09/05/2026: We stopped at Cibarium while passing through. The appetizers were very good, but the first courses were a bit disappointing: the tortelli were very thick and ruined the dish. Plus, there was too much butter; I still can't stomach it. Prices were high for what we ordered. The location was very pleasant, as were the people who served us.

Attentive and friendly staff.
A good mix of delicatessen and trattoria.
Good ingredients with some interesting options, well-aged cured meats.
Good value for money.

16/05/2026: On an organized tour, although we were more than half an hour late, but we were warned, the welcome was professional and courteous.
Excellent! As were the dishes on offer, with the option of repeat orders. The staff was helpful and friendly. Thank you.

11/11/2025: In the heart of the historic village of Fontanellato, the villa restaurant will welcome you with kindness. It's actually a villa, and from the small square with its San Pietrini, you enter the bar area. It has two floors and an incredible, well-kept garden with a small castle 🏰.
In one of the rooms, we enjoyed a three-course set menu:
A very delicate and delicious puff pastry with mushrooms, a couple of tortelli (pumpkin, ricotta, and spinach), and finally, a berry culis and gelato. Franciacorta and Lambrusco wines. Excellent value.
The restaurant is good and, with a few small adjustments, could become excellent.
Parking is a downside, as the famous market is held on the 3rd Sunday of every month.

09/04/2026: Just a few meters from the characteristic Fontanellato sanctuary, this restaurant (which also serves as a hotel) appears dated but still very elegant. The menu has remained the same as many years ago, as have the dishes, which are still authentic and tasty (the Lambrusco is excellent). The lady who serves the tables is very good, kind and friendly.

27/05/2025: Tipica trattoria rustica nella pianura parmense, che offre una cucina dignitosa, ma senza un guizzo particolare. Buoni i pisarei e fasoi e il polipo, normale la grigliata di maiale. I tortelli alla spalla cotta sapevano solo di formaggio, capisco che la spalla cotta ha un sapore delicato ma qui non e' prprio pervenuto. Personale gentile ed accogliente. Corretto il rapporto qualita'/prezzo

30/07/2025: Terribile...prezzi elevati e per niente in linea con la qualità pessima del cibo. Tagliere misto molto discutibile con 4 fette di cotto qualsiasi, 4 fette di crudo qualsiasi, tutte tagliate molto male, 4 fette di salame non si sa che tipo, 4 fette di grana appoggiate sopra. I grissini e il pane nascosto sotto l'affettato, a che pro? Tra l'altro, pane per niente fresco. Qualità delle piadine, scarsissima. Mai più.

14/04/2025: Le titolari sono molto gentili ed ospitali, le camere sono lontane dai rumori del mondo in un agriturismo immerso nella natura, ottima la colazione semplice ma essenziale e buonissima la cena, anche lei molto semplice ma con tante piacevolissime sorprese (ottima la lasagna zucca e salsiccia)
12/03/2025: fattoria super tranquilla nella campagna parmense, camera grande e semplice con bagno grande e comodo
cena in locale molto bello con i soffitti a volta e prodotti locali molto buoni.
Colazione con uova, salume, formaggio, torte varie, yogurt, succhi di frutta, latte, cappuccino o espresso da bar.
con la bella stagione penso sia molto più bello tutto.
