02/11/2025: We happened to be in Subiaco for a day trip, we decided to eat in this very cute little restaurant, friendly and kind.... abundant and delicious dishes... spectacular baked pumpkin, equally spectacular chocolate cream... amazing fried polenta and so on... If you want to eat authentic and above all good food, this place is highly recommended!!! 😋😋😋

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the menu celebrates local products, with simple yet carefully prepared dishes. Each course showcases the region, while also offering a few more creative options. The wine list is varied and excellent. In short, a perfect place for those seeking quality, tradition, and a genuine gastronomic experience. Highly recommended!

07/09/2025: I was here for lunch. The appetizers were very good (parmigiana, polenta with cream cheese, and baked ricotta with meat sauce) and the homemade first courses. The portions were generous. The staff was very friendly, and you could eat at your leisure, as they weren't rushed to clear the table. The setting is stunning.

27/07/2025: Oggi con amici siamo andati a fare un'escursione su monte autore campo Dell l'osso monte livata, dopo l'escursione siamo andati a pranzo dai miei amici Maurizio e Irene del cristallo di neve, passano gli anni ma qualità delle materie prime e i piatti non cambiano sempre tutto buonissimo. Se capitate a monte livata campo de l'osso vi consiglio questo ristorante non ve ne pentirete, grazie ancora a Maurizio e Irene e tutto il loro staff per la splendida giornata ❤️

24/09/2025: A restaurant you wouldn't expect from the outside. It was our first time there, and we were amazed and captivated by the unique, comfortable, elegant atmosphere, the excellent service, and the refined food! If we ever return to Subiaco, I Tre Bruschettieri will be a must-visit!
16/09/2025: The staff are extremely friendly, the place is clean, and they pay special attention to children (there's an entire wall dedicated to games to keep them entertained). The food is excellent, with unusual but delicious options. The entire staff takes great care in the restaurant. Definitely worth a try.

01/09/2025: I returned to this restaurant a few days ago with my partner and two of her customers. Even though the weather wasn't the best, the view was still wonderful, as was the dining room, the hospitality of Fabrizio and Antonella, and, of course, the quality of their cuisine.

02/11/2025: We went to this restaurant because it was the only one still available in the area. Our expectations, although already low, were disappointed.
The restaurant seats about 40 people, making it quite small, and yet the service from the wait staff was lacking. We had to ask repeatedly for what we needed.
The menu is quite varied and offers traditional dishes that encourage you to book, but the execution is very bland. Despite the dishes being reported to the wait staff as inedible, no one bothered to satisfy the customer, even understanding what the problem was. It was an experience not to be repeated because, although the prices would be fair in a normal context, in this case they were too high for the quality of the ingredients (which, to be fair, was extremely poor).
After reading other reviews, I agree with many people who have negatively rated this restaurant.
I hope this serves as constructive criticism to improve even the impossible.

NO NO NO! I don't think I've ever eaten so badly... I hate to write bad reviews, I usually don't, but since eating out is a sacrifice these days, you have to be respectful of those who come and spend money! You can't show up with food like that, flavorless, meaningless! Those poor kids in the dining room are probably 15 or 16 years old, thrown around like that, it's obviously not their fault! I'm sorry, but I hope you change everything as soon as possible!

I don't think anything could be worse.
Absolutely avoid this place, otherwise you'll find yourself paying a hefty bill.
More than hefty, it's a rip-off.
09/07/2025: Restaurant near the Subiaco monastery. Very friendly staff and owners. We only had a starter, a drink, and a coffee. The portions weren't very generous; they were good, but not exceptional. As for the price, I was hoping for a bit less.
