17/05/2026: Captivated by the aesthetic details of the exterior, the interior is also very beautiful and welcoming, with stone walls, an antique oil mill, and an ancient cistern underneath. Even though there was only one person handling orders and service, we relaxed and the wait was worth it. Both the tiella and the first course were delicious, plus a nice selection of wines. One detail, which I've attached a photo of, is that be careful of the steps inside; one is a bit longer, and if you're distracted by the beauty of the place inside, you could easily trip. Good value for money.

01/05/2026: I came here to eat with my parents to celebrate my dad's birthday. We had octopus salad and paella Gaetana. The mussels were also very good as an appetizer. The waitress is very attentive and stays in the dining room with the guests; service is very fast. I recommend making a reservation. At 1:00 PM, the place was almost empty, and it was a holiday; it gradually filled up.

04/05/2026: We spent the weekend at this beach resort and had the opportunity to enjoy its full range of services. The beach, immaculately clean and equipped with every comfort (changing rooms, king-size loungers, not to mention reserved parking for guests), is a wonderful place to relax. The staff is extremely friendly, from the welcome staff to the valet, to the knowledgeable and attentive waiters. The restaurant menu is truly refined and of high quality. Their catch of the day is truly excellent, and we had the opportunity to try the red snapper accompanied by olives and capers, delicate and wonderfully cooked. For the first course, we tried the saffron and seafood chicche, a dish we found truly captivating. We followed the dining room staff's recommendations for wine, and we also noticed the quality of the wine list. We tried the locally made ice cream with strawberries, and we can vouch for its deliciousness. I highly recommend spending at least a weekend at this beach for relaxation, good food, and the view of this wonderful sea. 🌊☀️⛵️

16/05/2026: Honestly, given the reviews, I expected better. The seafood appetizer was plentiful but lacked flavor. The linguine with clams was too salty for my taste and tasted neither of the sea nor of garlic and oil. The shrimp and prawns used in the pasta sauce were not fresh. Could it be the rough seas of the last few days? Maybe... but I specifically asked for their daily specials... the mussels were good, and the dishes based on squid and calamari sauces are good. Courteous and helpful staff. Family atmosphere. Fair prices.

06/06/2026: After many years, I returned to Triestina. The gelato was good. There weren't a ton of flavors, but there was plenty to choose from. The gelato was a little too cold, as if it were frozen. Other times, I'd found it creamier. The only downside was the cashier. When we approached the counter, there was no one in the shop. The first thing she asked wasn't what we wanted, but "Did you pay?" We certainly wouldn't have run away.

09/06/2026: We went for dinner on Saturday evening, recommended by friends. Perfect advice, I'd say. We initially had a table in an air-conditioned room facing us, and they quickly accommodated us by offering us an even larger table. They served us very attentively and kindly explained each dish to us. We had four different fish appetizers, all delicious, two fish first courses, a fried dish, and a fish second course. Furthermore, there was a celiac at the table, and they provide all gluten-free options. Highly recommended for an excellent dinner in a friendly, family atmosphere.
