We visited this place for the first time last night and were completely satisfied. We started with supplì and a beef magnum, both crispy and truly delicious. We then chose three different pizzas, all thin-crust in perfect Roman style: simply extraordinary. Without a doubt, one of the best pizzas I've ever eaten, just the way I like it, with high-quality ingredients and exceptional flavor. Kudos also to the service: the waiter was extremely kind, helpful, and very polite, making the experience even more enjoyable. Five stars is the maximum... but this place deserves even more!

The atmosphere was too chaotic, but that's fine. I ordered a pizza with buffalo mozzarella and prosciutto for €10, and it came with arugula and parmesan, without specifying that it would cost me €18. So, okay, I didn't go back to ask for an explanation, but they'll definitely never see me again, neither me nor anyone I know, because I'll say they're dishonest. *I'm editing my review because I DID NOT order the pizza you mentioned, but the waitress told me you used arugula and parmesan. It was also very chaotic, and I assumed it was a standard pizza. So you could have told me how much it cost, because the buffalo mozzarella I ordered, if I'm not mistaken, cost €10, and that's quite a difference. As for the place, there's nothing to complain about. The pizza was good, and I couldn't find any flaws; the waitress was wrong in not specifying the difference.

The menu offers a variety of innovative, yet not predictable, products, while still remaining homemade and artisanal. A variety of top-quality cured meats. The atmosphere is meticulously maintained.
