The place is very informal. We will definitely be back to try the appetizers and first courses. The quality/price ratio is very good. 26/04/2026: I'd like to start by complimenting the staff: the girl who took the order was truly kind, professional, and polite. The delivery guy was also very courteous, and he even arrived early. Excellent service in every way. The only thing I'd like to point out is the dough: I personally found it a little chewy. It's still digestible, but it takes a little longer to make. I'm not an expert in the field, but I'd suggest reviewing this detail, especially since I've noticed other customers have already mentioned it. Anyway, recommended. It was my first time! 07/06/2026: This pastry shop is not suitable for allergy sufferers. The quality and deliciousness of the products are unquestionable; in fact, we've recently become fairly regular patrons again. However, I must say, with regret, that customer service isn't quite up to par. We have a family member with allergies. I asked if they could please make me some Sicilian cannoli, taking the allergies into account. I explained that the contamination wasn't a problem, it just wasn't necessary to include the specified ingredients. The woman who accepted the request explained, somewhat brusquely, that they don't normally make cakes or anything else for allergy sufferers, but to call later because she would check with the pastry chef. Yesterday, I called back, and another person answered, much more brusquely and abruptly, telling me they don't take orders for allergy sufferers. When I pointed out that we normally go there for breakfast, alerting the staff of the dangerous ingredients, she became even more irritated and cut me off. I was disappointed. It's not easy to live with this problem. It means reading every label because the risk can be everywhere and limit many opportunities for socializing. This difficulty is even greater if a minor is involved. I understand and appreciate the caution, because it means being fully aware of the seriousness of the situation, but the solution shouldn't be to make life easier for oneself and leave the customer to fend for themselves. This, I repeat, is either a convenient solution, or it shows an awareness of not being up to the task of providing a certain level of care, something I would rule out given the undoubted professionalism of the pastry chefs. Fortunately, in recent years we have found laboratories and pastry shops that are much more accommodating and have addressed this issue. We will continue to order from them. However, I wanted to warn other allergy sufferers and spare them an unpleasant experience.

16/04/2026: Guys, a pleasant surprise. We found this place online and I have to say that everything is delicious, especially the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and handmade passatelli. Skulls to the waitress Alice, really kind.

01/02/2026: Excellent experience: we had rosemary tagliata (excellent meat, perfectly rare), French fries, mixed crostini (a bit challenging in flavor), a pizza to share (really good!), with half a liter of red wine and a delicious mascarpone with pandoro. €48 for two: we ate well, spent little, and chatted with the very knowledgeable and friendly waitress. We'll be back!

Once we arrived, however, we were turned away with nine children, even though the place was practically empty. Furthermore, we were told the kitchen would open at 12:30, when online it says it opens at 12:00. We made the trip in vain due to incorrect information and unprofessional behavior. A truly disappointing experience. I do not recommend it.

03/07/2026: We had called and booked in advance, but when we arrived with our children, we were greeted with little hospitality and even less empathy. Even though the restaurant was completely empty and opening at 12:00, we were told we would only be seated after 12:30. The thing that struck us most was the comment that "children are a nuisance." Hearing something like that, especially with hungry children and after we had booked, was truly unpleasant. We found ourselves having to look for another place at the last minute. I believe that those who work in the restaurant industry must certainly offer good food, but also know how to welcome people with courtesy, respect, and empathy, assessing situations with common sense and without making some customers feel less welcome than others. We left with the distinct feeling of having been mocked. If you don't want to accommodate children, it would be much more appropriate to state this clearly when booking, rather than having customers arrive and then turning them away. For us, it was a truly disappointing experience. An experience that left us truly bitterly disappointed.

27/03/2026: A traditional osteria in the center of Cesena. Lino entertains like a true host, the selection of both dishes and wines is extensive, and the atmosphere is informal and perfect for chatting and laughing with friends. The crostini and charcuterie platter are FANTASTIC.

20/03/2026: I took my car to be washed. They rescheduled my appointment twice. When I picked up the car, one section hadn't been cleaned at all, and they told me to go to a Chinese place to get a cleaner specifically for plastics. The glass mats were vacuumed up and gone, the plastic door seal above the mirror was gone. Free headlight polishing, but that little bit will definitely cost me more than €15, plus the glass holders.

26/04/2026: Let me start by saying that I'm a girl who always finishes her ice cream, but this time I couldn't, because I got the two flavors I always get (chocolate and whipped cream), but they were disgusting. The whipped cream was the kind you get at the supermarket, and it tasted like a chemical, while the chocolate had ice cubes in it, making it inedible. Not to mention the fact that the cone and the cone on top weren't fresh.
