24/12/2025: Fontellisola is "The restaurant" where I practically grew up, I saw it when it still had a swimming pool and it remains to this day a place where you feel at home, you eat delicious local products in generous portions, homemade wines, beers on tap, their focaccia and homemade bread with their appetizers first of all ABSOLUTELY worth trying!

09/12/2025: We went to eat at this restaurant based on the good reviews, but the experience wasn't the best. The road to the restaurant was bumpy, and after parking, they sat us down. We waited five minutes, and the place slowly filled up. Then those five minutes turned into ten. When we finally managed to ask for the menu, the waiter, quite annoyed, told us the menu himself. After telling us the specials of the day, one of us asked if they had polenta, having seen it, even though he hadn't mentioned it at all. When the dishes arrived, they looked good, and indeed they were. For dessert, we had to wait 15 minutes, at the end of which the same waiter, instead of telling us what desserts were available, told us we had to get up to look in the refrigerator. Realizing we were about to leave without dessert, the waiter led us to the refrigerator and pointed to the desserts, but he didn't get any of them right. Out of desperation, and to be on the safe side, we ordered two tiramisu, which was actually a semifreddo (more cold than semifreddo, practically frozen) with sponge cake and cream ice cream. In the end, we paid and left feeling very disappointed.

25/01/2026: We went to this place to spend a pleasant evening with my boyfriend, and what can I say...everything was simply superb, from the welcome we received to the atmosphere. It's a small place, but the saying "good things come in small packages." We were served, or rather, "pampered" by the waiter, who, from what I understand, is the son, and was disarmingly professional and kind. We started with an appetizer of exceptional culatello di zimbello accompanied by various types of bread made on site and some fried Iberian ham. We then opted for a second course, skipping the first course for quantity reasons. We chose a 1.3 kg Chianina T-bone with a side of baked potatoes. The meat is accompanied by three different types of salt and local rosemary-flavored oil. Everything—and I mean everything—lived up to expectations, so much so that we also decided to opt for two desserts with coffee and an after-dinner drink. We'll definitely be back. A 20 out of 10. PS. The bill was €170 for two people, but it was completely justified. I was happy to spend my money on this service.

18/01/2026: A very welcoming little place, excellent service, and meticulously selected ingredients. The meat is of excellent quality and tender, and the music is well-chosen. Overall, an experience worth trying.

30/11/2025: This experience is a must-try, there's nothing else to say. One of my aunts is celiac, and Ezio al Ponte's spirit made her forget it. And besides, their artichokes were cooked with gusto, and like the legendary Daniela, they're a tradition. Because Ezio al Ponte's grandson and son also made them there, making the heavens dream, inspired by his grandfather.

30/11/2025: Good morning. For goodness sake, Ezio, a charming character, but I can't give a positive review. The dishes were average, even below par for some courses. But the most critical thing was the service. The waiting time was too long...and my son's main course...never arrived! The order had been lost. The prices were average, although the quality-price ratio isn't competitive. Goodbye, Ezio!

04/01/2026: Don't expect real pizza, a low base like a piadina without edges, even a simple margherita makes you really thirsty so we don't even have the leavening, the ingredients on the pizza are abundant, nice place, normal staff.

03/01/2026: Found it on Google, very nice place. I had the pizza, which was very thin but good and well-topped. Very good value for money.

31/01/2026: We've been wanting to go there for a long time, and today we went. Excellent food, 😋 very welcoming place, the girl was very kind and very patient (as well as very nice). Since my daughter and I have intolerances, we ate there without any worries. We'll be back to try the pizzas. Thank you 🤗

31/01/2026: Truly an excellent experience. Delicious, high-quality food. A special thanks to the restaurant staff: incredibly kind, attentive, and patient. Although my mother and I unfortunately have food intolerances, she explained all the ingredients in the dishes to me precisely, making us feel completely at ease. Her attention to customer service truly makes the difference. I will definitely be back to try other dishes. Highly recommended!

05/03/2026: If you're passing by the lakeside in Montefiascone, you can't miss lunch or dinner at Morano. The quality, courtesy, and ambiance are wonderful. I recommend calling to reserve a table overlooking the lake.

15/02/2026: Unfortunately, I have to give my dinner a negative review. The high price-quality ratio is, in my opinion, completely inadequate. Appetizer: Minimal portion consisting of just a few mussels and clams, which were tasteless and lacked seasoning. First course: Gnocchi were overcooked. The scampi cream was disappointing: the seafood flavor was missing; a vague taste prevailed (probably butter). Second course: The fried calamari and shrimp was, in my opinion, the worst I've ever eaten in my life. In short: small portions and quality that, in my opinion, absolutely doesn't justify the final bill. I would not recommend it. The only positive note was that the young waiter who served us was kind, quick, and precise, which raised my rating for the service.
