03/02/2026: Just a stone's throw from the Rocca di Fontanellato, this delicatessen is one of those places where, upon entering for the first time, you know you'll want to return. Authentic flavors and aromas, excellent cured meats, and friendly staff. The moka pot of coffee was an unexpected surprise and the perfect end to our lunch at a quiet table next to a shelf displaying "Carmencita e Miguel" ceramics.

29/12/2025: What a wonderful experience! The highlight is definitely the cured meats. At the first bite, you close your eyes and experience an orgasmic moment. They melt in your mouth, truly delicious. Must be paired with the torta fritta. The service is typical of a business with a lovely Emilian touch: informal, loving, attentive, and precise. They frequently pass between the tables to check if everything is okay, without ever being intrusive or pushy. We also had tagliatelle (7) and tortelli (8) for the first course, then guanciale (8) for the second course. Last but not least: coffee is served directly at the table, using a moka pot. BRAVI!

18/01/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant because we were passing through. The restaurant is part of the hotel and has a slightly retro, yet welcoming, atmosphere. The staff was very kind and friendly. The food was good and affordable.

09/01/2026: We had lunch on January 6th with our dance group Parmadanza Sanguinaro. What can I say? Everything was perfect! From the exceptional menu to the kindness and utmost availability, they allowed us to dance and stay until late afternoon. Thank you so much!!!

01/01/2026: The staff is exceptionally friendly, even the owner, who, at the end of the meal, goes around the tables asking if everything was okay. The kindness extends even to pets: the owner kindly brought a bowl of water for our dog. Low prices, high quality. Excellent pizzas, with a wide variety of toppings. The torta fritta deserves a special mention, both for its taste and price. The relaxed atmosphere makes it a place to return, even with plenty of company given the large space.

09/10/2025: We stopped at this place by chance for dinner, thinking it was a typical Emilian trattoria. Upon entering, we were greeted by a small, well-maintained space that clearly shows years of loyal service. We were surprised to discover that, yes, they offer traditional dishes, but with a Neapolitan twist. So we decided to order a pizza and an appetizer while we waited. Overall, I give it a passing grade; the pizza was good, as was the appetizer, but everything was a bit... too much. The dough isn't bad, especially when the pizzas are brought to the table, but it's a bit too thick (a matter of personal taste), and it makes it difficult to finish the pizza. Good service, friendly, helpful, and smiling staff—a plus for them. The music is nice, not intrusive.
