12/01/2026: A very positive experience. The restaurant is welcoming and has a beautiful view. We ate very well, especially the pappardelle with wild boar, which was truly delicious. We finished with a truly remarkable millefeuille, which tasted just like the one my beloved grandmother used to make. We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Well done!

14/12/2025: Such a pretty restaurant with a great atmosphere!! There are a lot of cats in front, and they are so cute, regardless of the people. The owner is also very kind, and everything from the main course to the truffle pasta and meat dishes was so delicious that I was very happy. The pasta had a lot of mushrooms and had a great flavor, and the meat was so tender that if you remove the bones and skewer it, all the meat falls off. ㅋㅋㅋ I went there on the way to Subiaco, so it might be difficult for tourists to go there, but anyway, it was the best restaurant.

29/12/2025: Rustic restaurant located 500 meters before the main square of Monte Livata. Booked by chance, and I must say it turned out to be a real gem. Ample parking, both indoor and outdoor tables. You can easily eat outside even in late December, given that the temperatures allowed. The menu isn't overly extensive, but I personally prefer it. Polenta, handmade pasta dishes, and grilled meats. We ordered two mixed appetizers for four, three pasta dishes + one polenta, ten arrosticini, a half-liter of house red wine (very good), and three coffees. Generous portions, and we left feeling full. The bill? €84 for four of us + one child (we ordered pasta with tomato sauce for her, which wasn't counted). €21 per person, which you can't even spend at a pizzeria anymore. A quiet atmosphere where conversation is easy. The service deserves a special mention; everyone was very quick and friendly. The polenta was very good, the first courses were good and plentiful. I would probably improve the appetizers if I really had to make a comment (both in terms of presentation, perhaps using a wooden cutting board, and in terms of quantity; however, the quality was spot on). Overall, we left feeling satisfied and relaxed. We'll definitely be back!

01/12/2025: After admiring the foliage on Monte Livata, we stopped for lunch at this restaurant nestled in nature, next to a riding stable, which makes the atmosphere even more evocative. The view is splendid, relaxing, almost postcard-perfect. We ate really well: simple, authentic, flavorful dishes... just what you expect in the mountains. And the best part is that everything was delicious and affordable, a detail that's truly appreciated today. A perfect place for a quiet break after a day in the countryside, ideal for enjoying good food and fresh air.

20/10/2025: This has become a regular stop when we're in Subiaco. Excellent food (yesterday, porcini ravioli with chopped pistachios), friendly service, and highly recommended. Reservations are essential!

09/12/2025: I'd like to follow up on a report from my friend who highlighted the restaurant owner's "rudeness," which is confirmed by her response. I'll start by saying that we ate very well, but unfortunately, I feel the quality of the food wasn't matched by the hospitality the owner gave us. We asked to squeeze into one table, as we were a group of friends, so as not to leave two people out, and we had a child with us. The owner immediately became stiff and made us feel completely uncomfortable, as if we were asking for something unthinkable, when in fact we had settled in quickly and efficiently. In particular, she accused me of having too much hair, which might bother those at the next table. They too were shocked by this not only stiff, but rude behavior. In fact, we were favoring her by freeing up a table for two, which was promptly re-occupied. Unfortunately, being so rigid is a trait that doesn't align with the hospitality expected of the owner of a place open to the public. Being rude, even less so. We accommodated all the owner's requests, so as not to cause her further embarrassment, since she was visibly upset and incapable of "fixing" the situation.
