If you want to taste real Roman cuisine you have to stop here. Excellent cuisine, typical environment, very clean and wide choice on the menu. Absolutely worth trying.

I took a carbonara but according to my taste it wasn't perfect. It lacked egg or rather it wasn't as present as it should be in a condiment like this.

Trattoria davvero tipica con arredo molto basilare ma cibo e servizio all insegna dell’ospitalita’. Un posto dove si bada alla sostanza. Ottime le proposte del menu

Particolarmente indicato per chi ama la cucina romana, non offre molta scelta , ma molti piatti sono fatti giorno per giorno e cambiano continuamente, veramente buona la carbonara , una delle migliori che abbia mai mangiato. Prezzi contenuti e in linea. Peccato sia chiuso la sera.

01/03/2024: Cena assolutamente sublime! Ho mangiato presso La Gusteria più volte e provato diverse carni presenti nel menù. Ogni volta è un viaggio verso l'estasi per le papille gustative. Ottima anche la selezione dei vini .
27/01/2024: Rustic place to perfection, but it is excellent for meat, to be purchased fresh to take home or after 8.30pm to be enjoyed directly here (reservations are recommended because places are limited). The service is excellent and the quality of the products is superb

23/03/2024: Very well looked after. Truly an oasis
19/03/2024: A nice place to spend Sunday lunch, large spaces, place surrounded by greenery, play area for children with a small farm in the play corner, obviously there is the possibility of visiting the stable and on Saturdays there are any activities for the kids , you eat very well and you spend the right amount. We have already been there other times and I think we will go again.
