31/05/2026: The service and staff were really excellent, kind and friendly, the pizza was very good.
17/05/2026: We've eaten at this restaurant several times, and for me, a celiac, it's a godsend. I have no complaints about the on-site service; the food is delicious, as are the gluten-free pizzas... However, the home delivery service should be abolished...
I'm sorry, but if you're going to offer a home delivery service, it has to work.
I'm writing this review because I've had several problems with home delivery.
Once, you delivered and charged me for two extra pizzas I never ordered (then you deducted the cost from other orders, for goodness sake, but in the meantime, you pay).
Once, we ordered a pizza from you and they delivered another one. Another time, we waited an hour for the guy who got lost because he probably had the wrong address already because he was late... And now, let's get to today...
I don't even want to get into the delay (delivery guaranteed by phone for 9:05, arrived at 9:30), for goodness sake, delays and unforeseen circumstances can happen, but I had asked for a Napoli pizza and I got a Margherita. Frozen pizza (this happens systematically with every delivery).
I'm sorry, I don't consider myself the annoying person on duty; in fact, I always try to understand and justify whoever's working, but if out of six total delivery orders, five of them had problems, you should stop offering the service. Well, I'm of the opinion that if you're going to offer a service, it has to work well; if it's going to work that well, you might as well stop it. I'll definitely never order delivery from you again.
