15/03/2025: On the advice of our daughters we went there for lunch on Sunday, a really nice place, welcoming and mountain style, clean. It is on two floors with small rooms that make you feel like you are in a fairy tale and pampered. In a family condition and all very kind from the managers with the friendly Marco and the children of an affable cordiality. The area on the ground floor with the fireplace is beautiful, with soft lights that create a special atmosphere. The only negative note is that the bathroom on the second floor is private, asking the lady she told me that women can use it, then I saw that men also use it. There isn't a huge variety of choice, but the quality doesn't make you feel like you're missing anything because it's truly excellent. We had very good cold cuts and cheese starters but the sliced ​​venison was excellent. Then we chose ribeye with a side of fried potatoes, artichokes, typical Friulian frico (which for my taste is a little too fatty, but I think it depends on the cheese) good, and the mixed Friulian dish, all very good. Those who ate the homemade desserts said they were delicious. At the end they offered us a hazelnut liqueur, which was also very good. What can I say where there is commitment and passion in doing things, you can see and feel it. Well done and good continuation in a context that is not always easy to manage. We'll be back.

I ordered two good off-menu items, but the one that left me most disappointed was the Frico which seemed to me to be eating the Frico that you buy vacuum-packed in the shop and also the plating was nothing special… I cut it from Passone good but not excellent… Well-kept environment, very kind staff. Maybe I'm the one who has become too demanding, but when I go out to eat, I would like to eat quality, since I don't get anything for free anyway.

29/03/2025: Abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare al ristorante Da Ivana e Secondo, un locale che porta avanti con passione la tradizione culinaria di famiglia, oggi gestito con cura da Luca, figlio dei fondatori. Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante grazie ad alcuni amici produttori di vino, che forniscono direttamente il locale. L’atmosfera è accogliente e familiare, con un tocco di eleganza che lo rende perfetto sia per una cena o un pranzo rilassante che per un’occasione speciale. Un aspetto che colpisce subito è l'arredo unico e curato che crea un ambiente raffinato ma al tempo stesso caldo e invitante. In questo periodo pasquale, la decorazione a tema rende l’esperienza ancora più speciale, con dettagli che esaltano la festività senza risultare eccessivi. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: Cortesia, attenzione e prontezza nel dare consigli sui piatti e sugli abbinamenti con il vino. Una nota di merito va a Luca, il titolare, che oltre a essere estremamente preparato nel suo settore, sa accogliere gli ospiti con simpatia e cordialità, creando un clima piacevole e conviviale. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, ho provato i cinque antipasti del territorio, un percorso di sapori autentici che valorizza le materie prime locali, e una battuta di Fassona, tenera e saporita, preparata con grande cura. Ogni piatto era ben presentato e bilanciato nei sapori. Le porzioni erano perfette, segno di una cucina attenta all’equilibrio e alla soddisfazione del cliente. La carta dei vini è ricca e ben curata, con etichette che spaziano tra grandi classici e piccole eccellenze da scoprire, perfettamente abbinate ai piatti del menu. Vi consiglio di tenere uno spazietto per i dolci perfetti in ogni dettaglio. Ci siamo salutati con un "manazztonic" amaro di Manazzons e tonica prodotto in esclusiva per loro. Consigliatissimo

22/03/2025: Sono stato al Pedrocchino di sabato sera, ero con dei colleghi per una cena aziendale. È stato tutto perfetto, impeccabile! Il locale è bellissimo e il servizio… Top! Hanno da poco rinnovato il menù: il risotto è un must, ma da provare assolutamente il pedroburger e il sashimi di orata. Per non parlare dei dolci! A fine cena gentilmente ci hanno fatto fare il giro della cantina, anche essa molto ben fornita. Torneremo sicuramente !!

21/03/2025: Non è la prima volta che io e il mio compagno ceniamo al Pedrocchino ma ogni volta riescono a stupirci in senso positivo con nuove proposte culinarie ma soprattutto riescono sempre a confermare la cura nei dettagli, la qualità dei prodotti, l’attenzione verso il cliente e l’atmosfera speciale. Il menù è ben dettagliato sia nei prodotti che nei prezzi sempre esposti nella massima trasparenza ma l’attenzione finale viene data dal personale pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta e a descrivere i vari piatti nella maniera più professionale. La cura nei dettagli nell’impiattamento non ha nulla da inviare alla qualità del prodotto e alla cura della lavorazione. Purtroppo mancano un paio di scatti di piatti perché eravamo troppo concentrati a goderne li gusto ma spero questi rendano l’idea. Assolutamente, dopo aver girato molti ristoranti reputo Il Pedrocchino il migliore per qualità, servizio, presentazione e personale.
