13/08/2024: A very pleasant discovery! We stumbled upon it by chance one evening when we were passing through Subiaco. Small, well-kept bistro, you can feel that it is run with the spirit of welcoming the guest. Really good food, I loved the CBT pork fillet, cooked very well and with really well matched contrasts. The desserts are also remarkable. You eat and you feel good. I gave the service four stars only because there is a little something to fix in coordination and timing. Congratulations guys, we will definitely be back.

11/08/2024: The bistro-restaurant is a small place in an alley in the historic center of Subiaco, very welcoming. The staff were very kind and smiling, the service was fast and attentive. We had lunch on a Saturday in the middle of August, booking shortly before. Very good caponata and potato peels with citrus mayonnaise (exquisite), then strozzapreti with typical sauce (I don't remember the precise name, but really tasty and tasty), glazed pork ribs, delicious!! The panna cotta with homemade berry sauce is also not bad. An enjoyable meal that we will remember, congratulations!

24/08/2024: Sono stato per cena con la mia ragazza e abbiamo trovato il locale molto accogliente, a due passi dal centro di Subiaco. Abbiamo ordinato un piatto di gnocchetti e delle costine, entrambi ottimi (menzione speciale per la salsa fatta in casa, veramente gustosa). Servizio veloce e cordiale e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Se ci ricapiterà di passare per quelle parti, torneremo ben volentieri

01/09/2024: Piacevole scoperta a Subiaco! La deviazione non era programmata, ma ne valeva davvero la pena. Il locale è gradevole e accogliente, i ragazzi cortesi e professionali…e abbiamo mangiato ottima carne!! Notevole la carta dei vini. Consigliatissimo

10/07/2024: Un accoglienza unica, cucina ottima per non parlare del bere! Maurizio ci ha fatto assaggiare e scoprire tantissimi vini e superalcolici. Ci siamo sentiti a casa in un secondo! Andare a Livata e non passare qui è un ERRORE DA NON FARE!! Grazie a Irene e Maurizio per la splendida vacanza! Non vi libererete più di noi!!

08/07/2024: Questo ristorante è collocato in un edificio d'epoca che oggi funziona come B&B, quando ci capita di passare a Subiaco ci piace tornarci. Raggiungibile attraverso una rampa e poco visibile dalla strada il ristorante gode di un bellissimo panorama verso il paese e la valle dell'Aniene. Lo staff è giovane e ben disposto con i commensali mentre il locale antico ti aiuta a rilassarti dopo una mattinata di escursioni, andateci però se non avete fretta, soprattutto di domenica e prendetevi tutto il vostro tempo per godervi la pausa a tavola. Il menù non è vastissimo ma è ben preparato e saporito, tutto cibo fresco e fatto con le specialità locali. Penso che valga la pena di visitare questo posto per completare la giornata con qualcosa di diverso

07/07/2024: Location meravigliosa, personale accogliente e attento, cibo genuino e di alta qualità. Ogni portata eccellente, dalla pasta ai dolci, tutto fatta in casa. Spazio esterno o interno con vetrata sul panorama. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

24/08/2024: Since on Instagram they are asking me for opinions on the various restaurants in the area I decided to do some reviews directly!! Then the La Grotta Tartufi restaurant is small and elegant with a very romantic view in the evening the perfect lighting for a couple's evening!! Very refined... As for the menu I definitely recommend their meat (more precisely the tartare) which are amazing and impossible to resist!! Selected products, carefully chosen and above all based on fresh truffles, normal portions, fair prices given the service offered and the gourmet plating!!

07/07/2024: È il ristoro che si trova come si arriva un cima a monte livata. Struttura rustica con il proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile! Ci abbiamo mangiato per due giorni di seguito e straconsiglio i vari tipi di pasta con piatti abbondanti e di qualità. Il top, inaspettatissimo, è stata la carbonara, sembrava di essere a Roma!!!!

21/08/2024: Excellent in every way, the only flaw is check in at 4.30pm. In this they should improve by bringing it forward by a few hours. For me I remain 10 cum laude.
