10/08/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, without a reservation, and despite it being the week of August 15th, they found us a table right away. We shared a house appetizer to start and were served two decidedly XL courses, so much so that we wondered if they were two appetizers and not one. Instead, it was actually one giant appetizer with a first round of cold fish and a second hot one. Everything was delicious, even the warm focaccia with cherry tomatoes and onion. While we were waiting for the first course, the owner, who, contrary to other reviews, we found to be friendly and knowledgeable, like someone who has been passionately involved in this profession for decades, asked us if we wanted to try some spaghetti with clams and bottarga from a pan that had evidently been too full. They were divine! Then, even though we were already full, my Jurassic dish of linguine with scampi and my husband's mixed fried fish arrived. We literally left rolling. The waiters and the owner's daughter were all kind, even to our poodle, who earned a few extra cookies. The bill was €88, including a bottle of wine. We'll definitely be back.

18/08/2025: We spent 72 euros for two for having eaten 2 portions of boiled meat 30 or maybe 40 g of stracchino cheese for two, two portions of peppers, two of aubergines and sweet and sour onions, 1/4 wine, 1 beer, 1 coffee... without dessert, otherwise we would have spent more than 40 each... for two panigacci it seems a bit too much to me... oh, I forgot a small bowl of cherry tomatoes... Good panigacci, nothing more to say.

Avrei preferito una maggiore presenza autoctona e lo sente anche dai sapori: coniglio alla ligure con cherry … Ah dimenticavo, se prendete la crostata fate attenzione e’ super bollente

26/05/2025: Credo che sia la quinta volta che "raggiungiamo" L'Ulivo... e questo la dice lunga! Il posto, scusate la "location", appaga la vista sia in esterni che all'interno. Classico locale informale ma ben tenuto, esterno da cartolina. Il cibo è ottimo, il servizio presente ma nono ossessivo, il principale un simpaticissimo Oste con la passione per la caccia. Si mangia bene, cose genuine fatte in casa e bene, cosa non scontata. Probabilmente nell'entroterra ligure si possono incontrare molte trattorie, alcune ottime altre un po' meno: qui si ha la certezza che, alzandosi da tavola, si è soddisfatti! Rapporto qualità / prezzo direi molto buono. Mangiando in quattro, due antipasti, tre primi, quattro secondi, due dolci e un formaggio con marmellata, litro di vino della casa e passaggio di alcolici fatti in casa, abbiamo speso 35 eurini a testa. poco più che in pizzeria, poco meno che all'Autogrill! buon appetito a tutti.

25/05/2025: Sono stata a cena con mio marito in questo bellissimo agriturismo a Barassi. La prima cosa che ci ha colpito è la meravigliosa vista sul mare....abbiamo individuato un tavolino fuori e già ci immaginiamo a cena quest'estate! Dentro il ristorante è squisito, tutto in legno con un camino che fa davvero atmosfera. Il cibo molto buono, in particolare la marmellata di pesche servita in abbinamento al gorgonzola: divina! Un grazie particolare a Giorgia che ci ha servito durante la cena: ha saputo unire professionalità e simpatia! Torneremo sicuramente!

09/08/2025: Absolutely disappointing. We had dinner here and it was a disaster from start to finish. We waited over three and a half hours for the courses to arrive. The service was painfully slow — and this with only four tables occupied in the entire restaurant. The place itself is strange: hard-to-find entrance, almost no windows, and an atmosphere that feels closed in and unwelcoming. Honestly, nobody seems to even know this restaurant exists, despite its Michelin star. And frankly, I have no idea how it received that star. The food was far from impressive — it literally left much to be desired. Prices are outrageously high for what you get. It’s simply not worth it. If you want to waste your time and money, go ahead and book a table here. If not, any Italian restaurant in the area will cook something 100 times tastier and far more enjoyable. Not recommended.

21/08/2025: We called twice for a large table in the middle of August, and they always found a quick solution. Good food, fast service, and the owner even took the time to give our dog water and cuddles.

20/08/2025: We tried both dine-in and takeout. The dishes were overall good, although the pasta was a bit bland. The staff made some mistakes in the service (both in the dining room and kitchen), omitting missing ingredients and substituting them (dangerous from an allergen standpoint) for takeout.

23/07/2025: I ordered a pizza there that evening and took it with me. The pizza was truly delicious, with great crust and a fantastic tomato sauce. I'd have to search long and hard for a pizza as good as this in Berlin. The staff was friendly, and we somehow managed to communicate. I thought the price was reasonable for the medium size. I can definitely recommend I Tre Moschettieri. (07/2025)

28/08/2025: We went for dinner this evening, my partner, her son, and I. I have to say, it was a wonderful discovery. It's a shame it's our last night of vacation here in Borghetto. Everything was delicious, with generous portions, from the mussels and appetizers to the first courses, everything was truly delicious, with kind and attentive service. We'll definitely have a chance to return to savor your dishes, because one thing's for sure: we always return to places where we've had a good time. See you soon, and thank you. PS: We are three people from Turin: the boy, a chef; the mother, a former chef now a gourmet butcher; and me... a truck driver, a true connoisseur of delicacies. Our compliments, truly! 👏👏 😋😋

26/08/2025: My husband and I made a reservation for dinner, but we arrived early to have an aperitif. They told us to wait because the table wasn't ready. After 15 minutes, they seated us, but only for dinner. The pesto trofie and octopus were floating in cream. The sea bass was good, but very poor. The quality/price ratio was nonexistent. We definitely won't be returning.

23/03/2025: So I want to give my opinion because I found this place to be a good environment and the products I tasted are all above average in many places I have frequented in my almost 60 years I only come on Sunday mornings for breakfast before going on excursions, the staff who welcomed me has always been kind and helpful, all the nastiness I have read in the comments in my opinion is the result of envy because table service, if there is one, has to be paid for and I am willing to bet that everyone who wants it would want it for free, so instead of spitting venom on the people who work from early in the morning to make you find excellent products, show more respect and be kind too when you enter, perhaps with a greeting since we are the ones entering other people's homes, thanks and see you next Sunday

21/07/2025: To whoever took the order today, July 21, 2025, at approximately 1:10 PM, I would advise them to change jobs so as not to let the Hamburger Restaurant go bankrupt. We ordered two burgers, specifically asking for them to be rare, as overcooked meat is inedible. Bear in mind that there were only four people in the restaurant at the time, so it was empty. The kitchen certainly wasn't working hard. Well, the first one arrived after 5 minutes (an acceptable amount of time), and the second after over 10 minutes, but BOTH OVERCOOKED!!!! I wanted to be very calm and polite, because workers can make mistakes, and point out to the person who took the order that the burgers were overcooked, almost stringy. The response?: I'M SORRY, THE KITCHEN FORGOT THEM ON THE GRILL... shrugging and asking the next customer for their order!!!!!!!! We've been eating there for years with colleagues and friends, but I'll do everything I can to persuade anyone to come and eat there. I've read some reviews, and based on their approach, what happened to me today isn't an isolated incident!
