04/01/2026: Good pizza, soft and easy to digest. I love the idea of also having lactose-free mozzarella and gluten-free dough 😌. I apologize to the customers who leave haphazard reviews without using common sense and reason; we've become a world of spoiled, rude, and pretentious people. This is life in the public eye these days...the customer demands that you be right! Even if there's no respect or listening.

06/12/2025: We ordered two simple hot chocolates and paid a whopping 10 euros. Personally, considering the location, the setting, and our experience at other establishments in far more well-known and prestigious locations, I consider the price excessive. We didn't check the price list simply because we never imagined we'd pay that amount.

22/01/2026: Passing through for work, I decided to stop for lunch, a selection of starters and main courses, plus dessert. The bill was a complete rip-off for me. Starter + sandwich (larger than normal, good, nothing to complain about), water + coffee, €17.80. I've never spent so much anywhere else (aside from the beautiful, clean place, the lovely girls who work hard, and all the passion you could want), but we're not in the center of Padua or Verona or Bassano del Grappa or Ravenna, we're in Alfonsine, holy cow.

We had a great time. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the food was excellent. The spaces were beautifully arranged.

31/08/2025: Terrible experience. We booked at 1:30 PM and started lunch after 2:30 PM. There were four of us... only one dish was brought, and it was over ten minutes before the other three. We had to watch the only person with a dish eat at an already late hour. The pasta was flavorless, the spaghetti with mussels was peppery and very spicy, and the skewers oozed oil. The staff was rude and when called, they angrily told us to wait. Never again!!!

20/09/2025: Bad food, bad service, unfriendly staff! You're not a guest here, just a cash cow! The bruschetta was anything but up to Italian standards, and the pasta tasted like it came from a package. Definitely not recommended! The Italian restaurant around the corner in Germany serves better food. The staff were very unfriendly and you didn't feel like a guest. It should have been a 0-star review, but unfortunately, you have to give it one star.

11/08/2025: August, sun, sea, and Lorenzo's cuisine at Battigia. We had the eggplant meatballs with pecorino cream, seafood salad, risotto, and octopus. Very good and especially fresh, we didn't have time to take more photos. Thank you, and I recommend it to others.
10/08/2025: Under the new management, Battigia has fallen into disrepair. Prices for beach services are set by Mrs. Sandra based on one's personal taste. Entrepreneurs are born, not made. Many longtime customers, like me, have left the establishment for precisely this reason. I strongly advise against Battigia. I won't add anything else because I'd be writing a book. Sirenetta and Paradiso certainly follow the same system: if I like you, you pay €150 for a seasonal lounger; if I don't like you, you pay €250. These are not entrepreneurs; they are unreliable people.

12/10/2025: We sat down around 1:00 PM... Plus half an hour for an appetizer! Then for a skewer and a fried dish, another thirty-five/forty minutes... plus, tables arrived after us were served!!!! Never again!!!

15/10/2025: A historic venue, it changed management last year, but it's still owned by the same family. Traditional cuisine, recommended for lunch with the fixed-price menu of the day. Excellent value. Easy parking.

05/07/2025: We have traveled to Northern Italy for the past 3 years (2023,24 & 25).
Syrene was one of the best restaurants that we have ever been to in any country. The staff, the food and the setting were superb. Paulo was the waiter that usually served us.
We traveled to Italy again this but it is with sadness that we see Syrene has closed.
We do hope that it opens again because it is a special place.

01/09/2025: You are practically 15 meters from the sea, the terrace is breathtaking, this alone is worth going there, then you eat well at the right price, simple cuisine that never disappoints you, my children love the hamburgers, the first courses are top, good fried food, enchanting atmosphere that fills your heart, and your belly, highly recommended..👍👏
19/08/2025: Lunch: Flavorless spaghetti with clams, asked for cheese for the pasta with ragù, which arrived at the end of the meal...
20-minute wait for a piadina at 5 PM, then I discover the cashier forgot to give the order to the kitchen. Piada ready in 30 seconds: cold ham and cheese!!!

05/11/2025: On April 24th, paying a whopping 10 euros for a Coke and Havana 7 where the amount of rum was not even 2 fingers using a small glass that can be used for structured cocktails but I had asked for a good Coke and rum... it seems completely illogical to me, you have lost a good customer and surely others as well...
05/10/2025: Aperitif by the canal in the heart of Cervia, accompanied by delicious, quality appetizers. The aperitif was a bit meager given the enormous amount of ice in the glass. The manager was a bit pushy, trying to snag you a table as soon as you walked out. Other than that, it's worth it for the location and the music, which isn't at all annoying like some nearby bars.

The only small complaint is the fries, which are sparse and not as crispy as one would expect. Overall, a great experience, recommended for those looking for a tasty and quick pizza.
