Excellent service, excellent breakfast and excellent aperitifs. Small but welcoming place with outdoor space. On Saturday mornings it offers a Neapolitan breakfast with excellent Campania products such as Sfogliatella. Recommended by the Milanese!

15/03/2025: On the advice of our daughters we went there for lunch on Sunday, a really nice place, welcoming and mountain style, clean. It is on two floors with small rooms that make you feel like you are in a fairy tale and pampered. In a family condition and all very kind from the managers with the friendly Marco and the children of an affable cordiality. The area on the ground floor with the fireplace is beautiful, with soft lights that create a special atmosphere. The only negative note is that the bathroom on the second floor is private, asking the lady she told me that women can use it, then I saw that men also use it. There isn't a huge variety of choice, but the quality doesn't make you feel like you're missing anything because it's truly excellent. We had very good cold cuts and cheese starters but the sliced ​​venison was excellent. Then we chose ribeye with a side of fried potatoes, artichokes, typical Friulian frico (which for my taste is a little too fatty, but I think it depends on the cheese) good, and the mixed Friulian dish, all very good. Those who ate the homemade desserts said they were delicious. At the end they offered us a hazelnut liqueur, which was also very good. What can I say where there is commitment and passion in doing things, you can see and feel it. Well done and good continuation in a context that is not always easy to manage. We'll be back.

16/04/2025: If you are in Lignano Sabbiadoro and you want a sandwich that is out of the ordinary, Il Panino a Modo Tuo is a must-stop. The real star, however, is the quality of the sandwiches: fresh ingredients, original combinations and generous portions. In particular, the sandwich with bresaola, parmesan flakes and pistachio cream is a real treat. The contrast between the saltiness of the bresaola and the delicate sweetness of the pistachio cream creates a surprising and delicious balance of flavors. The parmesan flakes complete the whole thing with a strong and crunchy note. An unusual combination, but absolutely successful. I will definitely be back!

08/04/2025: Nice, welcoming, clean and well-furnished place with the possibility of sitting inside or outside, located practically in front of the Terrazza Mare. The service is fast and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. Getting to the point, you can choose the ingredients with which to garnish your sandwich at a "fixed" price as you like and choose the preferred size, for example whether a whole sandwich or just half (obviously you pay half). I have always found fresh and varied ingredients, delicious cold cuts and everything handled with great care and hygiene. Each step (from payment, to the cold cuts, to the addition of the ingredients) is organized in sectors and with people who handle only in their field of action, not "contaminating" themselves with others (e.g. those who handle the cold cuts do not handle the ingredients and so on). If desired, it is also possible to order normal toast, accompanied by pink sauce on the side or sandwiches which are their "workhorses" for those who want to rely totally on them. My sandwich was with burrata, basil cream, caramelized onion, lettuce, tomato, peppers and raw ham… Outstanding!! ABSOLUTELY MUST TRY!

09/02/2025: Osteria la Subida a pranzo con mia moglie,comodo parcheggio,locale carino,caratteristico ma pieno di trofei di cervo dí discutibile gusto, e poltroncine vecchie e sfondate basse per i tavoli,cibo con fusion terribili, la delicatissima verdura "rosa di Gorizia" servita con baccala puzzolente e kiwi acetoso,faraona semilessa su marmellata di pere e cannella con cipolle intere, dolce classica gubana di pasticceria riscaldata al microonde e tiramisu! Son ritornato in questa osteria dove si mangiava benissimo dopo diversi anni, e sono rimasto molto male per lo strano cibo fusion che servono con accoppiamenti stravaganti e a volte disgustosi .(frutta/pesce/verdura/marmellate).Ma le meravigliose tradizioni della cucina Friulane che fine hanno fatto??? anche i prezzi li ho trovati molto alti per un'osteria 60/70 a persona senza vino!

I had goulash gnocchi and a salad enriched with speck and fondue. Of the two, I liked the salad much more, but I wasn't familiar with the flavor of the goulash, which seemed to me to be a bland version of the stew. To drink half a liter of house red, not bad. Cost for gnocchi, salad, wine and water €33.

08/03/2025: Let me start by saying that I am a long-time customer of this pizzeria and I have eaten some of your pizzas and they were delicious! Since you moved location, trying to expand and improve the service, unfortunately in my opinion the quality of the pizza has worsened. This evening we ordered two pizzas, one Sicilian and one with fries and sausage. The one with chips and sausage was better because it was fuller of ingredients, but the Sicilian one tasted of little or nothing. The tomato and mozzarella were few and dry. Pizza dough too thin and overcooked. The result is a dry and not very tasty pizza. The only positive note is that many ingredients are put into the pizza such as black olives, salami, vegetables etc, but if the base is almost non-existent and not very tasty, it is not a pizza. Disappointed, also because it's not the first time it's happened and I don't think I'll go back again.
