Al Pellegrino In Gradisca d'isonzo

Partiamo dai punti forti....il locale...molto carino e curato...ed il servizio impeccabile veramente nulla da dire. Abbiamo preso 4 pizze Margherita con bufala al centro....l'impasto non mi è piaciuto...talmente sottile che sembrava quasi non ci fosse, poi effettivamente il bocconcino di mozzarella.....freddo di frigorifero sulla pizza ...non si può vedere....però tutto si può migliorare con una maggiore attenzione e conoscenza. Prezzo esorbitante.

I generally don’t eat pizza for lunch, so I wanted something more substantial. There weren’t many options in the area at lunchtime so I chanced it at this pizzeria. I ordered the tagliata and some vegetables….. with hesitation because usually pizzerias aren’t known for their meat. Surprisingly the steak was really good and super tender. I really enjoyed it. The pictures look like a mess but it was super tender and topped with arugula, grana, and balsamic glaze. I’d definitely return.
