difference. He said these are 500 ml glasses and everything is fine. Seeing how much nerve he had, I emptied the glass of beer and took a 300 ml Cola bottle from a nearby table (left by some customers). I filled it with water and emptied it into the glass, which filled the brim, asking him where the extra 200 ml could possibly fit. Very nervous, he started gesturing and, in a mix of Italian and English, trying to explain some nonsense to me. Seeing that I insisted, he addressed some Italian girls near us to translate for us. The young women, very embarrassed by the situation, kept repeating to us, 'You are right, you are right.'"

30/08/2025: With a reservation for seven people, I find two round tables, a carefully crafted silver table setting, excellent bread accompanied by a small plate of mountain butter, and a wine list that reads like a dictionary, and unfortunately, the wine we chose is sold out. This is where the small inconveniences begin. My appetizer, brandacujun stockfish, was excellent, hot, with excellent olives. The same cannot be said for my friends' breaded Monterosso anchovies, which had a slightly worn flavor. Meanwhile, the 10-year-old girl awaits her dish without the slightest attention. The first course: tagliatelle with small-sized scampi in a smoky-flavored bisque, cold and overcooked. The spaghetti with clams was borderline acceptable. Ravioli were served in a used gravy boat, like a carafe, without a spoon or a saucer. Obviously, since I couldn't eat, they asked me, and I replied that I didn't like it. Then the chef showed up, hatless, from the kitchen where another person in civilian clothes was milling around, and insistently demanded explanations, which I promptly provided. He insisted that everything was fresh and the other table had already eaten... We got up and got discounted on the two first courses. 23/06/2025: Antica trattoria con tavolini all'aperto e vista porticciolo. Anche in questo caso con la qualità del cibo abbiamo fatto bingo. Personale giovane ma gentilissimo. Prezzi medio alti ma ne vale la pena.

04/10/2025: I went while waiting for the train. We had a coffee and a spritz. They brought the spritz and a coffee. The coffee was forgotten, and the spritz was served without even a peanut. I mentioned this to the waiter, who replied that he didn't have time (the place was empty), and he also cut short our complaints with a nice "Oh well." He was really rude. I advise the owner to fire him because it's a shame that such a nice place is run like this.
