14/08/2025: Unfortunately, it's not like it used to be: ridiculous waits of up to hours, poor-quality pizzas that are often burnt, and opening hours that don't match the published ones. I wish you all the best and hope you improve as soon as possible 💪

12/01/2026: A place with excellent coffee. It has a well-stocked display of pizzas, including rectangular ones, sandwiches, focaccias, tramezzini, and pasta dishes. The pizza is very good. The baked panzerotti are excellent. However, the prices are high for a coffee.

24/12/2025: Good morning, the pizza is excellent at your place. You're a regular stop every time I go to the mall, but there's always a rude cashier at home. The first few times she lets it go, but now she can't stand it anymore. She's not the only one who works with the public. In fact, with all due respect, there are people who do worse jobs with the public, and they're much more polite and respectful. So much so that they don't even return a smile or a Christmas greeting. No one forces you to work there; there are plenty of jobs available that don't involve contact with the public. I'll go back to eat pizza there, and if something like this ever happens again, I'll ask to speak to the manager, because the people who eat there pay their salaries!

08/11/2025: Terrible, believe me, don't eat here. The food is awful and recycled. The service is even worse.

17/10/2025: Shipyard with a beautiful tourist marina located in Via Bagni Nuova in the city of Monfalcone in the province of Gorizia in a large, comfortable and completely renovated area by the multinational Red Bull where there is an elegant Bar Restaurant, a Self Service and large sheds with storage and maintenance of boats in a very beautiful and peaceful landscape.

15/07/2025: If you have a choice, no. The service is terrible. Slow. Little attention to the customer, even when there are very few of them. It seems like they're doing you a favor and with great effort they take your order and make a coffee. The ice cream is yesterday's or something else. I wouldn't risk eating it. Let's leave the coffee alone... Maybe you don't have to wait that long at a bar in a shopping mall, but you should expect the minimum anyway...

10/01/2026: I'm giving it one star because it's the worst I can give. The rooms are small, with hair dryers and sometimes non-functioning heating. Breakfast is barely decent, with extremely hard croissants. The staff is not at all welcoming.

05/01/2026: Unspeakable...we stayed three nights for New Year's Eve as a couple on half-board. Full payment for the rooms and the Christmas Eve dinner was made in advance via bank transfer before arrival. Upon check-in, the payment for the Christmas Eve dinner was not reflected; I had to provide a copy of the bank transfer receipt. The €30.00 per day parking lot is under the overhead pylons, closed only by a barrier; you simply change pylons and it's free. We were assigned a double room measuring 3.50 x 3.50 meters, with no closet, refrigerator, extra blankets, or pillows. There were no hooks for towels, and no shelves for personal items in the bathroom, except a small shelf under the sink, which jars spill onto. The TV has no antenna cable. The bed pillows are very thin, so I asked for a replacement or an additional pillow; they charged me €5.00. The receptionist, however, after much insistence, went to a storage room but found nothing. As an alternative, she offered me towels to place under my pillow. Even the duvet was incredibly light (in the middle of winter!), and it wasn't possible to get another. But the worst thing was the heating: the bathroom towel warmers were turned off, making it impossible to take a warm shower. We were told to keep the bathroom door open (???) so that it would heat up with the room heater. They forced us to dine in an unsuitable restaurant with no heating and a strong, cold breeze, wearing jackets even for New Year's Eve dinner. As a result, I was sick two out of three nights. The breakfast was very poor, with old products and little choice; the panettone with cream left over from New Year's Eve dinner was still available on Friday morning. I asked to speak to the manager numerous times, but he refused. I felt cheated and treated like a cash machine, just like all the other guests during those days. A ruined New Year's Eve and vacation. Zero professionalism, competence, service, or attention to guests. No one knows anything and no one can provide any support. This hotel should be avoided at all costs. It's a shame, because the property is beautiful and quiet, but it deserves quality management.

22/08/2025: Absolutely not worth a visit! Rude and arrogant staff. After ordering (steak and baby squids), the food was served cold. After a polite complaint and a request for our food to be served warm, especially with steak and grilled dishes, the head chef came to the table and completely lost it, raging, screaming, offering no apology, nothing! ...We'll never be back! I've never experienced such aggression and behavior!

10/02/2025: It's beautiful here! If you're tired of touristy Grado, come here. A picture-perfect tavern: quaint, with excellent and delicious food, served promptly, the owner is right there with you, and the staff is quick and friendly. You won't find the snobbery you find in many other places here. I'm absolutely thrilled!

25/11/2025: Stop for an aperitif after visiting Miramare Castle. Beautiful view of the marina.

22/11/2025: Very nice restaurant, great atmosphere. Typical Triestine dishes. Good location. Easily accessible by tram line 6 from Trieste.
