19/02/2025: Nos gustó mucho Josephine bistro. En una ciudad muy turística esto se sentía un poco más para los lugareños, pero también muy amable. El personal era muy agradable y tenían un poco de música pop italiana genial tocando que a nuestros niños les encantó. Grandes pulgares arriba para un lugar frío para ir.

10/03/2025: We ate octopus, exquisite. Very well decorated, warm place, we sat at a small table located on the sidewalk, the waitresses were overwhelmed with work but they did everything possible to serve us, efficient and friendly.

07/03/2025: We ate in many places, but only here we ate the best pizza we ate in Rome. We also liked the pasta served to us very much. Limoncello Spritz really deserves recognition. Overall, the place is very good, the service is also nice :)

01/02/2025: Locale a gestione familiare, menu limitato a antipasto classici e pizze. La pizza molto sottile buona, servizio lento lento, prezzi che sarebbe il caso di ritoccare leggermente verso il basso (4 pizze normalmente farcite 46 euro non sono pochi), dolce zuppa inglese buonissimo fatto in casa e porzione x 2 persone. Tutto sommato sufficiente.

10/03/2025: The quality of this restaurant has constantly improved in recent years. Fresh fish is grilled on the wood-fired oven and refined with myrtle. You can also order a variety of grilled vegetables or simply a crispy focaccia with rosemary. The fried anchovies are also crispy and tasty. A Franciacorta sparkling Ca del Bosco rosé is available for €65, an honest price. Very friendly service.

05/02/2025: I want to begin by saying our server Nadia was lovely, she went above and beyond to make our evening a lovely one and genuinely seemed excited by us saying we were willing to get creative with wine pairings. The food was fine, though definitely overpriced. Unfortunately the server who brought our food seemed unsure about most of the dishes, we went with the sabotage menu and to be honest - we were unsure of most of the dishes too. The appetisers were hit and miss - the pasta was lovely (we each got a plate) and finally, the main course was delicious but we were presented with one plate to share. We came with expectations of mind-blowing food, high energy and a great atmosphere but left feeling a bit like we'd arrived to a party that was already over. We chose to sit on the social table, which we thought would be fun! But it turns out we shared the table with diners and their camera and mic setups. And they shared their meals with their phones and not each other. We wish we'd had the experience everyone else seems to be describing.

23/01/2025: This is one of the tourist "revelations" of some time ago which has been renewed, I believe, only in the management (and partly in the name) but which keeps the formula that young people like so much...really so. The idea was right before and today it is perhaps even more so, considering that the shot is a widespread habit among young people (even too young) and especially for tourists it is normal. And in fact I think I can say that tourists are the ones who remain most enthusiastic about the formula whereas the cultural space was and remains in my opinion only a pretext... a pleasant setting for the real specialty of the house, that is, small glasses of chocolate substitute ( no, it doesn't really look like chocolate to me) into which the shot is poured and covered with cream (we're talking about spray cream, Ed.) and a bit of various grains: and here that would already be enough because in a bookshop you wouldn't expect a corner bar predominant e so popular... but the real characteristic is that all these shots are characterized by spicy, sex-related, ambiguous names and even the way of preparing them, serving them, suggesting them is highly colourful, sexual allusions are the main ingredient of what is served . The idea, I repeat, was and is original... it's a bit of a soft version of Cencio to the swear word in the drinks field.... if one comes here he shouldn't be scandalized and must play along, after all the mood of the you can already sense the place by looking at the many tableaux present that indicate the names of the drinks... prices? Not high....about 3/4 euros on average...but obviously no one stops at just one and generally the fat fun lies in assembling kamasutric positions and amateur practices, mixing the chosen drinks as in the last of the erotic sessions from a tavern. A little heavy at times, I think a lot depends on who serves whom: most of the patrons come away enthusiastic, some are a little disappointed...maybe the sensitivity of those managing the counter is not always up to par and sometimes the The touchiness of the customers exceeds what is tolerable. Let's say that it is a nice place and that all in all it can fit in with the Trastevere nightlife (in the evening you will find it open but remember to drink with awareness!). Their burgers taste like you've never had a real burger before. If you bring someone there, you'll make a good impression! The place is small, but this means tranquility.
