27/07/2025: Preso un tagliere di antipasto, un primo, un secondo, una bottiglia di vino bianco, un caffè e svariate bottiglie d'acqua, tutto questo a soli 32€ a testa circa. Qualità del cibo ottima, personale gentilissimo, ambiente carinissimo e tranquillo, bagno pulitissimo. Uno dei migliori senza dubbio

20/08/2025: A welcoming, clean, and efficient place. The dishes are unique, but they cater to all tastes. They even cater to children, offering simpler dishes with homemade pasta. Everything is delicious, well-cooked, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. What can I say? If I ever come back to Subiaco, I'll definitely be back. Prices are fair, not excessive, but not cheap either, but the important thing is to eat well!
Highly recommended.
17/08/2025: I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, and the staff is very kind and professional. The food is fresh; you can taste every single ingredient. The desserts are also excellent. We'll definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

24/08/2025: Family welcome. Excellent products. It feels like being in a big family. I highly recommend it to everyone.
20/08/2025: It should be noted that, surprisingly, this isn't a typical local trattoria, as it serves a wide variety of Calabrian dishes. Overall, the food is good, home-cooked, and the menu has a few courses, which I think varies depending on the ingredients.
The wait between courses is long. The portions are modest, and the prices are not modest, justified by the limited seating/table capacity.

22/06/2025: Sunday lunch: nice and cozy place, attentive but never intrusive dining room service. We had as an appetizer an egg with truffle on a nest of crispy potatoes (spectacular in the presentation and astonishing in the taste), two first courses: a pappardella filled with potatoes and porcini mushrooms (beautiful to look at and very pleasant to taste); a tricolor gnocchi (beautiful to look at but the taste lacked that extra kick); two second courses paired with their side dishes (good and not banal) and two desserts (a very fun deconstructed tiramisu and a delicious creme brulee) water and coffee. 115 euros for the experience offered, price perfectly in line with the offer. everything plated, presented and served with care with new and pleasantly surprising combinations. Definitely worth trying the summer menu put on the table soon. We will be back.
15/06/2025: One word to describe it: Superb!
The creamed cod appetizer was very good, the Gricia was perfect, the cockerel and lamb were amazing! Good wine list, prices in line with the excellent quality of the raw materials. I will definitely be back.

13/07/2025: My partner and I had dinner here. The staff was exquisite, as was the food.
We were delighted with the pork ribs...the best meat we've ever eaten!
They were willing to accommodate our requests for a half portion and, above all, a change in pasta shape.
Everything was delicious, and the portions were generous!
The price was more than fair, the location and atmosphere were excellent, and the waiters and owner were incredibly kind.
If we were to return to Subiaco, we would definitely choose La Panarda again!

27/07/2025: Oggi con amici siamo andati a fare un'escursione su monte autore campo Dell l'osso monte livata, dopo l'escursione siamo andati a pranzo dai miei amici Maurizio e Irene del cristallo di neve, passano gli anni ma qualità delle materie prime e i piatti non cambiano sempre tutto buonissimo. Se capitate a monte livata campo de l'osso vi consiglio questo ristorante non ve ne pentirete, grazie ancora a Maurizio e Irene e tutto il loro staff per la splendida giornata ❤️

14/08/2025: This year wasn't a pleasant experience.
Four out of five nights I couldn't sleep due to the noise of so many guests until the wee hours.
Arrivals and departures in the middle of the night (1:30 AM/3:30 PM) with dozens of suitcases like caterpillars.
Luckily, I recovered a bit on the last night.
13/08/2025: I only used the restaurant during my visit to the Benedictine monasteries. The atmosphere was clean and quiet. The service was friendly. The fixed-price menu was available for €28.

06/09/2025: The food is good; the cured meats and cheeses are local and of good quality. The service is also good, and the atmosphere is pleasant and spacious, but I only gave it three stars because the portions are small and overpriced.

01/09/2025: I returned to this restaurant a few days ago with my partner and two of her customers. Even though the weather wasn't the best, the view was still wonderful, as was the dining room, the hospitality of Fabrizio and Antonella, and, of course, the quality of their cuisine.

02/09/2025: The location is quite nice and the waiters are friendly, but there are two major problems: the service organization and the kitchen.
The dining room and kitchen seem very disorganized:
1. The waiters come by multiple times to take the same order.
2. Paper menus (and prices) are nonexistent.
3. We waited over half an hour for the first course.
4. We waited another half an hour for the second course.
Food quality:
1. The first courses seemed quite tasty (perhaps too much so) and the price was reasonable.
2. The second courses, however, (two burnt sausages placed on a slice of bread with a tiny slice of bacon in the middle) seemed to be of very poor quality: the sausages were too fatty and the price was too high (13 euros per portion).
3. The baked potatoes were cooked well but too salty.
4. The house wine: a little too acidic.
5. When we got home, we felt the heaviness of lunch.
Finally: payment is cash only, but you only know this when you get there: that is, when they tell you the POS terminals don't work there.
24/08/2025: A quaint restaurant with the option of dining in a small garden. Excellent first courses, grilled sausages with bread and guanciale, and a side of roast potatoes, all perfectly cooked. The homemade sweet salami is excellent. The price is more than reasonable for the quality of the dishes and service.

24/08/2025: A very good meal in a place surrounded by greenery. The staff were welcoming, but service was a little slow at times, probably due to a lack of staff.
09/08/2025: The guy is nice but the food is just no. All sauces taste of the same, no matter if it's supposed to be sheep or boar. Cold meat balls burned bruschette. Decor and spelling needs to go back to elementary school. I guess the fact that the place was practically empty should have given us an idea.
