05/12/2025: The timetable says it closes at 7:00 PM. I went at 4:40 PM, needing a bus ticket, which I couldn't use since I only had a credit card. The girl at the bar was about to close, and even though we'd only asked for a bus ticket, she refused (she also responded rudely, in an arrogant voice, saying we had to bring cash). I REPEAT THAT IT SAYS ONLINE THAT IT CLOSES AT 7:00 PM, AND THIS IS THE ONLY BAR THAT SELLS TICKETS IN PIAZZA DEL POPOLO.

11/10/2025: Nestled within this beautiful and characteristic square, it could stand out. Instead... the Moroccan food and coffee are decidedly unmemorable.

28/05/2026: The only positive aspect is the location with a sea view. After that, there are a number of things that aren't quite right, especially considering the high price. The building, restaurant, and breakfast are all neglected, at €12 per person. The young man who served us is very committed and does his best, but unfortunately, the whole situation seems disastrous.

17/04/2026: Restaurant and resort nestled in the natural surroundings of Punta Chiappa in Camogli. Breathtaking views, friendly and welcoming staff. If you want to relax in a corner of paradise, you've come to the right place.

25/08/2026: I absolutely do not recommend it. A real tourist trap: exorbitant prices and mediocre quality! And I won't even mention the staff's friendliness, which is literally nonexistent.

24/08/2026: I had the opportunity to have lunch here during my day spent in Ventimiglia, which I reached by train. The seafood risotto was excellent and plentiful, and the paiella was also excellent, which I ate the next day because the other diners couldn't finish it. Upon request, they provide a doggy bag so you can take leftovers home. Located near the beach, the outdoor terrace offers a truly picturesque view of the sea. They even allowed a medium-sized dog. I recommend it for anyone who wants to eat excellent seafood.

22/06/2026: A truly excellent experience! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was very pleasant, especially considering it was a Saturday night and there were so many people. Despite this, everything was perfectly organized. Special thanks go to Sebastiano, who is undoubtedly the best waiter ever: always available, friendly, and super professional. Calduccio also created a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel immediately at ease. A huge compliment also goes to his brother Matteo, who is undoubtedly one of the best waiters at Big Bang... and also the handsomest of all! The location was beautiful, everything was taken care of down to the last detail: spotless chairs, a clean and tidy environment, everything was truly impeccable. Kudos to all the staff, everyone was excellent! I truly extend my compliments and will gladly return.

07/12/2025: I visited Trattoria Barisone after the recent change of management and was thrilled. The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail, and from the first moment you can sense the new energy and attention to detail. I started with ravioli al tocco, which released an incredibly inviting aroma: a rich, enveloping dish with a simply divine flavor. Next came a delicate swordfish carpaccio, incredibly fresh and beautifully presented, perfect in its elegant simplicity. All this was accompanied by an excellent Lagrein, which perfectly rounded out the experience. The quality of the cuisine, combined with the kindness and professionalism of the service, makes the new management a true revelation. Trattoria Barisone is back, better than ever: highly recommended!
