The welcome is superb, thanks to Leonardo – the owner – and his impeccable dining room staff, always attentive and friendly. We have been frequenting this restaurant since 2018, and since then the watchword has always been one: taste. The fish, from raw to cooked, is always a certainty, thanks to the obsessive care in the choice of raw materials, always very fresh and of the highest quality. The first and second courses are a journey through unique flavors, thanks to surprising combinations that follow the rhythm of the seasons and the availability of the products. And what about the desserts? In addition to having spectacular presentations, they manage to give the palate unforgettable emotions, with a perfect balance between taste and creativity. All the courses are accompanied by an impeccable selection of wines, expertly recommended by Riccardo, always ready to guide you in the right choice. 25/06/2025: Breathtaking place. Perhaps the most beautiful (reception) venue I have ever seen. Exceptional staff, truly. Courtesy and competence at high levels. The aperitif and the appetizer from another planet. Honestly, the lunch (especially the fillet Wellington) was minimally up to par. The only flaw. For the rest, as they say, at the Top. Well done.

27/07/2025: We chose this villa at first sight... but we were even more convinced by the hospitality and professionalism of Rodrigo, Giasmin, Federica, and Mr. Paolo. We were greeted from day one with a thousand smiles from people ready to fulfill our every wish, and so it was. Everything was perfect, in the right place, just as we had dreamed. Every moment was perfectly planned. We let go of the reins and simply let ourselves be guided. The food was top-notch and the spaces were wonderful. All the references to ancient Rome are the most poetic part that made us fall in love from the first moment, and the Universo room is something magical. 20/07/2025: A hidden gem restaurant near rome! A local recemment for me and its asolutely worth every single penny! We was in Rome for 2 nights, we spent whole 2 nights to eat here! Chef Bruno is so friendly and silly, love him. I miss Silvia's pizza, best pizza i had ever taste, truely talented chef.

19/04/2025: Bella location dive il proprietario è sempre pronto ad accogliere e consigliare i clienti. Buone le quantità nei piatti. La qualità/ freschezza non eccelle ma siamo ai castelli romani e non sul mare. Tutto sonmato lo consiglio eccetto per i dolci che secondo me non sono un granché.

02/07/2025: Very intimate restaurant, with a menu of land and sea. We chose in 4 adults all seafood courses, while his girls took a half plate of pasta each. Very kind and helpful waitress, the friendly and present owner, very good food (including raw!!!) We will definitely be back!

01/08/2025: Terrible experience, friendly, polite staff. The food wasn't great, but in my opinion it's very expensive for the location and the quality of the food. It's ridiculously high. Make your own experience. I personally won't go there again. Years ago, the food was excellent, it was always a bit more expensive than the others, but today it has 5-star prices and half-star quality, perhaps with all that said, good luck. No offense to the owners. I'll tell you about my experience. It's clear they're putting in the effort, but it's not enough.
