Today we took the opportunity to have lunch at the taverna. The atmosphere is rustic, just as a forest retreat should be. Speaking of the dishes, I can only compliment the chef; everything was delicious and the portions generous. The service, which I've read in many reviews isn't top-notch, was, in my opinion, professional and prompt.

Too expensive. As good as they may be, the products are local, but they're still too expensive. Sandwich (two slices of bread) with sausage €5 No sides, no sauces, no anything... so that's right, bread and sausage €5, that's it. If you want a sandwich (again, two slices of bread) with sausage and scamorza cheese, €7.50, again, no anything. If instead of the two slices of bread, you want focaccia, you'll have to pay a fee: - Focaccia with sausage €6.50 No anything (no salad, no broccoli, no tomato, no scamorza) - Focaccia with sausage and scamorza €11 No anything For the arrosticini, let's leave it at that, to start realizing you're eating roast meats, it means you've just spent €20 because for €10 they get you 8 small ones, it seems like a child's portion. In other words, it's hard to go back. 1 - Bread with sausage and scamorza €7.50 2 - Focaccia with sausage and scamorza €22 1 - Small water 1 - Chips €33 ....then, Pepsi and tart... coffee, practically slowly, without realizing it, you drop €50 and in the end you've eaten two things like that dry. The bathroom was flooded, with no toilet paper or soap. I'm not posting photos for the sake of decorum. A place in a "nice place" with a lot of potential, a real shame. Tart with jam and cream, truly excellent.

The Taverna del Lupo in the park isn't just an excellent restaurant; it's a true reference point for those traveling on two wheels. The food is excellent, plentiful, and carefully prepared, but what makes this place truly special is the atmosphere. Passing bikers always find an open door, a genuine smile, and often a good chat with the owner, a fellow biker and the heart and soul of the place. Kudos also to the ladies who work there: always kind, helpful, and welcoming. Whether you come for a good meal or simply a stop along the way, you'll immediately feel at home at the Taverna del Lupo in the park. Highly recommended, especially for those who love the road and the stories told over a good meal!

I ate well in a splendid environment but one point comes to mind… you can't pay with the POS and that's bad because both in the remote mountains of France and Spain even at 3000 meters you can pay without problems… the problem is that you don't give a receipt to anyone evading a lot of money! All the receipts were non-fiscal only in Italy obviously! But I ate well😂

28/08/2025: A great way to end the Easter weekend in Ciociaria was lunch in the beautiful location of the Capofiume restaurant. The appetizers were excellent, featuring cured meats and vegetables; two first courses, ricotta and walnuts, and tagliatelle with pachino and porcini mushrooms; the second courses were lamb and beef topped with salad and baked potatoes; and a decent assortment of desserts, including wine-flavored donuts. An excellent house red wine was served. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. A great way to end the Easter weekend, dining in Ciociaria in the beautiful location of the Capofiume restaurant. 17/08/2025: To be honest, I'll start by saying we didn't have lunch here. A friend of mine and I chose the Capofiume trail for our first time. It was a beautiful experience in a truly enchanting place where you can find peace. A trail where you truly come into contact with the most beautiful sights and sounds that nature can offer us. In short, a wonderful experience, but one that, as inexperienced hikers, ended with a nasty storm that caught us on the way back. Completely soaked, we took refuge in the restaurant where, even though we hadn't eaten lunch there and weren't "customers," we were welcomed with a care and warmth I never expected. They let us take shelter inside, gave us towels to dry off, and even offered to keep our towels because we didn't have a change of clothes and would have faced the return journey completely soaked. They let us stay there without rushing us and without making us feel in any way guilty about our "intrusion." So I don't know what the food is like there, but I know for sure that you'll be welcomed by good, honest people full of humanity, kindness, and hospitality. And I'm sure I would have found these qualities in the food they prepare and the service they provide. A heartfelt thank you!

Ristorante Tre Abruzzi

01/04/2026: good, but you could have warned us that there were only 3 ravioli with shrimp, we left very hungry, if you have it as a first course either make larger ravioli or put more or otherwise warn us or write it, this is my opinion we were disappointed, for the rest everything was good.
20/10/2025: A quaint place in an enchanting setting. Quality food in generous portions, moderate prices, and very friendly staff... We'll definitely be back...
