Good food, very friendly staff. I almost never tip, but this gentleman didn't deserve it either. Expensive food and drinks.

A very pleasant moment in a vaulted room with a warm atmosphere.
I wanted to try a "traditional Roman" dish, apparently quite divisive. The waiter took the time to advise me to make sure I knew what I was doing!
The menu is traditional with daily specials. The portions are good.
There is no cover charge.

Superb, family-run restaurant that I highly recommend ✅👍🏻😊. The waiter, the manager, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The pasta is homemade following Nonna's recipe... How could you not love it? Thank you to the team, and a special thought for Nonna for her fabulous recipe. Bravo ❤️🇮🇹😊🙏🏻

We ate our first ravioli in Rome here and it was delicious! All the dishes were super tasty and we absolutely loved the orange tiramisu🤌🏼 Also, the waiter Luca very kindly helped us make the best choices! Grazie Mille!

I had lunch at Vecchia Conca on Sunday, March 15, 2026, and it was a pleasant experience. The blonde lady serving—I believe she was the owner—was truly courteous, kind, helpful, and friendly. We spent a fair amount, €80 for two, including two appetizers, two plates of Carbonara (very good and delicate), a dessert, a coffee, and two bottles of water. I found the dining room welcoming and quiet...the only flaw was perhaps the tables being a little too close together, but that's common in the capital. The wait between courses was normal. We asked for a carbonara without pecorino added at the end, and our request was met with care. Recommended, I'd return!
