My mother had been going there since the 1950s when she stayed with her parents as a child and going back today was a leap in time. The very famous tagliatelle with meat sauce catapult you into a dimension of pleasure and taste, and the meat second courses are fantastic. The raw materials are excellent and the portions are generous and tasty. Eating a lunch or dinner at Zaghini puts you back at peace with the world and realigns you with the good things in life through the taste and flavor of excellent dishes prepared with love and passion. Although the portions are generous and beautifully seasoned, they are not heavy, because the raw materials and the care taken in the preparation are noticeable in every bite. Congratulations to the owners who with such kindness, passion, courtesy and love still offer wonderful dishes and a family atmosphere; compliments to the dining room staff who are attentive and kind.

11/11/2023: Il personale maleducato di una arroganza mai vista ci hanno fatto alzare dal tavolo con la scusa che era riservato, ma nel tavolo non c'era nesun biglietto con tale scritta solo 2 bicchieri dei clienti precedenti, il cameriere ha iniziato ad alzare anche la voce alla mia osservazione che non era giusto che ci fai alzare senza un motivo.lo sconsiglio non andate , ci sono tanti posti meravigliosi a santarcangelo da fare un aperitivo

01/10/2023: Ein typische italienische Bar mit einer kleinen Karte. Alle Speisen die wir probiert haben, haben uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir waren zweimal zum Abendessen in der Bar. Die Lage ist direkt auf dem Weg zur Burg. Sehr liebevoll gestaltet mit verschiedenen Tischen und Stühlen. Wir bekamen einen zweier Tisch zugewiesen und wurden gut bedient. Am ersten Abend hatten wir eine Platte mit Wurst und Käse die wir uns geteilt haben, was kein Problem war und eine Platte mit Crostini. Beide Gerichte waren sehr lecker und auch vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. An diesem Abend waren wir die einzigen Touristen, vor allem Einheimische waren vor Ort. Am zweiten Abend ein paar Tage später, wurden wir direkt vom Besitzer erkannt und bekamen sofort einen Tisch für 2 Personen. Da wir bei der Auswahl der Speisen nicht immer alles auf der Karte verstanden haben, fragten wir nach und bekamen eine Empfehlung die unser wirklich gut geschmeckt hat. Wir können die Lokalität wirklich weiterempfehlen wenn man gerne authentisch und nicht touristisch Essen möchte.

We eat a lot and well. Very nice host, a place I will return to with great pleasure!

26/02/2024: We went on Saturday evening, never seen a restaurant with only 5/6 tables then you understand why. Mixed sliced ​​appetizers not bad apart from the quantity, a minimal tasting with 4/5 pieces of thin piadina that you couldn't fit the cured meats in. We asked for piadina added 1 mignon piadina in wedges €1 each time. First I took the passatelli with a large sauce and a few passatelli. Second course was the mixed grill with 1 rib, 1 sausage, 1 small piece of mutton and two small pieces of steak. Raw rib with blood coming out, sausage in the center all raw, cut like rubber and cold. What is most annoying is that there are no waiters, of which there are two, nor when you pay at the cash register have we ever asked was everything ok or not? They saw very well that the meat was left there, which was unacceptable. We will never return. This is not acceptable and that's why the restaurant is empty, it was explained. I couldn't give zero sin otherwise it would have been the right rating to never again.
