15/01/2025: Definitely worth going to for drinks and food.Very friendly and professional service. We had some salami and cured meat with various types of cheese along with divine focaccia. It's a must try.They also offer a lot of Italian wine and beer. Fascinating setting makes your experience even better.

28/11/2024: Posto raffinato e ricercato, personale accogliente e cortese. Ottima qualità del cibo e ricercatezza nel menù. Atmosfera soft con musica di sottofondo rilassante e che permette di parlare anche a bassa voce. Insomma una scoperta entusiasmante e da ripetere anche per un aperitivo veloce. Bravi

27/09/2024: In "transito" a Frosinone scelgo questa osteria slow food .Il nome identifica il locale innanzitutto per la proposta di vini ben rappresentati dall' "oste".Mangiamo la terrina di muscolo con misticanza,fettuccine al ragout bianco di bufala,pasta e fagioli,straccetti di bufalo.Tutto di buona qualità negli ingredienti,qualche interpretazione discutibile ,prezzi nella media.Servizio molto gentile ,propositivo ed esaustivo.

02/07/2024: Cucina eccellente, qualità delle materie prime e cura dei piatti. Un cena eccellente. Oste simpatico e disponibile, competente sui prodotti del territorio e sui vini locali. Eravamo di passaggio, se ricapiteremo in zona torneremo sicuramente!

18/12/2024: Haute cuisine that was not what I expected. A complete nothing burger ( hype from reviews , underwhelmed experience). I barely ate my food while listening to easy listening music ( something you hear at an airport lounge ).

26/12/2024: Beautiful location, very well furnished in a modern and vintage style at the same time, tables, walls, very colorful and imaginative. Very large stage, located in an excellent position for all views, high level acoustics and lights/spotlights that offer excellent choreography. We were both at the Hallowen evening, with the performer Roy Paladini, and at the Queen tribute show, beautiful shows. Unfortunately the only sore point is the cuisine, it is not up to the standard of the restaurant, also because the prices are not low. Undercooked and stuffed burgers, cold chips and pizzas that could be improved, in short, in my opinion, "the handle" should be changed, as they say in jargon...

23/12/2024: we were once and wanting to return for the U2 cover concert we had already asked for a specific table number during the booking phase (about 2 weeks before) to be able to see the concert as best as possible (also having not optimal eye sight unfortunately). Not having received confirmation, I called to find out if it was possible, they told me, even a little annoyed, that the tables would be made the same day (?! but everyone does as they want in their own home, God forbid), and that we would be contacted the same day . Nothing. Then I call twice on the same day during the opening hours indicated by the web, but voicemail. I send emails, nothing. In the end we didn't go. for 45 euros JUST to sit - and then spend another 80 minimum for dinner - and by activating 2 weeks before we thought it could be done but apparently not. Amen. I have seen scathing counter-responses (quite Roman-style, along the lines of "who wants you as a customer") from the management to comments on the costs of the dinner (true, high) or even threats of legal action against those who said "I was sick after dinner". ...no one will miss anyone, we know, you are certainly not the only ones who have customers-suppliers etc...but perhaps you are among the many who do not take the criticisms of paying users as a starting point for improvement... amen here too.

23/07/2024: Very nice place near the river square, but honestly I wouldn't go back. We took 2 croissants and 2 coffees, the croissants were good but the coffees with their particular blends were undrinkable. Furthermore, €10 for a breakfast for two people seems a little exaggerated to me, because €8 was basically just coffee:

28/12/2024: We reserved a table on TheFork app. On our vacation in Rome, after a day of sightseeing, we returned home with a wrapped package of donuts in hand. In response to their not-so-polite question, we explained that we bought it for breakfast the next day and would take it home. They wouldn't let us sit down and eat dinner unless we threw out the doughnuts. Of course we left the restaurant. They didn't speak much English or didn't want to. In TheFork application, they immediately wrote that we did not show up. Unethical behavior. We had a delicious meal two streets away, no one was bothered by the wrapped doughnuts. And now, "dear" owner, server, or whoever manages the reviews, you can give jerky answers, as you have done to all criticisms so far.

05/01/2025: Beautiful estate on Lake Martignano, from the restaurant you can enjoy the view and taste excellent dishes with local and seasonal products. We took the vegan dishes that were on the menu. The service, attention and kindness were very pleasant. Also highly recommended for families with children

03/12/2024: Sono stata a Vetralla per l'acquisto annuale di olio ed io e la mia famiglia ci siamo piacevolmente imbattuti in questo ristorante, per il quale lasciare una recensione positiva è assolutamente d'obbligo, visto che si è trattato di uno dei più buoni in cui io sia stata di recente. Complimenti a tutto lo staff sia per la qualità e genuinità delle pietanze, che per la gentilezza ed empatia verso il cliente. Mia zia ha dichiarato di essere allergica ad alcuni alimenti, e la ragazza della sala è stata super premurosa nel venirle incontro e porre particolare attenzione alle sue necessità. Una nota speciale per l'abbacchio alla scottadito, credo il più buono che abbia mai mangiato e per i dolci fatti in casa, ben superiori alle pasticcerie più rinomate. Non vedo l'ora di tornare!

30/11/2024: Prima di venire a Vetralla ho fatto un giro su TripAdvisor per cercare qualche ristorante, in realtà qualcosa che coniugasse pizza a piatti tipici del luogo. La maggior parte delle recensioni non erano recentissime ed alternavano giudizi ottimi a giudizi pessimi. Quindi mi sono affidato a gente del luogo, e mi hanno consigliato questo ristorante. Ne sono rimasto soddisfatto. La pizza, enorme, premetto che non mi è piaciuta, ma essendo campano sono prevenuto. Era la tipica pizza romana sottile, croccante e devo dire che la salsiccia non era saporita. Ottima la carbonara di mia moglie, come una carbonara deve essere, cremosa, guanciale scrocchiarello, saporita. Buoni anche i crostini con paté di olive, olio, pomodorini, ma sopratutto la verza in agrodolce. Non abbiamo preso dolci in quanto le porzioni più che abbondanti ci hanno saziato.

15/01/2025: Reservamos con semanas de antelación, volvimos a confirmar la reserva hace unos días y, al llegar, el restaurante estaba cerrado. Llamamos por teléfono y una mujer nos dice que no sabe nada y nos cuelga el teléfono. Nunca nos ha pasado nada igual. El peor restaurante que nos hemos encontrado nunca. Todo lamentable.

15/01/2025: Reservamos hace casi un mes desde Madrid para celebrar el 40 cumpleaños de mi mujer aquí. Reconfirmamos la reserva hace dos días. Acabamos de llegar al restaurante y está cerrado. Hemos llamado por teléfono y la persona que nos ha contestado nos ha respondido que no sabe nada y ha colgado el teléfono. Nunca nos había pasado nada igual. Gente de la peor calaña. Nos han arruinado las vacaciones y el aniversario. Evitar ir a toda costa.

The area used for those who want to order pizza is a little darker as it is "further down" while the restaurant department is located in the highest area of ​​the structure.
