06/04/2026: I was there recently for lunch, and I have to say I can't wait to go back. The first courses were excellent, made with top-notch ingredients, which was reflected in the kind of flavor that, unfortunately, is increasingly rare to find. The preparation was also practically perfect. The highlight of the meal, however, were the crescentine with cured meats. Especially the cured meats and cheeses. There's a shop next door that sells gourmet products, including top-quality cured meats and cheeses, sourced from top-quality local producers (it's a passion of the owner). And you can taste the difference compared to the typical crescentine place that serves cured meats that all taste the same (or almost). This quality of the ingredients, among other things, makes the quality/price ratio truly excellent. The wine selection also seems interesting, although not extensive. The place is an osteria, so not an elegant or sophisticated restaurant, but the atmosphere is in keeping with the type of place: clean and well-presented, with well-placed tables and, despite the small space, not too crowded (a tad too crowded for my taste, but still acceptable, considering there were only two of us, so another table for two next door was almost inevitable). Even though it was crowded and there was a large table, it wasn't too noisy, especially since the food is so good that by the time it arrives, you're busy eating. As I said, I can't wait to go back, and this time I'll just order the crescentine and cured meats. Not because the first courses aren't worth it, but because I want to enjoy the cured meats better.

27/02/2026: Carefully selected ingredients, expertly crafted cured meats, and a genuine, bygone atmosphere. Definitely try the gnocchi with mutton ragù, a rare dish. Follow the host's instructions. A round of applause!

02/04/2026: I had lunch at this restaurant by chance, but I must say I ate and drank wonderfully. The restaurant is located a few kilometers from Castel San Pietro Terme, nestled in the rolling hills, easy to reach. The place is clean, tidy, and meticulously cared for, even with an outdoor veranda full of flowers. The staff is kind and attentive, and they make you feel right at home. We had perfectly cooked veal tagliata, plentiful, and served ready to eat, seasoned with olive oil, rosemary, and coarse salt... tender and succulent!!! The grilled vegetables were equally delicious, and for dessert, a perfectly made crème brulee. We also got a coffee and a discount at the register, even though it was our first time there... we'll definitely be back, even though it's 80 kilometers from my home. Kudos to all the staff!!! Reservations recommended

29/03/2026: Even in the bad weather the view was beautiful, the rooms were clean and that's no small thing, the restaurant was truly excellent, I hope to end up there again!!

16/04/2026: Delicious dishes and excellent service at Uinauino! Although the waiters spoke limited English, we truly appreciated their effort to communicate and make us feel welcome. The recommended dishes were outstanding—we loved every bite. Highly recommended!

11/05/2026: Right in the center of Castel San Pietro, the restaurant is quite small and rustic. The food was good. I had tortellini in broth, then a noodle dish, which was excellent. Unfortunately, it was very noisy. The service was very fast and friendly. I'd say it was a positive experience.

10/05/2026: Regular guests every year since 2019. Friendly hosts who genuinely care about their guests. Even small special requests are accommodated whenever possible. The food is always impeccable and very good, with fair prices. This also applies to the drinks. Reservations are necessary, which speaks volumes for the restaurant. Many thanks to both of them, and we look forward to seeing you again in April 2027.

04/05/2026: Passing by, we discovered this osteria, which turned out to be excellent in every way: from the welcome to the final bill, including, of course, the excellent flavors enjoyed with the mixed antipasto and the tagliatelle with nettles. Highly recommended.

The service was very friendly and attentive, the regional wine was excellent, the chicken with keffiyeh and lime was delicious, and the pizza was light and not greasy at all! Wine is also available for purchase. Thank you so much; we'll definitely come back whenever we're in the area.

24/04/2026: I had higher expectations, but I have to say that the service was attentive and fast (even too fast, they seemed to be in a hurry). The fried crescentine were spectacular, not greasy, and flavorful. The cold cuts and pickles were below average. The grilled sausage was excellent, the rest was average, and the mutton was poor, thin and... a bit... stiff. Superior dessert: the almond pudding was very good. Price...adequate.

24/04/2026: A very, very tasty restaurant just outside Bologna! I recommend starting with their excellent cold cuts and crescentine (accompanied by the inevitable fried gnocco), finishing with the phenomenal fried cream. 😋 In between, choose what you like best... lasagna, tortellini, tagliatelle, garganelli, strettone, etc. You're truly spoiled for choice! Enjoy your digestion!
