03/08/2025: One of the icons of San Lorenzo's restaurant scene is closing, and with it the city's gastronomic and social culture. We'll miss you; your appetite will be harder to satisfy now.

26/06/2025: Traditional home cooking from various Italian regions, tasty appetizers with satisfying portions even dividing them and varied by type and ingredients (meat, fish, cheese, vegetables, we tasted practically all of them), delicious meatballs in sauce and the right size, good house white wine. Excellent quality/price ratio.

22/11/2025: At 6.30 on the morning of the 22nd, I asked the gentleman at the counter to go to the bathroom and that I would then have a coffee. He replied gruffly that I couldn't go. Only after I told him that I had a taxi did he send me. By the way, all the taxis around me went. Then I paid and he gave me the change without a receipt, which I had to ask for.

17/11/2025: Little hidden gem best coffee and cakes. Lunch menu is next level and prices are so unbelievable cheap best meals i had in Italy, everybody is friendly as well 👌 😀

15/09/2025: A rustic, welcoming place with delicious local dishes. The pasta was cooked to perfection, the dessert was excellent, and the coffee was good too! We'll definitely be back.

29/10/2025: Even though I've driven past it for many years, I'd never been there. What I missed: a very welcoming restaurant, with extremely attentive and courteous service. The food was all delicious, from the appetizers to the meat (especially), and the desserts. I'll definitely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

22/10/2025: Delicious food, very high quality, and it shows. It's a shame about the service; the waiter was rushed and never present. We asked other waitresses a couple of times for the dessert menu, and they rudely told us we should ask "our" waiter. When we got the bill, we asked "our" waiter for the bill. I specified a €162 bill for three, and when we asked to split the bill between the three of us, he told us to go to the cashier and pay. We went to the cashier, and the cashier rudely said, "But you should have told us before that you're splitting the bill between the three of us." So I asked myself, "When did we tell the waiter?" More than that, when should I have told him? When was I ordering? It seems absurd to me that, given that we were three young people, we had to be treated like this!!! The service definitely needs improvement!!!!

20/10/2025: The place itself isn’t bad, and the service was fine. But the food — at least what I ordered — was a real disappointment. I specifically asked for a fresh, wild sea bass, and what arrived was a small 900-gram farmed fish, served late and completely dry. Definitely not wild. And at €31 per portion (€63 for the two), the price was outrageously high. Absolutely unacceptable.

28/11/2025: I first went to the San Giovanni bistro and then came here. I must say, they didn't disappoint me a second time. The service and atmosphere are always top-notch. I got lost admiring the huge selection of wines. An unforgettable evening.

26/07/2025: For those who eat and appreciate meat, it's the most important reference point I've ever found. Luciano is an experienced restaurateur and the only one I know who selects the finest meat from small breeders, purchasing the entire animal and personally processing and cutting the animal. Since he doesn't buy from large retailers, his product is unique and impossible to find elsewhere, even at a substantial price. Furthermore, the asking price is negligible compared to the absolute quality combined with the selection of prized breeds such as Galician ox, old cow, Simmenthal, etc., all selected from small breeders. For true carnivores, you'll find a hot prosciutto appetizer with a huge aging refrigerator from which to choose only the best. Luciano, an absolute benchmark.

The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for a dinner with friends or family. The staff is friendly and attentive, and we immediately felt at ease. A grill restaurant that focuses on quality and hospitality.

06/09/2025: Beautiful place The rooms are very, very nice, but The service is very slow. Last night I ate meat for the first time. I'm sorry, but it was awful. Everything else was good, as always.

23/08/2025: The place is very nice, but the food is poor: frozen ready-made sauces, spaghetti with fish full of sand. Not recommended.

20/11/2025: Neither infamy nor praise. When they still serve peanuts and chips for an aperitivo in 2025, I get depressed. Add lukewarm prosecco, and it's the height of sadness.

The linguine mancini is highly recommended, not to mention the appetizers, bursting with flavor and innovation, with attentive, professional, and extremely friendly service.
