19/12/2025: We visited Castell'Arquato a couple of weeks ago...a very picturesque place, definitely worth a visit.
We stumbled upon this gelateria by chance, and...boom...the best gelato I've ever tasted...the truly traditional and unique location certainly sets the mood for a positive experience...but the gelato is truly exceptional for the intensity of the aromas and flavors it conveys to the palate, while also maintaining a good consistency.

19/12/2025: A quaint trattoria with a panoramic view of the Piacenza hills. We enjoyed delicious traditional dishes, including pumpkin gnocchi with Zola and Speck, duck-filled tortelli, stuffed guinea fowl, and polenta with wild boar, all rounded off with exquisite desserts. Friendly staff, quick and attentive service, and a clean and welcoming atmosphere.

14/11/2025: A special mention goes to the kindness, preparation, and professionalism of the entire staff, all young and truly talented. We enjoyed the stuffed zucchini flowers, the pisarei, and the typical batalàbar, tortelli con la coda. Considering the quality of the dishes and the service, the prices are more than fair. Highly recommended.

You can also eat in if you're a limited number of people, as seating is limited.
The staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful.
The pizza selection is excellent, and changes frequently with tasty ideas.
They're as precise as Swiss clocks when it comes to takeout.

29/12/2025: We had spaghetti carbonara and a side dish, everything was delicious!!! The cured meats are delicious... another feature is the staff is very welcoming and attentive to their customers' needs.
We were amazed at how the waiter treated us; he was so kind and courteous, we felt like he was the owner.
A place that makes you feel right at home... the first courses are a must-try!

07/02/2026: I was here for dinner and had pizza. It's not my favorite type of pizza, so take that as a personal opinion: I found it a bit dry, but for those who like crispier pizza, it might be a good choice.
The pizzas aren't big, but the prices are very fair: a €5 Margherita is a rarity these days.
The apple pie with gelato, on the other hand, was excellent—really good.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. Overall, a simple, no-frills place with excellent value.

27/12/2025: Per onestà intellettuale devo dire senza tema di smentita che i prodotti venduti da questi personaggi sono di altissima qualità, ma il punto è che il prodotto è sicuramente ottimo ma il venditore fa schifo!!!
E questo particolare comporta una sostanziale perdita di prestigio.
La vostra icona:( la famosa torta al cioccolato di Vigolo) sul quale avete costruito la vostra popolarità vi sta lentamente abbandonando, perché oggi ci sono tanti pasticceri e panettieri che producono torte altrettanto buone che non hanno nulla da invidiare alle vostre
Venivo spesso nel vostro negozio, e mi sono sempre trovato molto bene, ma visto l'immensa furbizia che vi circonda faccio 150/200 metri in più e la voglia di dolci viene soddisfatta con prodotti altrettanto buoni e di qualità pari ai vostri.

26/12/2025: The pizza was inedible, it looked like a stuffed cracker, the fries were cold, and the side dishes ran out at 7:30 pm. The cured meats and the typical dish were good.

07/12/2025: Welcoming place. Kind and polite people. The food is delicious. Lots of choices on the menu, lots of types of cheese.... I'll be back as soon as I can.
20/08/2025: I went to Gastronomia 00 with high hopes, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The food was rather subpar: stale bread and pizza, bland-tasting brioche, no desserts, seemingly mediocre-quality hams... and overall, the food was more reminiscent of a school cafeteria than a refined deli. The atmosphere, too, seems stuck in the '70s, and not in the nostalgic sense of the word. Dated furnishings and an atmosphere reminiscent of the past, but without that vintage charm that makes you say, "How lovely."

05/01/2026: We had lunch here on Sunday on the recommendation of a friend, but unfortunately we were very disappointed.
We ordered
Taglioni with porcini mushrooms, radicchio ravioli with walnut sauce
A tagliata with potatoes
Venison with polenta
1 bottle of still Pusterla wine
1 bottle of water
The portions aren't small, but very small; we had 4 forkfuls of taglioni and 6 ravioli on our plate.
Moving on to the second course, we found 6 potatoes on our plate.
1 thinly sliced steak, ordered rare, arrived medium rare, more rare than medium.
Then 5 venison bites with 3 mini polenta balls.
To spend €108.
Then we waited a long time for the first course, which arrived even before the wine, which we pointed out, and they had forgotten about it. Then, an hour later, the second course arrived.
But before it arrived, nonchalantly, after 3 waiters came by to check the ticket, the owner came by and took the order ticket, without saying anything.
She came back a little later, saying that there was another table that had the same order as us. He ordered and they had served first.
And he rewrote the order on another note.
We asked for the bread, which was out of stock, and it was brought after half an hour.
The owner was kind and smiling.... The view was beautiful.
But after this first experience, NEVER AGAIN!
