18/08/2024: We chose this restaurant to celebrate the August holiday. Starting from the beautiful location, directly on the sea, everything was excellent. The fixed menu included: seafood appetizer, paccheri alla Luciana, sea bream in a potato crust, a fry for every 2 people, cannoli (water and a bottle of wine included), which were all quality dishes, which was not trivial given the turnout of the day, with generous portions (like those of the past). The icing on the cake is Ugo, the owner, very nice and welcoming. In short, it is a stop not to be missed if you are in Gaeta! We will be back.

17/08/2024: A customer for a few years now, Gaeta for me is "La Salute". Mr. Ugo makes you feel at home. Highly recommended.

29/08/2024: Siamo ritornati con una coppia di amici per avere conferma della qualità e della ottima location. Da non perdere la paella nelle tre versioni e il souté di cozze che a me piacciono in particolare. La cuoca che si occupa della paella viene dall'America Centrale ed è simpatica oltre che brava. Esperienza da non perdere

10/08/2024: Excellent wine shop, wide range of wines both in bulk and in bottles. The shop doesn't just sell, I suggest getting advice on purchasing an important bottle. Excellent prices, friendly and helpful staff. ADVISED!

21/08/2024: Well, pasta was excellent (I am not Italian maybe I am wrong) filleto was advertised as “best Italian meat” - I hope it is not true 😃, if it is so - poor Italians. It was not perfect, and it was not filet it was with streaks and films. Seafood did not cause emotions, but was ok. Delay with taking order, delays with food. A lot of people - they are really busy. It is understandable. Reasonable prices.

23/08/2024: Alla ricerca di un buon ristorante a Gaeta medioevale, ho letto le recensioni di questo locale che mi hanno colpito ed incuriosito così ho provveduto a prenotare un tavolo secondo le loro modalità on line, ed è stato tutto perfetto con i continui aggiornamenti sulla prenotazione fino alla sera della cena quando siamo stati accolti dal personale di sala con gentilezza e professionalità, in quattro abbiamo ordinato un primo di pesce cadauno ed un secondo di pesce tutto ben cucinato ed ottimamente servito… cena tranquilla sempre seguiti dal personale di sala. Esperienza molto positiva che di condivido per la qualità dei prodotti e la professionalità del personale.

25/07/2024: Family dinner with typical Gaetan dishes. Uncommunicative and friendly staff, awful meatballs with anchovies (bread only), dish rating definitely not among the best eaten in the city and very expensive (€30), overall unbalanced value for money. The environment could be much nicer and nicer. It's a shame because it would have been nice to have a point of reference for our evenings in Gaeta even independently...

23/08/2024: High level lido that I have been frequenting for years. Today I ate at the restaurant and I must say that I ate Neapolitan pizza for the first time in Gaeta. Congratulations to the owners who hired an excellent pizza chef.

18/08/2024: I don't want to dwell on responding to the owner's response regarding a review made by my cousin... regarding the disappointment with how the evening went... starting with the wait despite the reservation!!! Even though it was the middle of summer, and we were 10 people!! THE WAIT WAS EXAGGERATED!!!. I forgot maybe because we took too many different things as dishes???? bah, but maybe people have different tastes?!??? then I continue…. 2, THE FISH COULDN'T BE EATEN! And not because my sister-in-law is from Desenzano!!!! (for those who don't know, fish from the lake doesn't have much flavor compared to that of the sea... but it doesn't stink, it's not dark, and it doesn't taste strange in the mouth!!! )IN FACT THEY ALSO HAVE OTHER REVIEWS REGARDING THE FISH THAT IS NOT GOOD!!.. my celiac nephew only behaved politely in answering the questions that were later asked to him about the dish he had eaten, even if it wasn't what he had asked for!!! But that's okay... anyway I don't want to continue... because I wouldn't finish anymore... I definitely don't recommend it... especially if there are 10 of you... Or more!!!!! And if you are above all a lover of fresh fish or if you are celiac!!!!!..I forgot…. We replied after a while because luckily we have other things to do during the day.. like I don't know about work, family etc etc...but then the red carpet????😂😂but I say but how dare you???? we are common people…. And I assure you that we have a very peaceful life 😂😂... perhaps even too much for having come to you, I repeat, to try to spend an evening in complete tranquility... but apparently it wasn't like that because I'm still here to respond to the rudeness of people who don't know how to admit their mistakes!!!
