06/07/2025: We ordered pizzas for home delivery and it was a terrible experience from every point of view. Starting from the owner who is rude and arrogant on the phone, I really don't know how she can talk like that to customers!!! The pizza, then, arrived half an hour late and cold. But the main problem is the quality of the pizza, to say the least embarrassing. Low, stringy, burnt and with poor quality toppings. It takes courage to call it pizza. If I had a restaurant business I would be ashamed to put out a product like that, but evidently, given the way they treat customers on the phone, shame is not at home here!!! Never again!!!!!

12/05/2025: Weg van de drukte vonden we deze parel voor onze lunch. We werden vriendelijk onthaald door de ober met Italiaanse spontaniteit, we waren de eerste klanten en namen plaats aan een tafeltje buiten. We kozen voor de de keuzemenu van de chef a rato van 75€ voor 7-gangen. Wat we allemaal op,ons bord kregen is moeilijk te beschrijven, maar telkens was het een wauw-moment. Ik heb zelden dergelijke gebalanceerde smaken geproefd, van de wijn tot de koffie was het werkelijk af. Dank je wel chef dat je ons zo verwende.

30/03/2025: Alla domanda…cosa ti ha colpito di questa cena?….…la esagerata supponenza del responsabile quasi a rasentare la maleducazione…e la totale mancanza di empatia verso i clienti….oltre al vociare dei camerieri in piedi intorno al tavolo con gli occhi persi nel vuoto che,ad alta voce, chiedono al cliente disorientato a chi sia da consegnare il piatto che hanno appena preso in cucina…….Possibile che questo malcelato desiderio di imitare un ristorante stellato….non faccia riflettere sulla indispensabile necessità di gestire in modo diversa,ma molto più professionale, la comanda ?

15/07/2025: I had lunch with some friends on a beautiful, sunny day. They offer fresh deli dishes, and we really appreciated the wide selection of vegetarian and vegan options. The dishes are plentiful and carefully prepared, as well as quite unique. The service is informal yet friendly. Prices are in line with the products and location. A great place for a casual, unique lunch break. Recommended!

28/06/2025: We discovered this brewery inside the charming Pavaglione in Lugo almost by chance, and it turned out to be a very pleasant surprise! The atmosphere is welcoming and well-groomed, with a perfect balance between tradition and modernity: the historic portico frames a lively venue, ideal for both an informal dinner and an evening with friends. The menu is well thought out, with dishes that enhance the flavors of the area but with an original touch. Excellent choice of hamburgers, abundant platters and hot dishes that go perfectly with the selection of craft beers, large and well recommended by the staff. Speaking of the staff: friendly, knowledgeable and always smiling. You can feel the passion for good food and the desire to make the guest feel at home. Highly recommended for those looking for quality, atmosphere and an authentic experience in the heart of Lugo. We will definitely be back!

25/06/2025: Nice place, outdoors. They served me chicken breast in a pan. And having to cut it in a pan that can release material, is not exactly the best in hygiene. That said, the bill arrived before the food, this too would leave much to the good taste and local ways of doing things, probably. But I also hope for the crowding and the very "young" service. The food was good and well cooked, the bill was a little above the norm for a chicken breast of which there were not even plates to wash. Anyway recommended.

28/04/2025: Cena del sabato sera : sarde in saor terminate, anguilla in umido una sola porzione disponibile. Partiamo con un piatto di marinati : buono e bello da vedere anche se l'anguilla non ci è piaciuta tanto come le sarde in saor parecchio insapori. A seguire l'anguilla alla griglia : cotta molto bene ma molto grassa ( le anguille d'allevamento lo sono ma quella era veramente grassa ). Lumachine con sugo poco saporito. Ottimo il fritto , abbondante la grigliata mista. Poco simpatico il proprietario così come i vari cartelli appesi alle pareti che ammoniscono su come comportarsi ........ Insomma ...........

25/03/2025: The pastries are incredibly fresh; I recommend the kamut rolls and the cream and ricotta puff pastries. There's a wide selection, and all the products are fresh; none are catered. They also make exceptional toasted sandwiches with ham and cheese or prosciutto and mushrooms. Top!

30/06/2025: Historic place in Faenza. Very good ice cream. Try affogato al caffè and ice cream in a large cup. In winter, chocolate in a cup.

17/07/2025: Excellent bathroom, excellent food, and amazing staff... without taking anything away from anyone, because I think everyone is a lot, but Ingrid is an extraordinary person, and someone like that deserves to be known in life. Thank you so much for making us feel at home.

14/07/2025: We stayed at Bagno Anna 95 in July. The beach is well-equipped with lots of games for children, a well-stocked bar, restaurant, and pizzeria. Ingrid welcomes you every day with a big smile that stays with her all day. The daily entertainment program is always varied and engaging. We already miss the head entertainer Angelo and the girls. We'll see you again in September.

07/06/2025: An insult to seaside tourism. Simply mind-blowing experience. A beach resort in Milano Marittima that manages to combine everything that shouldn't exist in the world of hospitality. As soon as you arrive, the impression is clear: you're not a customer, you're a nuisance. Last Sunday we asked for sunbeds, and from there the charade began: they moved us several times from one place to another, as if they didn't even know what they were doing. Each time with annoyed faces, arrogant tones, zero desire to help. It seemed like they were doing you a favor by taking your money - and a lot of it, given that the prices are absolutely out of this world. Services? A total disgrace. Dirty, broken, paperless bathrooms, with an indecent smell. No care, no maintenance. Everything seems left to run, as if the customer should just "pay and shut up". Offer at the bar? Ridiculous. Only beer. No choice, no alternative, not even an effort to make the service minimally decent. In short: a place that does not deserve a cent or a minute of your time. They make you feel unwanted, ignored, mistreated... and then they present you with a very high bill. All without a smile, without a "thank you", without a shred of respect. An experience to absolutely forget.

13/06/2025: The interesting thing is that you can get a take away service, you can book your menu by phone, and then go and collect it as soon as it is available.

01/06/2025: Good piadina, but literally 1:10h waiting, it would be at least polite to warn about the waiting time, given that no one expects to have to wait more than 1h for a piadina in a kiosk on the beach where apparently there aren't even that many people
