The service was impeccable, and the staff were kind and helpful. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the place is perfect for a relaxing break surrounded by Subiaco's nature. I highly recommend it! 😊
02/02/2026: My mother's 80th birthday, with us, her children, and grandchildren. We were all delighted by the dishes, always colorful and with flavors you could taste. He was so kind, he even brought us a few extra plates so we could taste them together! The dishes were so delicious, they even awakened the senses of my ninety-year-old dad! Thanks again :-)

As always, the rooms were spotless, and the service was very courteous and friendly.
I also recommend the restaurant, where the food is more than excellent and the portions are generous.

07/03/2026: A delicious lunch; my guests were amazed by the deliciousness of the appetizers: the fettuccine alla ciociara (truly superb), roast lamb for the younger guests, and a mouth-watering pork shank with potatoes. Dessert at the end: a wonderful zuppa inglese. The service was relaxed because the food is freshly prepared. Thank you, see you next time.
12/01/2026: A very positive experience. The restaurant is welcoming and has a beautiful view. We ate very well, especially the pappardelle with wild boar, which was truly delicious. We finished with a truly remarkable millefeuille, which tasted just like the one my beloved grandmother used to make.
We'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. Well done!

It's particularly suitable for those who want to dine in a vintage/retro atmosphere with pleasant background music. A place where you can enjoy conversation while enjoying excellent food. The dishes are generous and expertly prepared—not at all predictable. We enjoyed the asparagus carbonara, which deserves a ten. The ingredients are high-quality, as is the welcome we received. You can taste the passion behind the dishes and the desire to serve good food and leave a pleasant memory. One of those places worth remembering, and an experience we highly recommend.

23/03/2026: I would have loved to try it for lunch on my birthday. My partner booked for Sunday the 22nd after being told it was closed on Saturday. No one has answered the phone since morning, which made me suspicious. We arrived and found it closed. I was so shocked and disappointed that I booked somewhere else at the last minute... One star for the poor service and poor communication, especially considering it was a couple's birthday party, which was doubly disappointing.

Anyone who complains about prices, hospitality, service, and food should relax and understand the situation outside of the big cities! A wonderful family that runs a business in an area that was dying until a year or two ago!!! Hang in there, even for us who appreciate your work. 💜 Stop watching food shows and writing bad reviews just for one bad day! €14 for a large first course, no, but if you're in Trastevere, you can spend up to €20? Do you understand how stupid this is? Thanks again. P.S. THE HOT TART IS AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE EVERY TIME 😍🫶

The variety may not be as great, but that shows how excellent, healthy, and homey the cooking is.
