18/04/2026: Honestly, I haven't found anything negative to justify the reviews I've read. My partner and I ordered two tourist menus for €20. The first course was generous and honest, and the second course was a generous and fresh salad. Friendly staff and a sea view. Positive.
09/04/2026: Just had a lovely lunch at this place.
The waitresses were attentive and spoke english well enough. We sat outside and watched the world go by.
The food was what we expected (it's not amazing / blow your socks off, but it was well cooked, and tasted great for the price paid).

02/09/2025: Yesterday morning, my partner and I stopped by for breakfast. I have to say, it was truly excellent: a slice of apple pie and cappuccino, a brioche with Nutella filling made on the spot, and coffee...all strictly homemade. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and we'll definitely be back.
27/08/2025: I confirm the previous comments: €5 juice, I would dare to add with oranges from the greengrocer NEXT door as they were on their way to buy more (short distance, so all in all); not to mention the rudeness. They don't see me anymore.

06/04/2026: Everything you'd expect from a traditional Italian trattoria. White tablecloths and napkins, unpretentious service, simple, hearty, and locally sourced dishes.
And lots of regulars, which is always a good sign...

The house white wine was also good and reasonably priced at €8.
The restaurant was quite busy after an hour – deservedly so, I think, because everything on the plates looked and tasted great. The dishes at the other tables also looked delicious. I already know what I'll order next time I'm there.

03/04/2026: The only good thing about this place is that it's in Riomaggiore in Cinque Terre. We ordered two cocktails and they only brought one, then the other one came after a long wait, and it was only half-served because they forgot. We ordered a Margherita pizza and it took as long as if they were bringing it from Naples. And it was raw in the middle. They take advantage of being in a tourist area...another place I won't be returning to, much less recommending.

13/04/2026: We've tried twice and they failed both times. Service is super slow even if there are only a few other customers there. That may be acceptable if the food quality was better. However, each time they did not make the food as we requested it the first time or misunderstood the order. Then, had to wait, wait, wait again while the food served got cold. And the redone food was lousy. They got 2 stars instead of 1 because we feel sorry for them. Maybe they no longer want to be in business?

22/10/2025: Me and my wife got two different dishes, Pasta carbonara and Seafood salad. My carbonara was overcooked and the seafood was frozen, microwaved and just put on the plate. The waiter asked us how the food was and I told her about the pasta, saying that it still had a good taste because I didn't want to be rude. She said that Carbonara is not specific to the region and if we want to eat good Carbonara we should go to Rome. How about you stop making food that you don't know how to make? I should also mention that we ordered this food because the focaccia on display was looking horrible. I wish you the best, close shop or change the whole staff.

19/04/2026: A disgusting experience to say the least. The food was poor quality and reheated several times. Each course was truly disgusting. The plates were returned to the kitchen intact. It would have been nice to at least apologize. I strongly advise against it.

A popular atmosphere, even better if you dine outside.
A very unique agricultural workers' village.
I recommend a visit to the village and the food at the trattoria.
