10/03/2026: A pleasant and well-presented dish: the bresaola was good quality, and the pairing with arugula, shaved parmesan, fresh mushrooms, and walnuts created an interesting mix of flavors and textures.
Personally, I would have preferred a slightly smaller amount of balsamic vinegar, which would have further enhanced the delicate flavor of the bresaola and other ingredients. Overall, however, an excellent, fresh, and enjoyable dish.

19/02/2026: My girlfriend, Simona, and I discovered this winery after careful online research, and, intrigued, we decided to head straight to the winery.
We were welcomed by the charming owner, Mr. Vittorio, who guided us through a tasting of white and red wines, explaining the history of the winery and the characteristics of the different labels with professionalism and a touch of humor.
The wines proved to be of excellent quality, well-balanced, pleasant, and light, with a truly excellent quality-price ratio.
We are very happy we stopped by: an authentic experience that we recommend to anyone who loves good wine and genuine hospitality.
PS: A visit to the abbey, just steps from the winery, is highly recommended.

01/02/2026: I had lunch here with my husband and my cousins. We didn't know it, but it was a discovery. From the outside, it's a simple house, the phoenix sign is hard to spot, but inside, it's truly beautiful. The kind and helpful waiters made us feel at ease. There were 7 of us and we ordered various items, all very good, and the desserts... outdid themselves. 5 well-deserved stars overall.
