25/12/2024: Excellent fish lunch: I had the fish starter (the best dish in my opinion), tagliolini with canestrelli and pepper cream and finally baileys tiramisu. All delicious for just over €40 per person (wine included). Too bad there are only a few seats, but trust me, it's really worth it!

11/01/2025: A very pleasant evening in a very welcoming environment with friendly and kind staff. The owner is a great person with whom you spend pleasant moments sharing stories and laughing. He is also worthy of having carried out a demanding renovation of the buildings. Ordered a single dish with pastin, frico, polenta and chips and mountain herb croutons. During the aperitif offered crostini with very good raw ham. If you are in Erto you can't miss this place!

16/01/2025: TOP restaurant in the center of Trieste, excellent quality/price ratio, for €65 we ate: an appetizer (2 bruschettas with cream of creamed cod and olive), two second courses, two desserts, water and a glass of wine. We had such a good time that we had dinner there twice in our 3 days in Trieste: a restaurant with attention to detail with very kind staff and, above all, excellent dishes in their mix of originality and tradition (you DO NOT have the impression of being in one of those tourist places where you can order the usual banal things that please everyone regardless). Highly recommended, well done, well done!

14/01/2025: Good but excessively tasty (less salt). Menu to be consulted standing at the board and friendly, polite staff but in too much of a hurry to have time to offer and advise.

I highly recommend it as the ingredients used by Antony, so different from each other, blend perfectly, giving life to a highly refined and delicate combination of flavors that are difficult to find elsewhere. Excellent pizza and excellent service. Very nice Cinzia who assists, in an excellent way, the creativity of the pizza chef.

29/01/2025: A pranzo ho preso un calzone al forno solo pomodoro e mozzarella. Squisito. Anche con la salsa ed origano in piatto che ne fanno un ottima variante, inedita!!! Sicuramente il migliore che abbia mai mangiato. Davvero sorprendente. Ho assaggiato anche le altre pizze a tavola. 10e lode. Prezzo E servizio ottimi. Davvero entusiasta.

06/02/2025: Spettacolare!!! Abbiamo cantato con degli antipasti di verdure cotte molto buone e proseguito con dei primi. Pasta fatta in casa con un ottimo condimento. Ci ritornerò di sicuro.
