Not a tourist trap, an attentive and caring boss.
Traditional, quality, homemade food. For a very reasonable price
15/08/2024: Pleasant tavern located a stone's throw from the center. Small internal room but with the possibility of settling outside away from the sun and in peace as it is outside the main promenade. Good selection of wines. Bizarre but useful (touristy...) the idea of offering not only a typical meat and cured meat menu but also a fish menu (???). Good cured meats, light and non-greasy fried pie. Abundant and delicious first courses, I suggest the truffle and culatello carbonara: exceptional! Good and carefully prepared desserts. Service a little slow but probably since it's mid-August that's okay. I count absolutely within the norm. Advised.

08/12/2024: Bright environment, recently renovated, the historic shop never disappoints... even a simple loaf of bread has that wonderful ancient taste that takes us back to childhood. The desserts are the most delicious you can imagine: the soft cakes, the tarts, the Vigolo cakes with chocolate (their specialty), the biscuits... choosing seems very, very difficult!

02/11/2024: Sono stata oggi in questo locale, ordinato due taglieri, qualità buona, ma la maleducazione regna sovrana!
Ho chiesto un cestino di pane in più e sembrava avessi chieste dei diamanti, considerando che ho speso 62 euro per due taglieri e due acque.
Finito il pasto chiedo di potere usufruire della toilette e la ragazza mi dice che non ce l'hanno, cosa non vera in quando obbligo per legge avere il bagno in qualsiasi locale pubblico.
Quindi ricapitolando, prodotti buoni, atteggiamento verso la clientela pessimo!

Personale molto gentile ed educato, location incantevole e romantica, la cucina… ah la cucina! Veramente degna di uno chef stellato!

Sono andata a Castell'Arquato per festeggiare halloween con i figli e abbiamo scelto questo ristorante per pranzo, abbiamo mangiato divinamente, un antipasto di salumi locali accompagnato da un cestino di panini sfiziosissimi, sia i primi che i secondi curati e di qualità, il tutto con un ottimo gotturnio. Prezzi onesti e cortesia magnifica
