10/11/2024: Accoglienza del personale inesistente, tempi per ordinare infiniti, piatti sbagliati, non arrivano assieme e sovrappongono le seconde portate con le prime. Piatti non corrispondenti al prezzo di vendita come qualità. Sconsiglio

01/11/2024: Grottenschlecht! Die Spaghetti Carbonara waren versalzen, schmeckten nach Fisch und der Speck war nicht vorhanden, dafür vereinzelt ein 3x3 cm großes Stück Schinken. Wartezeit für diese Katastrophe eine Stunde!!!!!!!!! NIE MEHR WIEDER!!!!!!!

30/12/2024: Ottimo ristorante a Gradisca d'Isonzo, antipasti di salumi e formaggi da 10 e lode, trippa alla parmigiana squisita, e polenta con gulash da leccarsi i baffi. Veramente una gradita scoperta, appena possibile tornerò. Consigliato al 100%

15/12/2024: Locale caratteristico e ben curato, cibo di ottima qualità e personale in gamba e molto gentile. Ci ritornerò sicuramente 😊

27/12/2024: The cured meats are good (not the larded salami). But paying 11 euros for 2 baskets of bread and 2 half-liter bottles of water seems excessive to me. They don't give you natural water in a jug (which they do in all osmize). For a matter of covid they replied to me. But wine in a jug is.... I won't go back there anymore. Review from 4 years ago

14/07/2024: Beautiful place, shame about the service which leaves a lot to be desired. There is no courtesy or professionalism. As soon as we entered there was no greeting, after involuntarily asking for dishes off the menu we were practically scolded, with a raised tone, for not having paid attention to the menu just listed verbally. Osmize are usually very welcoming and easy-going places where you immediately feel at ease, Stubelj definitely does not respect this ethic.

29/08/2024: We went the day before last night having already bought the presale, there were two boys and two girls in total. We arrive around 11.45pm, fortunately accompanied because it is impossible to find parking near the disco. The place is located in the middle of busy streets, with a small open space in front of the entrance, where it is apparently only possible to park if you own a car that costs several hundred thousand euros. At first we are rejected by the bodyguard, who provokes us in various ways, first by telling us to stop in front of a car, then by telling us to move because we were leaning too much against the car. We later learn that the "reason" for this was that one of us was wearing sunglasses, which we obviously promptly took off. Around 00:05 we get back in line. The bodyguard checks the document meticulously for me and the boy and lets us pass with a few dirty looks. The two girls who were with us show their identity cards in photos, as they do not have paper ones, thus being denied access. And up to this point everything was fine, because the need to have a paper document was actually specified (despite the fact that the bodyguard had uttered this rather ironic phrase: "you see, it's written right there in small letters", pointing to a sign already inside the nightclub and smiling of the tiny size of the writing). The very serious problem is that he overlooked the fact that not even five minutes earlier he had let a girl in with the photo of the document, without saying a word. At this point, I step forward and ask for explanations. And here he gives his worst, admitting, at first, that it was actually a photo, then that it was a health card and therefore it was fine. Faced with the absurdity of this statement (the health card isn't even an identification document even on paper, let alone in a photo), he then begins to tell me "I don't remember", "I don't know", "I've never said” etc., with a deliberately ironic and mocking attitude. We left in disgust, then there were developments with the director and the presales staff for the refund of the tickets, which I won't talk about for privacy reasons, but always based on "power beats power" and never on honesty and professionalism (I don't know who is in front of me so I'm afraid of who you are and what you can do to me) and on the abuse of the public by the bodyguards (shortly afterwards in more confidential conversations the bodyguard will admit to discriminating in terms of clothing, behavior and even speech!) . I also left out the fact that we are from Rome and not Venetian, I hope it wasn't a decisive part of what happened. In short, the usual squalor of Italian discos. What I wrote is all recorded and will be consultable by those in charge, also because we have all witnessed, even during subsequent conversations, entries made using digital photos of documents and, apparently, also of non-documents.

29/08/2024: A place I often frequent due to lack of alternatives in the area. The manager is an unprofessional convict who is very rude to anyone who criticizes him. The incompetent and particularly violent security personnel with whom it is impossible to have a dialogue. Runners and waiters at the mercy of events. The food is worthy of complaint, school canteen chefs. Place frequented only because it has no competitors. If it were at least cheap, I mark up from 300% to 1000% on bottles. Absence of high-level artists and important guests, very little entertainment at dinner. Absence of inspection and law enforcement controls for a safe bribe ring. Disturbing

01/01/2025: Il locale è triste, il servizio improvvisato, la carta dei vini deludente, il cibo insulso, in pratica del vecchio blasone resta solo il prezzo elevato oramai del tutto ingiustificabile. Non riesco a comprendere come questo locale possa ancora conservare la menzione della Michelin; penso che oramai sia arrivato il tempo della chiusura o di un rinnovamento radicale.

01/01/2025: Dicono che era fra i migliori ristoranti di Trieste e così si decide di andare a cenare .. delusione completa . Servizio da dimenticare , ma mi dispiace anche scriverlo perché le ragazze ci mettevano anche impegno ma si vedeva che non era il loro mestieri, per la cucina ancora peggio.. tanto che prima della fine decidiamo di andare via . Unica cosa da salvare , e che mi porta a mettere due e non un pallino , la coscienza del ristoratore che capendo il disastro ci toglie delle cose da pagare ovviamente immangiabili. A questo punto data la buona volontà , la storia del locale e speriamo la buona fede consigliamo , dati i prezzi anche non bassi , di dare una svolta vera al locale .

28/12/2024: It’s kind of a ripoff to charge 8€ for a small tiramisu (highly probably not even made by themselves) that comes with whipped cream on top of it? Please enlighten me if this is a typical type of tiramisu from this region because I’ve never seen tiramisu served with whipped cream in my life. Probably my fault that I didn’t ask the price before ordering though, hence two stars lol.

13/11/2024: It would actually be a nice café if there weren't a lot of unpacked boxes and transport trolleys standing right next to the few tables inside, which makes it seem uncomfortable. Coffee is good but more expensive than other cafes. Also the waitress was unfriendly.

30/09/2024: In diesem Restaurant gibt es mit Abstand die beste Pizza in Tarvis aus dem Steinofen. Wir wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Wenn man eine originale neapolitanische Pizza essen möchte, sollte das Trieste besuchen. Die Bedienung ist freundlich, es ist sauber und die Preise sind mehr als fair.

31/08/2024: Sono stato qui a cena con mia moglie invogliato dalle foto delle pizze che abbiamo visto su Google. Abbiamo ordinato 2 pizze birra e acqua. Le pizze sono arrivate dopo 50 minuti di attesa... quando la birra era oramai calda. Il personale è semplicemente assente. Ambiente carino ma un po' caldo come temperatura in sala. Se volete venire qui in estate meglio prenotare sul terrazzo. La pizza è buona.. attenzioni però.. è buona per chi è amante della pizza napoletana. Se non apprezzate questo tipo di pizza non vi consiglio qui. Non credo comunque che tornerò in questa pizzeria.

31/10/2024: I had advised the day before on the club's Facebook Messenger chat that I would be booking to enter and it was only me as a male, specifying if there were any problems, they replied that there were no problems and that the selection had to be made at the entrance . So I got ready, I got there and the bodyguard didn't let me in even though I was the only male, what a shame, maximum disappointment

09/12/2024: Decent desserts and coffee, unpleasant and rude staff. There is no bathroom. Little hygiene. Not recommended.

12/10/2024: Pessimo,solo turisti infatti tempi lunghi, un' ora per ricevere il primo piatto cameriera che risponde non posso farci niente.. Sicuramente da evitare

02/09/2024: Sicuramente un ristorante dalla vocazione "turistica" ma il cibo è buono e il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Prezzi nella media.
