24/07/2024: I chose fish, excellent, fresh. Excellent quality with a very low price compared to the average. We chose a fixed price of €15.00 per person.
Anyone who is in the Rimini area can stop by this Self Service which is located next to the covered market. The staff are kind and friendly and help people with mobility difficulties to carry the tray to the table.
I will definitely have to return.

10/08/2024: The kindness and professionalism of the staff, complementary to the refinement and goodness of the dishes, made our dinner a real experience from start to finish. I had chosen this restaurant because, looking at the menu in advance, I had seen that it was not the usual restaurant that, for those who don't eat fish like me, offers a sop with classic dishes such as pasta with sauce and meat cutlet. The choice was wide for all courses. I chose beef carpaccio and truffle and artichoke style, as in the photo. Very fair prices and portions. If the opportunity arises again we will definitely go back

We came across it by chance and honestly we were expecting a more classic menu... instead, in addition to eating excellent quality food we were able to appreciate the research and attention to the raw materials!
We ate a truly excellent mixed appetizer of Spanish cured meats and Italian cheeses accompanied by piadina and fried ravioli.
Care in service, very characteristic and refined environment at the same time!
We will definitely be back!

Cappellacci green pastry with Fossa cheese, butter, sage and parmesan
Citrus medallions with fennel pesto, stracciatella and parmesan
They offer very tasty dishes.
We would have to go back just to taste the bread, made by them and very special
The service is perfect.
I will be back to try other dishes

23/08/2024: The vegan options are a must try. The pizzas have a perfect dough and cooking and the ingredients are of excellent quality and flavour. I tried a veg burger and the 'unusual' pizza and they were delicious.

12/08/2024: It's always a pleasure to return to this hotel, everyone is very kind and then the new lounge bar makes it even more beautiful.
11/08/2024: Nice hotel in an excellent location..we also liked the rooms, clean and modern..we just found them noisy..excellent breakfast and beautiful panoramic swimming pool on the roof even if it is bigger. We expected it to be bigger from the photos..it's a bit small and you should wear a hygiene cap.

Combining a tasting of the chef's choice with wine pairing, illuminated by the sunset while also seeing the sea, in a well-kept and truly breathtaking location cannot be defined as a simple dinner. The dishes are an explosion of flavours, in particular the risotto was my favourite, although the ventresca kebab, as well as being delicious, also amused me by trying to eat it inside the pita "like at home" on the advice of the girl who gave it to us. 'he served. I am very grateful to the highly trained, kind and friendly staff who put the icing on this magical evening at Albereto Castle with excellent service. Impeccable

05/08/2024: Overall, the Ristorante Pizzeria Adriatico 2.0 offers very tasty food. The lobster in particular tasted excellent, but was unfortunately a bit sandy and not pre-cut, which made it difficult to enjoy and eat. The dish was also very oily overall, which made it difficult to cut the lobster yourself. However, the oily didn't affect the taste in any way. On the contrary. This was the best lobster dish I have ever eaten. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the stay very pleasant.
One point of criticism is the place setting, which is completely overpriced at 3 euros. The prices for soft drinks are also set too high at 4 euros per can.
The cleanliness of the toilets should be positively highlighted, which contributes to a pleasant overall experience.
Overall, the visit was positive, despite minor quibbles, mainly with the price and preparation of the lobster. However, the taste of the food was very good.

15/10/2023: Io amo cucinare e modestamente me ne intendo di piatti. Per questo quando ho voglia di concedermi un po' di relax dai fornelli, scelgo la Pieda de Pais perché ogni piatto è preparato con ingredienti di prima scelta. Ho potuto apprezzare i cascioni super farciti, la loro paella è insuperabile, bella da vedere e ottima da mangiare. Oggi ho preso le lasagne verdi romagnole ed erano la fine del mondo! Porzioni abbondantissime, quindi valore aggiunto alla pieda del pais.
Ho anche acquistato in passato il menù per le feste e devo dire che era tutto preparato sapientemente e con tanta passione. Si sente la romagnolità senza ombra di dubbio.
Donatella e tutto il suo staff soddisfano anche i palati più esigenti.
Super consigliato anche mangiare sul posto. Complimenti!
