06/04/2026: I was there recently for lunch, and I have to say I can't wait to go back. The first courses were excellent, made with top-notch ingredients, which was reflected in the kind of flavor that, unfortunately, is increasingly rare to find. The preparation was also practically perfect. The highlight of the meal, however, were the crescentine with cured meats. Especially the cured meats and cheeses. There's a shop next door that sells gourmet products, including top-quality cured meats and cheeses, sourced from top-quality local producers (it's a passion of the owner). And you can taste the difference compared to the typical crescentine place that serves cured meats that all taste the same (or almost). This quality of the ingredients, among other things, makes the quality/price ratio truly excellent. The wine selection also seems interesting, although not extensive. The place is an osteria, so not an elegant or sophisticated restaurant, but the atmosphere is in keeping with the type of place: clean and well-presented, with well-placed tables and, despite the small space, not too crowded (a tad too crowded for my taste, but still acceptable, considering there were only two of us, so another table for two next door was almost inevitable). Even though it was crowded and there was a large table, it wasn't too noisy, especially since the food is so good that by the time it arrives, you're busy eating. As I said, I can't wait to go back, and this time I'll just order the crescentine and cured meats. Not because the first courses aren't worth it, but because I want to enjoy the cured meats better.

27/02/2026: Carefully selected ingredients, expertly crafted cured meats, and a genuine, bygone atmosphere. Definitely try the gnocchi with mutton ragù, a rare dish. Follow the host's instructions. A round of applause!

31/05/2026: We had a fantastic dinner here. The food was delicious and came out quickly, but what truly made our evening was the staff. The young service team was incredibly polite, energetic, and attentive. They made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in. Highly recommend this place!

28/05/2026: Went just for dinner. Very welcoming place in a beautiful landscape, the Romagna hills. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. But above all, the food was delicious! Excellent Lambrusco risotto, exceptional liver in a net, and delicious fried artichokes! I'll definitely be back.

Exquisite cuisine, fresh pasta, just like the tradition, homemade. The nettle tortelli and pumpkin cappellacci are a must-try. The desire to eat far outweighed the desire to take photos of the dishes. Try it too...

16/05/2026: If you're passing through Castel San Pietro Terme, on the Via Emilia, be sure to have lunch here: the food is heavenly! It's a bit of an unusual location, being located on the grounds of a gas station and car wash, but I can assure you the chef is on par with even the most celebrated pan artists. Emilian cuisine at its finest. I had crescentine with cured meats, passatelli, and waffles with gelato and black cherries. Everything was delicious; the crescentine were fried to perfection, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was clean, the staff were courteous and extremely helpful, and the service excellent. I'll definitely be back.

24/04/2026: I had higher expectations, but I have to say that the service was attentive and fast (even too fast, they seemed to be in a hurry). The fried crescentine were spectacular, not greasy, and flavorful. The cold cuts and pickles were below average. The grilled sausage was excellent, the rest was average, and the mutton was poor, thin and... a bit... stiff. Superior dessert: the almond pudding was very good. Price...adequate.

24/04/2026: A very, very tasty restaurant just outside Bologna! I recommend starting with their excellent cold cuts and crescentine (accompanied by the inevitable fried gnocco), finishing with the phenomenal fried cream. 😋 In between, choose what you like best... lasagna, tortellini, tagliatelle, garganelli, strettone, etc. You're truly spoiled for choice! Enjoy your digestion!

The atmosphere is warm and meticulously maintained, with a welcoming touch that makes you feel right at home. The staff is friendly, smiling, and always available—just how we Romagnoli like it! Definitely, Le Marzoline is a place I'll gladly return to: high quality, a delightful atmosphere, and service that truly deserves a round of applause for Diego and Mattia!

09/11/2025: Excellent gourmet dishes and generous portions. Appetizing appetizers and first courses, and fabulous cotoletta alla bolognese. Attentive service, a very nice and not too formal atmosphere. Prices are reasonable for all this.

19/04/2026: Although I'm not a pasta fan, I have to say that the tagliatelle with ragù were amazing. Highly recommended.

01/11/2025: Great lunch break at Ma.Va! My friend had the radicchio lasagna: both were delicious, fresh homemade pasta and authentic flavors. Ample portions, a clean atmosphere, and friendly, smiling staff. Fair prices.

08/07/2026: We went for lunch on a Sunday in early spring: excellent dishes, very friendly service, and the kitchen took great care in preparing gluten-free dishes. We returned tonight for dinner and can confirm what we've said! We'll definitely return and recommend.

03/07/2026: We called specifically asking for a gazebo. I won't tell you about the owners' arrogance and rudeness when they told us it wasn't possible and that the person who answered had made a mistake. Shame on you as business owners!
