29/08/2025: A restaurant on the Gaeta seafront. A fixed-price tourist menu was displayed at the entrance. Intrigued, I entered and was greeted by a waiter who, when I asked for a table for two, rudely replied: "If you'd like dinner, there's only indoor seating available!" Nevertheless, we accepted and sat down. The waitress arrived, and we told her we'd chosen the tourist menu... yet another problem: we were forced to each choose the same dish, even though the menu outside offered the option of two different first courses. We accepted yet another imposition, but it didn't end there! After the first course, we were informed that the second courses on the tourist menu couldn't be ordered because the kitchen had run out of calamari. So, goodbye tourist menu. In the end, we paid the price of the dishes listed on the menu and left.

26/08/2025: If you're looking for a pizza made just right, this is the place! I've been coming here for over ten years, and it's still my favorite. The difference is the passion, which you can taste in every bite. If you're passing through, you can't miss the pizzeria's signature pizza: the Mandracchio. You'll be won over from the first bite!

13/04/2025: I've been living in Hell for 30 years and I discovered Rosa today, I wonder how I didn't discover this restaurant before. I had a lasagna and it was very good, price €6 FANTASTIC. One of the few honest ones around, relaxed and familiar environment. 5 stars

23/03/2025: I went to Speedy Pizza to try the kebab they made, what can I say... Truly a Madonna kebab, the flavor of the meat has nothing to do with classic kebabs. I didn't get anything else, but I saw chicken legs for example, and they had a nice face. Welcoming and approachable staff

14/08/2025: The food was divine... Gnocchi with pesto that tasted practically homemade...delicious! Fair prices, impeccable courtesy, helpfulness, and customer service, ample outdoor parking... An oasis of refreshment surrounded by nature. I'll be back in the evening to try the pizzas! Highly recommended 👌👏🏼✌️

13/07/2025: Exquisite food, very professional service, impeccable cleanliness, but the Saint Honoré cake, made in-house, is, in my opinion, the best of all the Saint Honoré cakes I've tasted in 34 years of working in the restaurant business. Compliments to the managers.

10/07/2025: We tried to get into this place twice, but the owner rejected us. The first time the restaurant was occupied for someone's birthday, the second time the restaurant was half empty, but the owner said she had no seats for us. I can only assume that the cause was actually something else. Disgusting.

06/08/2025: The red wine, the food, the cocktails, the food, the beers, the food—incredible, wonderful, and delicious! I've been here several times for a long time, a regular for events, parties, dinners, lunches, or casual drinks. And here's a real HOST! MARIO! What a HOST, he embodies the true spirit of the tavern, while also bringing the class and sophistication of a cultured and elegant person. Thank you Mario, thank you Matteo for the cocktails, thank you all.

02/09/2025: Rather interesting place in the middle of a regular Italian suburb. An American West cowboy themed restaurant. Complete with movie scene sound effect's and gun shot duals apon entering. Once in, you get greeted by the friendly staff in cowboy hats etc. The entire restaurant is completely decked out to emulate a Western restaurant / saloon. Bit over the top for me but it seems the people love it as it was packed. The food (pizza's )& the service , both quick as well as delicious. Had a fun time in a weird kind of way and it wasn't too expensive.

12/07/2025: Guys, this is now a regular stop for us! The best gelato in the WORLD, and I assure you, I'm not exaggerating!! Truly TOP! If I could give it 10 stars, I would. It's impossible not to try it. Happy to share and share ❤️ The owner's kindness and attentiveness make this place truly "UNIQUE." Have a great summer everyone!

08/06/2025: June 2nd we booked at this place, because it was recommended on the museum website, for lunch. Some of the first courses indicated on the menu were not present. For the second courses of meat, limited choice We were a little disappointed.

25/08/2025: I discovered this place thanks to the Via dei Tusci. It's a perfect place for a first stop. Francesca and her family are wonderful people. Highly recommended.

13/08/2025: Surrounded by greenery, nature, and absolute tranquility! I've been here several times and I have to say I'm absolutely delighted, especially now that they've renovated everything and opened the restaurant on Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday lunchtime. The food is truly delicious! The rooms are all beautiful, new, and clean! The breakfast is delicious, with fantastic desserts. The staff is truly kind and helpful, especially Mrs. Francesca and Mr. Roberto! What can I say? I'll gladly return! Excellent value for money! Nearby, there are also beautiful towns worth visiting, such as Santangelo, the fairytale town, Viterbo, and Orvieto. Recommended for families with children as it has a beautiful swimming pool!

19/07/2025: Nice and well-kept place. Very friendly and helpful staff. The pinsa wasn't particularly exciting in my opinion: not very flavorful but well-leavened. In this context, I'd definitely recommend it again to try the rest of the menu.

29/06/2025: I highly recommend this place, Don Bosco area, Tuscolana. The staff are great, prepared and very kind. Last night was yet another special event I did with them and now I can only say that Alchemico is a sure thing for me. Very good beers and food, top quality ingredients and top service.
