08/12/2025: Nice restaurant located more or less in the historic center of Frosinone. The food is good and the dishes are beautifully presented. I recommend trying the chestnut ravioli with pumpkin cream and the omelette with caramelized onion, asparagus, and a cascade of truffles. And, for dessert, the pomegranate cheesecake. 😋 The staff is kind and helpful, especially Linda. 😊 Parking is the real problem, but that's exactly what upper Frosinone is. 😪 Today, since it's a holiday and the offices around the hotel-restaurant are closed, my family and I found a parking spot more easily than the first time, in the evening, on a weekday. Or maybe because we booked for lunch and not dinner. 🤔 Unfortunately, I've never had reason to try it as a hotel, since I live in this city, but the photos look promising. 🫠 Recommended. 😊👍

02/12/2025: In the highest part of the city, parking is extremely difficult. At certain times, it's almost impossible. Rooms are decorated in… vintage style. Overall, clean, but the limescale in the shower was truly excessive. The shower is huge and extremely comfortable, by the way. The water from the system (both cold and hot) is pumped in bursts: at times it's very strong, at times it seems to stop. This makes mixing difficult, and the showerhead feels scalding hot and cold. From my room, I had a spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. Prices are affordable. The sweet breakfast was varied and pleasant. The cakes were excellent. There was practically no savory breakfast. Avoid the restaurant: I spent 50 euros for an appetizer of eggplant meatballs that didn't taste like eggplant, fried cod with olives (fried), capers (fried) in a sauce (fried) that I digested the following week, a glass of wine, water, and a 3-cm-diameter chocolate cake. Crazy price and barely adequate quality. There are much better dining options nearby. I'll return to the hotel, carefully avoiding the restaurant.

24/11/2025: A renowned local restaurant, it's a must-visit when you're in the upper Ciociaria area. Whether for an intimate dinner or a banquet, at "Il Tartufo" you'll be treated to the finest. The varied and comprehensive appetizers are a complete meal in themselves, but how could you not try the truffle risotto or the homemade gnocchi? The meat, strictly grilled, satisfies the most discerning palates. The staff is attentive but discreet. Excellent value for money. Recommended.

Non c'è che dire, servizio impeccabile, antipasto un carpaccio di manzo davvero ottimo; due primi anch'essi ottimi, una gricia coi fiocchi e un piatto davvero originale di fettuccine in crosta di parmigiano e un dessert molto particolare, con una rivisitazione particolare delle "mbriachelle". Tutto ciò, cenando avendo davanti agli occhi la meravigliosa cattedrale di Anagni. Prezzi nella media, calcolando anche l'ottima qualità.

29/07/2025: L'atmosfera è bellissima, è tutto curato al minimo dettaglio. Tutte le paste romane (la gricia, la carbonara, la cacio & pepe e l'amatriciana) sono buonissime, e le consiglio tutte. La carne è buonissima, cucinata in maniera raffinata ed è anch'essa buonissima. Lo consiglio a tutti anche perché i prezzi, in relazione alla qualità e alla quantità, sono poco alti.

From the hospitality of the very kind, polite and always smiling waiters to the food, everything was truly excellent, from the appetizer to the fusilli with caccio pepe and raw prawns to the dentex with artichokes on a bed of spinach. I am now a regular customer, compliments for everything.

Abundant and carefully prepared food, typical products and top hospitality, ideal for those who prefer an evening dedicated to simplicity and authenticity, without paying attention to "labels". Special mention for Assunta's smile and conviviality that represents the added value and essence of what, more than a simple dinner, turned out to be an experience suspended in time.

30/11/2025: A historic restaurant in Rio Saliceto, with a welcoming atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff, and delicious pumpkin tortelli, as well as the mixed fried fish. Generous portions and truly competitive prices. We'll definitely be back.

03/11/2025: 5 well-deserved stars! We had a hard time with Maps because we were passing through, but the menu, the location, and the kindness fully made up for it. We had a mixed appetizer, a first course, a second course, and a dessert, and everything was excellent! The tagliatelle (I don't remember the exact shape) with chestnuts and pesto were amazing. The amaretto cake, paired with wine, was also fabulous. It was evening, so it was a shame about the view; with that, everything would have been perfect. Highly recommended.

The well-seasoned first courses are also excellent. It's rare to find a place where quality, friendliness, and a welcoming atmosphere blend so well. 19/10/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance.... The place is tiny and from what we were told, reservations are required... maybe yesterday was our lucky day. It's a tiny place where you can feel the atmosphere of times gone by, the staff is beyond polite and professional, the waiters are two excellent guys, and the food... well, it exceeded all my expectations. The appetizer was delicious and plentiful, with so many tastings, each one better than the last, the pan-fried potatoes were delicious, but the meat was truly wonderful... Congratulations!
