11/01/2026: We often get pizza here and it's always delicious, made with fresh, quality ingredients. The owner is always super helpful and kind, accommodating customer requests. They serve takeout pizzas until 10-10:30 PM, which is great when you get home late and don't feel like cooking.

22/11/2025: We discovered this pizzeria by chance on the street, but we were very pleased! The pizza was very good, with quality ingredients and generous portions. Great value. The owner was very friendly and helpful, we'll be back!

24/08/2025: Friendly, family-friendly atmosphere. Kind and attentive staff. Helpful managers. Comfortable rooms. Fresh, varied cuisine. Excellent location. It's true, as I've read in other reviews, that the hotel is spartan, but I really appreciate the fact that the managers eat in the same room, with the guests, and, above all, the same food. For me, this is a sign of authenticity and simplicity. So: a comfortable, delicious vacation with a priceless sea view!!!

18/01/2026: I have to say I was disappointed. I was expecting an aperitif with appetizers, but the main course had to be ordered separately... Not exactly Sicilian spirit. The main course was also quite good, but for me, an aperitif already includes appetizers.

17/01/2026: Returning after a few years, I found everything had unfortunately deteriorated. It's a shame... I hope it can return to the place it was a few years ago. This review is meant to encourage improvement.

30/08/2025: With a reservation for seven people, I find two round tables, a carefully crafted silver table setting, excellent bread accompanied by a small plate of mountain butter, and a wine list that reads like a dictionary, and unfortunately, the wine we chose is sold out. This is where the small inconveniences begin. My appetizer, brandacujun stockfish, was excellent, hot, with excellent olives. The same cannot be said for my friends' breaded Monterosso anchovies, which had a slightly worn flavor. Meanwhile, the 10-year-old girl awaits her dish without the slightest attention. The first course: tagliatelle with small-sized scampi in a smoky-flavored bisque, cold and overcooked. The spaghetti with clams was borderline acceptable. Ravioli were served in a used gravy boat, like a carafe, without a spoon or a saucer. Obviously, since I couldn't eat, they asked me, and I replied that I didn't like it. Then the chef showed up, hatless, from the kitchen where another person in civilian clothes was milling around, and insistently demanded explanations, which I promptly provided. He insisted that everything was fresh and the other table had already eaten... We got up and got discounted on the two first courses. 27/10/2025: Hi everyone, we went for dinner. I'm sorry to have to lower the average rating for this place because, ultimately, the food is good, but the portions are small. The price is certainly high, especially for the main courses. Ligurian-style rabbit was meager, and one person in our group was served an even smaller portion than the others. The waiters, who, for God's sake, are human, didn't make us feel very comfortable, cracking slightly off-the-wall jokes and offering, dare I say, unsolicited confidences. But that's okay... you can spend less and still eat well in many other places. Personally, Rolli seems more like a place for tourists or occasional diners. We won't be returning. I'm sorry I wasn't able to try the pizza; maybe there'll be a special occasion for that.

11/09/2025: Stepping inside, you enter an incredible world, filled with rooms from different eras and even a bank vault. But it also opens up a culinary experience, with pizzas and other dishes all made with excellent, quality ingredients. The staff is extremely kind, attentive, and meticulous. Calling it a pizzeria is an understatement!

28/12/2025: Well located for an overnight stay. The rooms are very rustic and poorly insulated, and with faulty heating, it's a bit tough on a winter night. The service is lovely. It's a bit pricey for what you get.

19/11/2025: short walk from train station. hint, walk left around station outside for crosswalks and stay on left side of street. secure entrance with reception. motion lights in hallway turns off too quickly which makes inserting room key challenging. older building with some modern renovations. in room fridge and kettle. free wifi. this was our precruise hotel. looks like short walk to terminal.

29/12/2025: Excellent location with view on the bay and the castle. Wry friendly staff, ideal for a lunch with family or friends. Good dishes, but for my taste i missed the “extra” miles for a wow. But a good quality-price ratio.

25/12/2025: We decided to have Christmas lunch at this Rapallo restaurant renowned for its seafood. Being vegan, I expected there to be one option suited to me, two at most, or a modification by subtracting one dish for omnivores. Instead, I found a menu designed especially for me, with two appetizers, two first courses, a second course, and a dessert. Then there was the inevitable "zuccherini" (sweets and savoury treats) (only the brave). Everything was truly EXCELLENT and plentiful. I felt truly welcomed. I can't comment on the quality/price ratio because I was invited by my mother-in-law.

09/11/2025: We reached the resort on foot, a walk of about 40 minutes facilitated by steps and ramps. It's worth trying at least once. Sleeping surrounded by nature and silence, a rare privilege these days. Highly recommended!

24/10/2025: The place is heavenly, the view and location are priceless. I'll start with this because I absolutely fell in love with it. Unfortunately, the hotel experience wasn't. The overall neglect of the place, with frayed curtains and crooked rods, slightly warped fake parquet floors, a plastic shower curtain, and questionable cleanliness. Given the difficulty in reaching the property (about 3 km of wonderful but not "easy" trail) with hundreds of steps and dirt roads, you're forced to dine in their restaurant, a room with a breathtaking view. There's a catch... the photos of the dishes published on the website don't reflect reality at all. We spent €100 for two people for a second course consisting of half a thin slice of swordfish, cooked to a slightly boiled effect, tossed on a base of bagged salad (a mix of radicchio and greens, very little), €27, along with two grilled eggplant and zucchini wafers. A cover charge of €7.50 each for pre-cooked sandwiches, half a liter of house wine (€15), a dessert such as Bindi, and a bitter liqueur. The red tablecloth was made of synthetic, non-iron material and wrinkled. In a place like this, I can pay even more for dinner, but everything has to be up to par. The same goes for breakfast, everything was defrosted and the cake was always packaged—€12 each. For a medium-sized dog, we paid €25 more (it was €35, which was a special price for us) than the price of the room booked through Booking.com, without having any utensils (a mat/bowl). As we very politely, merely as a suggestion, told the owner, simply charging high prices isn't enough to elevate the quality of the establishment; the factors that lead to that goal are multiple and interconnected. The exchange of opinions wasn't entirely pleasant, and the somewhat arrogant attitude and responses are what made me decide to write this negative review, something I never do. Advice: if you ever decide to go, don't bring a trolley, but a backpack.

12/09/2025: When I ask if the shrimp are with their shell the waitress tell me 2 times “no shell no shell” , finally 3 fried shrimp with their shell …. Very disappointed. for 10euro that was a mixt with squid and octopus which were ok. I should have pick the store just next to it, 1 more euro but the shrimp were without theirs shell What is even the point of fried shrimp with theirs shell beside needing a hand wash and eating a cooked shrimp with no fried dough on it … At least the squid/octopus get some fried dough on it …

N’y allais pas la gérante très vulgaire et agressive nous a insulté en italien parce qu’un enfant de 4 ans a sali ses couverts et nous les a fait payer… la nourriture etait très médiocres et les fruits de mer pas frais … vraiment trees choquant et très mauvaise expérience… limite raciste vous êtes en Italie ici il faut parler italien!?! Quelle honte

30/07/2025: À fuir absolument. Endroit sale, ambiance désagréable. Ma fille a accidentellement sali une fourchette en jouant avec un bonbon fructis , et la responsable a refusé de la garder après , sous prétexte que ce n’était « pas son problème et que un enfant de 3 ans fais pas ça »… Résultat : elle m’a fait payer la fourchette et le couteau Et j’ai payer plus qu’il fallait ((( Comme si ça ne suffisait pas, elle nous a aussi facturé 5€ par personne pour les couverts, ce qui n’était indiqué nulle part. Et au moment de payer, c’était encore pire : je voulais régler en espèces, mon amie en carte, et là, la gérante a littéralement fait un scandale, refusant qu’on paie séparément. Franchement, j’ai voyagé dans pas mal de pays, mais je n’ai jamais vu un service aussi désagréable et irrespectueux. Très mal accueillis, aucune flexibilité, aucune politesse. Le seul point positif ? C’est proche de la gare. Mais franchement, même gratuit, je n’y retournerais pas.

26/12/2025: For a hot chocolate, a cappuccino, and a Bacio di Dama, we paid 9 euros and 20 cents!!! I won't add anything else...

15/11/2025: I admit that the breakfast was good, but €1.80 for a coffee was no good. I paid €4.20 for a croissant, a coffee, and a glass of water. The waitress was super pissed off and unpleasant. I'll give one star only for the owner, who is super kind.
