The best of Roman tradition, mostly cooked according to tradition, with a twist for pancetta in carbonara and a little egg. But for the rest: cacio e pepe, coratella, paiata, tripe, sautéed vegetables, desserts, tarts, and every other delicacy you can dish up in this lovely trattoria, run by the same family since 1935 for four generations: long live it!

Typical family-run trattoria atmosphere. For my family and I, it's a must-try for Roman cuisine. We love everything from the starters (carbonara, gricia, pasta and beans, etc.) to the delicious main courses (saltimbocca, tripe, stew, etc.). Highly recommended!

What a great place. Great grandpa Riccardo Martella started this place a gazillion years ago and Mom Armida and daughter Luciana carry on his legacy. Great food!! Pasta carbonara cost me 10 euro! Easily $25 in the U.S. Open until 3pm

I'm leaving a lovely review for this family restaurant. I felt like I was in my grandmother's restaurant. Good food, reasonable prices, a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Excellent waiters, and the girl who was going to the wedding was super nice, and I arrived late...
I hope the wedding went well. Keep up the good work, business is going great.
