07/02/2026: WE WENT OUT TO EAT TONIGHT. THE GRILLED MEAT WAS DELICIOUS IN A SMALL ROOM WITH A FIREPLACE. THEY SERVE FURRY LITTLE PEOPLE. THE WAITERS WERE VERY KIND. THE PRICE WAS GREAT FOR WHAT YOU GET. WE'LL BE BACK AND BRING FRIENDS.

01/03/2026: This café offers a wide selection of delicious vegan products. The staff is really friendly and, above all, knows how to recommend what to order. A really nice thing is that the pastries are arranged on the counter, each on its own plate; they're not piled up together. I recommend them.

07/02/2026: A surreal experience! We went to dinner with four friends and a 15-month-old baby. Everything was fine. We arrived and sat down. We ordered appetizers, first and second courses, and a special bottle of wine—the kind with the bottom half of the bottle, which you have to open upside down in the water. And then the unthinkable happened. The waiter, seeing as he was having a hard time opening the bottle, decided to take it out of the water and open it normally. You can imagine the result. Wine everywhere, brown wine dregs all over our hair, our clothes, our coats, and even on the baby in front of us. Well, a super awkward moment, total silence, and the waiter ran off, saying, "It can happen with this wine." Unfortunately, we, decent people, stayed quiet and continued dining so as not to create confusion and start unnecessary arguments, thinking that maybe at the end of the dinner we could discuss it and maybe we could settle down with a small discount. Instead, with total indifference, they ignored us for the entire dinner except for a timid "Is everything going okay?" The owner and in the end he even gives us our nice receipt for €340 without any discount, washing his hands of it by saying "and I asked you if everything was going okay, you said yes!" As if to say if you insulted us and we argued then maybe I would have met you halfway instead since you are polite and good people I'll give you a hard time too!

24/01/2026: It's been years since I've stopped by.... I had a quick breakfast and the brioche was the most classic of all. Someone wrote in the comments that it lacks innovation.... I say long live tradition.... Sometimes overdoing it with innovation can only lead to unwittingly gorging on things that ultimately aren't the height of authenticity. Keep up the good work.

21/02/2026: We had dinner here with the family and were very pleased with their gluten-free pizza. It's very good, with a dough and flavor that rivals traditional pizza. You can feel the great attention to the quality of the ingredients and food safety. The atmosphere is welcoming, perfect for families, and the service was attentive. A great place to go in Ferrara for those seeking uncompromising quality. We'll definitely be back!

14/03/2026: The outdoor space is nice, but the interior disappointed me... clean, tidy, but fake. The entrance leads into a space where the stench from the kitchen reigns supreme, located immediately to the left; fortunately, the smell isn't noticeable in the restaurant. The wall is dilapidated, with fake plaster missing. The reproductions of the signs listing the various rates and services of early 20th-century brothels are also awful. If the food were any good, these issues could be overlooked, but the food is well-plated, but not very good. The creamed cod is flavorless. The rye bread adds nothing to the dish; the classic crostini is better for crunchiness. The dish smells very strongly of truffle, thanks to the truffle oil, but the flavor is absent. The salami with mashed potatoes is not bad... the mashed potatoes are good, the salami is good but very tough.

02/01/2026: Very good restaurant! As a group of parents with kids, we ate meat, while the kids had a first course. The outdoor area is very large and fantastic for anglers! The kids stayed outside after eating!
