Quality products, comfortable environment.

Family atmosphere, not confusing, excellent for a romantic dinner. Ordered sage batters and a white 'Courgette' pizza with salmon and burrata, I was a bit perplexed, the flavors did not emerge vividly, the pizza base was not soft, not really my thing, it will certainly please people crunchy lovers. I will return for another try and to taste the renowned Pallì.

The pizzeria is located in the very small village of Pisciarelli, practically in the open countryside. The place inside is clean and cozy (not very large with two main rooms), but with a simple and friendly country look. We ate inside but in more temperate periods there is the possibility of dining outside too, overlooking the village square. The pizza is the thin type, but prepared with a long leavening and re-milled flour, then cooked in a wood oven. Personally I liked it. Friendly service in a family atmosphere. I will definitely go back.
