15/12/2024: Strong points: the courtesy of the boy at reception, spacious bathroom. For the rest negative experience. Booked via the Booking app, presented as a suite, sparse furnishings and a missing painting above the headboard, a rather dusty room, both on the furniture and on the parquet, certainly not cleaned recently, power socket near the bedside table not working. But the icing on the cake was breakfast: breakfast booked separately at a cost of €10 per person which did not include freshly squeezed juice or a second cappuccino, freshly squeezed juice to be paid separately for €4.00 and a cappuccino following the first €2.50. No fruit juices, milk or fresh drinks, fruit juices were brought after breakfast, upon request. The second cappuccino was then offered to me (perhaps they felt like pilgrims). Disappointed and won't go back. It's a shame because the structure has a well-known name and I certainly didn't expect it that way.

18/10/2024: Beautiful place offers hotel restaurant swimming pool runway where planes and helicopters can land and an excellent stable where even if the stables are a little dated there is magnificent management and it is possible to have riding lessons with good instructors to try

19/08/2024: Good place to eat a good burger, you can find a wide variety that combines different ingredients and flavors. A little expensive, it is a point against that the burger comes alone and you have to add the potatoes for an extra. Asking for water and having a tiny bottle come to you is jail time.

28/10/2024: I stayed in this property for 2 weeks during the month of October for work reasons and it was the worst experience of my life and that of the colleagues who were with me. Structure left to deteriorate, poor cleaning, cobwebs, mold and insects in the rooms. The management is terrible and there seems to be a total lack of care towards customers. Furthermore, the last days of our stay the structure closes for the end of the season (yes, you understood correctly. The structure closes with us still housed inside) and, returning from a work shift, my colleagues and I find the gates closed with chains and only after half an hour an employee shows up at the gate and tells us that there is another road to access the car park. I have been traveling for years for work reasons and never have I had such a horrible experience. Luckily we stayed here at the company's expense, because personally I wouldn't spend a single euro to stay in a place like that. Better to sleep in a tent than spend even just one night here.

19/10/2024: Dirty room with cockroach and spider bugs. A big lack of hygiene and cleanliness to avoid. Holidays in Kho Lanta, no thanks. Go your way.

16/08/2024: Innanzitutto, non ricordo di aver visto ancora altri locali che così tanto ricordano i vecchi saloon americani, con tanto di cavalli nella stalla e anche asini e mucche.. tutto in vero stile saloon americano.. i prezzi sono ancora onesti rispetto molte altre parti, e il cibo è buono e abbondante.. forse devono organizzarsi un po' meglio nelle serate a tema.. nell' ultima che ho partecipato.. molta gente se n'è andata stanca di dover aspettare di ordinare.. e pure noi abbiamo aspettato un bel po' prima di essere serviti.. ma l' impegno e la volontà che impiegano tutti è notevole, ed è per questo che sicuramente tornerò ancora.. magari in una serata ordinaria..

12/10/2024: Arrived at the opening. They gave us the drink straight away (wine and water, nothing difficult), but they didn't have any chips... so we asked for a crouton with cheese for the little girl. Not even some croutons were ready to serve, and the tables were already filling up as it was aperitif time on Saturday. Therefore poorly organised. We wait... And after 40 minutes not even a sign of the crouton!!! At the second request they even responded badly. We left telling him to keep the money (obviously paid for everything immediately upon ordering), we won't be coming back!

28/08/2024: Pastry bakery offering the possibility of consuming on site. Spacious environment, which presents itself quite well in its simplicity. Staff at the counter who lack the most basic training (consider yourself satisfied if you receive a greeting at the entrance), distracted, do not offer the customer a good experience. Products of mediocre quality, well below expectations linked to the prices charged. You can go elsewhere.

01/12/2024: New management. Happened by chance. Small place (but after all it is a tavern), welcoming and warm (which is not exactly a given, lately). Polite and kind staff. An abundant but quality dinner. We took the hot and cold mixed starter, the grilled mix and the cod. The breaded sardines and the chips were both fried impeccably. Pleasantly surprised by the goodness of each dish. For the first time in my life I couldn't order dessert :D We will definitely be back. Thanks again to Maja and her daughter for a lovely evening!

16/12/2024: Terrible organisation! Three takeaway pizzas we waited almost 50 minutes, at least I was hoping for quality, and also disappointment. Nothing special, tasteless and burnt pizza. If I went a little further there they were faster and the pizza was certainly better.

09/06/2024: Abituati a Bologna per noi uno spritz bianco (prosecco e soda) con qualche stuzzichini a 4 euro è un miraggio. Servizio attento e veloce in posizione centrale.

01/08/2024: We often stop here to charge our electric car. This time we came for lunch and tried the lunch menu. Just fantastic! Good quality at fair prices. We will plan our trips in the future so that we can have lunch here. Absolute recommendation. We only give three stars for the service and the ambience because it is self-service and a rather sober hall. Still, great concept!

22/07/2024: Very good canteen, with consistent quality. The last time I was there was in 2016. Just leaving the motorway we had something delicious to eat for a fair price.

28/09/2024: Fresh fish cooked very well. Professional service, we have been there about ten times, always eaten WELL! also because the price is good.

12/09/2024: Simple restaurant. Pasta wasn't good. The food arrived a few minutes after ordering. Service very unfriendly. I'm not going there again.

05/06/2024: Great place, they have wide selection of foods, including steak, burgers, tacos, pasta, and others. We had a burger (fantastic, both the meat and the bread and cheese), zucchini balls (awesome), and tacos with pico de gallo, chicken, guacamole. As sides, french fries and traditional "in tecia" potatoes, both very good. The guys are great, nicest place in the zone imho
