27/07/2025: I went with my family for lunch and we had a great time, to say the least. The place was very quiet and the food was fantastic. My daughter is celiac, and the staff was very careful about cross-contamination, even having a completely gluten-free menu. The food and price exceeded our expectations. Congratulations, guys!

09/07/2025: Che dire ,partiamo dall'unica nota dolente, il parcheggio, non c'è,ma potete tranquillamente parcheggiare al centro di Frascati e fare una passeggiata a piedi, altrimenti,subito dopo trovate una stradina sulla destra, in salita ,e se siete fortunati,un buco per la macchina lo trovate..... Il ristorante è a conduzione famigliare, lo chef si chiama Gabriele, e all'interno troverete anche il papà, la mamma e dei dipendenti, se c'è poca gente chiedetegli se è possibile visitare ciò che c'è sotto........... resterete a bocca aperta. Ma torniamo a parlare del cibo, ora ci interessa quello hahaha... Non è la prima volta che ci ceno, di conseguenza ho mangiato un po' di tutto, dalla pinsa, mai mangiata così buona, a diversi primi piatti fatto con pasta fresca e diversi secondi, senza tralasciare i loro vassoi di affettati e salumi, diciamo che negli anni non mi sono fatto mancare nulla...... approposito,i dolci, i dolci sono superlativi

14/06/2025: È stata una piacevole scoperta! Sono stato a pranzo con amici, di sabato, mi è stato suggerito di prenotare e in effetti è consigliabile. La “trattoria di mare”, arredamento essenziale ma curato, dispone di pochi tavoli per cui specialmente di sera suppongo sia impossibile mangiare (e si mangia davvero bene) senza prenotazione. Intuisco una gestione di tipo familiare, madre, figlia… molto attente, gentili. La trattoria ha solo 7 anni di vita, ma ormai nel quartiere di Monte Sacro Alto è un punto di riferimento. Pranzo leggero… antipasto di moscardini, alici e crocchette di baccalà, a seguire spaghetto alle vongole, quindi un sorbetto al limone e caffè. Davvero nulla da dire, qualità buona e prezzo giusto, considerando anche una bottiglia di Gewurtztraminer 2022. Tornerò sicuramente, per una conferma della buona impressione ricevuta. Brave, complimenti!!

21/05/2025: Very nice place, you eat well and the fish is quality, I recommend changing the name of "piccolini al sugo" to "pasta al sugo", it is not very intuitive. The desserts are excellent, I recommend the crème brûlée with apples and cinnamon.

12/08/2025: Excellent pizza, incredibly light, with a perfect, crispy Neapolitan crust. I really appreciated both the fresh, high-quality ingredients and the kindness and genuineness of the owners. The fresh, crispy fries and the pizza have a unique flavor. I highly recommend it if you're in the area for a weekend in Pomezia or a family night out.

Thanks to the excellent recommendation of a dear friend, I found a restaurant that offers simple, traditional fish dishes, cooked with a mastery that brings out their authentic flavor. The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable, and the value for money is truly unbeatable—a rarity that makes the experience even more enjoyable. Congratulations!

25/08/2025: The place is disappointing, very dirty, the manager is very unpleasant, it is not a welcoming place... just move a few kilometers and you will find better.

23/08/2025: We found it by chance while exiting the highway for a refreshing break. A truly pleasant place, with a beautiful view and excellent cuisine, so much so that it even received a Michelin star. Impeccable welcome and utmost courtesy. A wonderful experience, which made us regret just passing through. It would have been wonderful to stay overnight and enjoy a bit of relaxation by that lovely pool!

08/08/2025: We chose the Locanda della Chiocciola as a stopover during a trip through Italy and wanted to visit the town of Orte. The inn is located a few kilometers from the center in a very beautiful rural area within an oak grove. The building is very well restored, as is the surrounding park. Our room was a proper triple (a rather rare occurrence) and was very well finished and comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Overall, the level of cleanliness in the room was extremely good. The property has a beautiful pool and a wellness center available upon reservation. A couple of things we weren't entirely satisfied with. First, the mattresses, which were really very firm. We struggled. A topper would have been enough. The second thing concerns the breakfast, which is served to order from a menu. The products are all really good, but I definitely prefer a buffet where I can choose the dishes I want, perhaps even ordering coffee and cappuccino from the staff. Lastly, unfortunately, the property faces directly onto the A1 highway and, more importantly, the high-speed rail line. Unfortunately, the noise from the highway and the railway can be quite loud at times. This isn't a problem with the building, but it's something to consider. In any case, the windows and doors are very well soundproofed, so the rooms are very quiet.

15/08/2025: We were recommended by a friend, and I must say it was truly a pleasant discovery. The flavors of each dish were perfectly balanced, and not only a feast for the palate but also for the eyes; you can see and taste the special attention paid to the ingredients. Interesting wine list. Impeccable service, we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

13/08/2025: What can I say? The meat is fantastic, delicious, tender, and perfectly aged. The wine list is excellent. The service deserves an A+. An additional plus is the unique music. Great guys.

24/08/2025: What does it mean to spend an evening that's truly special? You can tell when you enter this restaurant: attention to detail pairs with a sense of hospitality that only the south of Italy can offer. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, with Ciro and Alessandra, two hens who are constantly watching over you. It feels like being at home. The quality is second to none, with top-quality ingredients. On weekends, Ciro sings along, delighting the crowd with Neapolitan songs that showcase his attachment to his homeland and traditions. What more can I say?

21/08/2025: One of the best cafes/pastries in the area, excellent products, well-stocked. The only small flaw is that they give you one of those gadgets to take your order that beeps when it's ready. This means if you need a quick coffee, you'll have to switch places, but if you have 10 minutes to spare, it's definitely worth it.

16/08/2025: Excellent aperitif at dinner time, good products served even with simple and well-made elaborate foods... very very good, kind and fast staff

06/07/2025: A good place, which stands out for its "healthy" choice compared to the competition (too many, five places within a few dozen meters) selections of green tea, vegan croissants, and strictly gluten-free yeasts. The place is nice, as for the furnishings, there is the possibility of sitting down to eat something for lunch. For the evening, aperitifs and after dinner are planned.

02/07/2025: The place is nice. All the products are Gluten Free. You can have an aperitif without risks for friends who suffer from celiac disease. I ordered an aperitif consisting of small pizzas and fried foods and then I tried to taste some ravioli in addition to the aperitif. The dish consists of 3 large ravioli filled with ricotta and lemon. At our table of 3 we ordered the ricotta and lemon ravioli. I immediately found pieces of plastic with the consistency of cellophane inside the ravioli. My friends noticed it after the second/third ravioli. Probably the transparency did not immediately make them notice the cellophane inside. I immediately pointed out this situation to the owner of the place. Finding cellophane while chewing a ravioli is not a nice experience.

10/08/2025: It's been a few years since I've been to this restaurant since I moved to another part of Rome. I found it truly excellent. The atmosphere and staff were very friendly and attentive. The service was excellent. We chose the recommended dishes. It's a meat restaurant, but recently they've added fish dishes and only offer catches of the day. I had excellent spaghetti with clams (the amount of clams was truly generous), the others in the group had grilled calamari and a good cacio e pepe. For dessert, we had a Catalana with excellent sugar crystallization. Kudos to the restaurant owner, who is friendly and polite, which is a plus these days. Highly recommended.

04/07/2025: This is the ultimate Italian-Pugliese dining experience! If you're seeking authentic cuisine and warm southern hospitality, look no further. Every dish we tried was exquisite—rich in flavor and beautifully presented. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The view from the balcony, overlooking the lush green valleys, is absolutely breathtaking and adds a magical touch to the entire experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a true taste of Puglia.

10/04/2025: Excellent experience, very kind people, they bring forth excellent Apulian cuisine. The typical appetizer, the orecchiette and finally the tiramisu were excellent, special... really highly recommended!!! I want to go back to enjoy seconds. Thanks for the wonderful discovery

16/08/2025: We visited this restaurant on the recommendation of our hotel, but the experience was a little underwhelming. The gentleman at the door seemed disinterested from the outset, and the service throughout was slow and inattentive. I even ordered a beer and was brought a Fanta Lemon instead – it was corrected, but still an odd mistake. The food itself was fairly average, and neither of us finished our meals. Overall, I think there are better options available at other local restaurants.

14/08/2025: Very good food (for a very reasonable price) and I had the best tiramisu in Rome here.
