01/07/2025: Nice location, essential, clean, new and well kept… very kind and helpful staff. The pizza dough is excellent and highly digestible, the raw materials are of the highest quality. Contemporary pizza with a slightly higher crust. Menu with a wide range of flavors, each more particular than the other (if you are looking for the classic Neapolitan pizza you definitely should not come here) and you are really spoiled for choice. Fair prices for this type of pizzeria, spent 140 euros for 8 pizzas including some more expensive ones on the menu. The only small flaw is that some arrived cold and for this I do not give the maximum rating.

What do you say...I ended up here by chance and I have to say mega filled sandwiches...exceptional spelt salad...prices for the quality and abundance compliant...in fact in my opinion even low!! Well done I will definitely be back!!!!

23/08/2025: Whenever I go to Viterbo (I live elsewhere), I drive all the way here, and this review would be over already. Excellent and original sandwiches with homemade bread (at least it seems to be the flavor and texture), with many vegetarian options (AMEN!!!). Delicious toasted, but even better when fresh. Superlative coffee. As I sat there one Saturday morning, The Cure's playlist came on, while the owners, relaxing, prepared more sandwiches at the counter. What can I say? Relaxing.

21/08/2025: This is a sandwich bar and food shop, not a proper restaurant. But they do serve tasty and original tramezzini, light on toppings but very varied and healthy. Some are toasted, others are not, appropriately depending on the ingredients. They are accompanied by various good-quality cured meats and cold cuts, assorted bruschetta, and delicious, moderately aged pecorino cheeses. To accompany the cheeses, they also offer some delicious homemade jams. The platters are generous and plentiful (AYCE, which I also served even though I was alone), including a glass of wine or a spritz. The owners are very kind and helpful; for three generous platters, a glass of wine, a liqueur, and an extra mineral water, I spent less than 20 euros. I don't know if they'll keep this promotion going, but for now, it's true. The place is very simple and unpretentious, yet welcoming and pleasant, and the owners are friendly. I highly recommend it.

10/08/2025: Located down the street from the Colosseum, this underground restaurant is a former Roman bath, ie named Terme del Coloseo, with 2 long halls with vaulted ceiling. Service was good, food was not too bad, with starter with potato puff and Zuchini/mushroom with cheese, second course with pasta with Ragu and ravioli with pepe and cacio, third with meatballs and salad and fried, and finally tiramasu, all set dinner with tour group. Not too bad co sideline the quality of food in Rome, but atmosphere was good. Singers were pretty good and entertaining, not opera star level but not average joes, good enough for me to pay 10 euros for their CD for support them. Service was nice and quick. Would consider coming back because of the atmosphere.

22/08/2025: I had ordered takeout, but when I arrived, the owner, incredibly kind and hospitable, invited me to eat right there... I ate deliciously and felt right at home. I highly recommend it to everyone!!! 😍

20/05/2025: A place I have known all my life with a beautiful view of the mountains and the whole town with a breathtaking panorama of the Valle Santa il bara offers with table service and at the counter beautiful outdoor space with veranda excellent for breakfasts coffee and cappuccinos (super) yeasts aperitifs first and second courses fresh every day 👍❤️

07/09/2025: We booked on The Fork; the place is quite basic but well-maintained, with fairly quick service and friendly waiters. We ordered mixed fried fish, mozzarella, and a trio of montanare: delicious, crispy, and not greasy fried fish. For our main course, we had gnocchi with gorgonzola and walnuts, Danish ribs, and side dishes. With the 30% discount and wine, we spent €45 in total.

25/08/2025: Wonderful family Andrea is a great chef - Stella is kind and patient - Mattia makes mouth-watering pizzas - Flavia needs to be put on skates because of how much he runs - Alessandra is good but still shy. In short, gentlemen, what are you waiting for? Go there... you won't regret it.

22/07/2025: The restaurant is well-kept and very welcoming. The presence of cats is noticeable as soon as you enter, due to the distinctive smell of the animals and their litter. Therefore, I advise against it for those who don't like or tolerate the smell, which, in any case, fades away after a short while. Alternatively, you can reserve outside. The dishes are all vegetarian, so if you're used to classic flavors, you might be a little disappointed, but it must be said that they are absolutely refined and presented with care and grace. The staff is always kind and professional. The cats are present on the premises, but they don't bother you at all. They're used to people and go about their business, becoming an additional setting for the restaurant, which, after all, is also their home. They don't mind a few scratches, but they can easily do without! The prices are high in my opinion for the quantity, but the refinement and presentation are worth considering. It's definitely not suitable for those who are hungry, but I eat very little myself and in the end I was just the right amount full.

07/06/2025: My favorite pub in Centocelle. It has a decent outdoor space. The place inside is nice, nothing memorable but welcoming. Excellent selection of beers and their sandwiches are truly incredible, with a careful and not obvious selection. Pulled Pork to try. The only flaw is the slightly slow service, but nothing exhausting
