28/06/2026: I've been to this place several times, but today's experience was so bad that I felt compelled to write this review. As soon as we entered, we were asked if we'd like chips with our Spritz. We said yes, but the Spritzes arrived without chips. At 11:55, a waitress informed us that the place closes at 1:00 PM. Nothing unusual so far. The problem is that at 12:25, she reminded us again, effectively rushing us. At that point, I got up and left: an aperitivo should be a moment of relaxation, not an experience where the staff makes you feel like you're in the way. It's a shame, because I'd always had a great time there in the past.

30/12/2025: The Bassi era is over. The hot chocolate was mediocre and the ice cream was really bad. I had to throw it away. It's not good enough, a historic place ruined.

27/12/2025: The first time I went to Caffè Bassi was about 50 years ago. The old Bassi family were kind, competent people; the place was clean, as were the bathrooms. Then it passed into the hands of their son and wife. A slight decline in kindness, but nothing more. Today, my wife and I stopped for a break; it was chaotic, with a mix of clientele, and the service left much to be desired. But the worst part was the bathrooms, which were unspeakable, veritable latrines, not properly cleaned. What a shame! After 50 years, I'll have to give up a pleasant stop on winter afternoons. 30/06/2026: Wet plates, dirty glasses, four pizzas to choose from, all burned and with raw toppings. 20 euros. I felt sorry for the waitresses, as there were only two of them. I could have written it off as a bad night, but not at this price.

26/05/2026: When we pass by here we never miss the opportunity to stop for a bite to eat. You can sit in the simple gazebo, the staff are very friendly, and the products are good and tasty at excellent prices.

24/01/2026: On the side of a busy road, there's a lovely gazebo where you can stop, and books are available to read. It's cold in the winter, but that's enough. The service is decent, though it's a shame about the size and especially the price (the most expensive of all the kiosks in the area), but the quality is good, especially the piada filling.

10/07/2026: We went for lunch. We ordered a Caesar salad with baked potatoes, and they served us a huge bowl for a low price. It was delicious. I recommend it.

23/06/2026: It's a great place...the guys are kind and helpful, the prices are reasonable and the food is delicious...they offer a fabulous and affordable dish of the day with a trio of dishes, all included, even coffee, and the poke is fantastic...absolutely my favorite place in Cervia...well done! 😍

09/12/2025: A place where the welcome and friendliness are top notch. The coffee is excellent and the service has a real attention to customers. I would like to mention Eleonora in particular, always attentive in her work as a barista.

13/09/2025: A Siberian dog is being kept free. I love dogs very much, but this one, after calmly sniffing me, suddenly snapped and bit me. Dogs must wear a muzzle in public places or be kept at home!

16/04/2026: Hands down, the best kebab in Ravenna. The place is super clean and the kebab is tasty but light. The staff is really polite. Highly recommended.

27/02/2026: With all due respect to traditional kebab shops, this is by far the cleanest and most orderly, with extremely friendly staff who don't look at you as if you've disturbed them. Another notable detail: the hoods, in addition to being clean, also work with extractors, allowing customers to leave without smelling of fries.

Its corridor-like appearance gives it depth but makes it feel cramped, and you'd expect to arrive at a spacious dining room, but that's where it ends... The service is impeccable and fast, and the pizza is excellent and unparalleled. Very reasonable prices. Cash only.

12/07/2026: I went to this restaurant for dinner with friends. The evening started with a warm welcome: the owner slammed a bag of ice on the counter, rudely treated one of his employees, and gave a customer rude responses. We then went up to the terrace for dinner and found a waiter completely unprepared for the day's specials (which we never learned, and the only one he told us was wrong). He urged us to order more or less the same things so as not to mix things up in the kitchen, starting with, "Otherwise, you won't eat anymore" (the place was practically empty). The final blow came when the owner brought our drinks and simply because I was looking at him, blurted out, "Why are you looking at me like that, what the hell?" The service was truly embarrassing. The food was mediocre, nothing special, or at least not a good value. Absolutely not recommended.
