15/08/2025: Wonderful evening. We had two truly delicious pizzas, with a very light crust. One of the best pizzas I've ever had in Ronan.

23/08/2025: A very cute and quaint place, all in stone. Very good starters with cured meats, spectacular carbonara, as well as tagliata with lard and spring onions. Fast service and courteous and friendly staff.

31/08/2025: Amazing!!!! The service was excellent, courteous, and friendly! Excellent food; we had a platter of very good cured meats and delicious beans all'uccelletto. A mouth-watering first course (ombrichelli alla zozzona) with sausage, bacon, and tomato—a must try!

18/08/2025: Entering this restaurant after exploring Viterbo's historic center for lunch on August 15th was as comforting as arriving at a desert oasis. The extremely kind waiter led us to an elegant, softly lit room featuring creative table settings with attention to detail. The dishes we chose showcased quality ingredients and refined presentation. From the mixed appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious and original. A seafood first course and a guinea fowl terrine were brought together with just the right amount of anticipation. The desserts were delicious: gelato in a pool of blueberries cooked in wine, and mint mousse in a chocolate shell. Excellent wine and beer. I hadn't seen coffee in a cup with a lid in a long time. The prices were reasonable for the food and the hospitality. My heartfelt congratulations for your hard work, done with care and passion.

04/09/2025: For the Santa Rosa Machine parade, we dined at this typical Viterbo trattoria. Everything was excellent, and the food was good. The location, typical of a historic trattoria, was beautiful. I highly recommend it.

17/07/2025: We ate there once in the restaurant and then returned to the pizzaria before closing. It was delightful watching the chef make the pizza and he graciously answered questions and allowed a guest to see the oven. That was an experience we won't forget along with the aroma of the Margherita pizza and creamy but not too sweet tiramisu.

They really know a lot about beef. It’s a little on the expensive side if you ask me but second to none in service and flavor.
