The waiter was incredibly rude and slow...even though the bar was almost empty (after 20 minutes for a second Coke, I was told to go to hell...you need patience in life!!)
The worst part, however, was the restroom...extremely dirty...it reminded me of the latrines in the military barracks.
A bar to stay away from.
One last tip: exorbitant prices if you order at the table.
