20/10/2025: Braciami is a lovely restaurant whose offerings go beyond what its name suggests or the idea of ​​a farmhouse restaurant. At Braciami, you'll also find international recipes enhanced with their high-quality ingredients. Excellent tacos, empanades, lasagna with lamb ragù, spare ribs. And, of course, delicious grilled meats. The cuts are good, but the portions are a bit on the small side. They also make excellent supplì. The portions are perfect for sharing, often double (for example, the bombette are 4, the supplì and the bruschettone are 2), so be sure to ask before ordering to avoid overdoing it. If you order the bruschettone, ask for homemade bread, not the tramezzini kind, and for it to be well toasted; they tend to leave it soggy. The place is very charming, with attention to every detail, and surrounded by greenery. It's just outside Viterbo, on the Cimina road, about an hour from the Cassia Veientana exit of the GRA ring road. Oh, and they also make good coffee. I didn't stay at the agriturismo.

02/11/2025: For people like me, "Lo Spito" (the spit) isn't just a name, but an evocative object, reminiscent of a childhood spent with family in front of the fire. An evocative name, just like this place, nestled like a precious stone within the historic walls of a medieval townhouse. A small restaurant where the rooms intersect between the wooden beams of the ceilings and the arches of an old warehouse. The atmosphere reflects a profound attention to detail, to the past, and to our history. The menu isn't overly extensive, but it's well-stocked, allowing you to enjoy traditional dishes in a cozy, welcoming, almost family-like atmosphere. Prompt and courteous service. Excellent value for money. Reservations recommended.

31/10/2025: Average food, low price... 2 glasses, a sliced ​​steak, a "fillet" with truffles, 2 potatoes, a mixed cold cut and cheese, and 2 potatoes, 2 waters, 88 euros... the fillet was lovely, plentiful and tasty... I think it was a fillet steak due to its shape and quantity compared to the price... it's a shame because the place is beautiful, everything is average, but if I order fillet, I have to eat fillet. Otherwise, I recommend it.

The extremely kind waiter led us to an elegant, softly lit room featuring creative table settings with attention to detail. The dishes we chose showcased quality ingredients and refined presentation. From the mixed appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious and original. A seafood first course and a guinea fowl terrine were brought together with just the right amount of anticipation. The desserts were delicious: gelato in a pool of blueberries cooked in wine, and mint mousse in a chocolate shell. Excellent wine and beer. I hadn't seen coffee in a cup with a lid in a long time. The prices were reasonable for the food and the hospitality. My heartfelt congratulations for your hard work, done with care and passion.

07/10/2025: A corner of home in the streets of the medieval historic center We often eat at this restaurant because we like the food and we feel at home. The staff is fast, precise and accurate and the food is always of excellent quality. We love the tagliata with lard and whenever we want it we eat it there: abundant, perfect and with two side dishes included in the price. Roberto and his family are truly a rare pearl of catering. We go there often and we also really like the pizza!

18/10/2025: Went here to dinner with my family last night, two adults to kids, the service was fantastic, the meal to die for. Food tasted incredible, but I ate the lamb and everyone else in my family had a pasta dish. I have been sick with food poisoning for the last 24 hours. It has been utterly awful experience. I wish I could just remember this as a fantastic experience but unfortunately it went down hill fast. Lost an entire day to discover the city.

We ordered a medium-rare tagliata (rather tough for my taste), chicory (decent), baked potatoes (good), and desserts (good). The place quickly fills with the smell of meat, which lingers in the room, probably because there's insufficient ventilation. The staff was rather brusque and unsympathetic, one young woman in particular. The quality/price ratio was decent.
