09/12/2024: Il posto è molto carino e accogliente , personale gentilissimo piatti tipici della cucina Emiliana . Devo dire che ho mangiato veramente molto molto bene . Caratteristici gli zuccherini imbevuti nell alcol agli aromi che ti presentano e ti offrono come assaggio alla fine . Consigliatissimo

03/12/2024: Excellent restaurant today I enjoyed polenta with super seasoning. Liver with net and bay leaf tasty and excellent sweet apple pie with cream. A place with friendly, polite and friendly staff. An experience that I will repeat often now that I have tried it.

Primi con cottura perfetta e abituale ottimo condimento. Cortesia sempre in primo piano.
Ottima carne, servizio cordiale e pronto nonostante locale pieno.
Abituale gentilezza verso il commensali. Conto sempre più che equilibrato!

Welcomed very well by the staff, who proved to be very helpful and kind, we had lunch with some typical and non-typical dishes.
The quality was excellent and the doses generous.
As I like sweets, I really liked the baked pannacotta.

07/08/2024: I went for lunch, the place is very nice, the food is good and the dishes are well prepared. If I can make one observation, I'm tired of all these restaurants where it takes you more time to read the menus than to eat the dish.
If the food is good I would also like to eat it and not baby portions, also because I pay for them as full portions.
Sorry but in these cases I feel cheated.
04/08/2024: Tables next to the pool.. evocative and relaxing.. kind and friendly service.. good food.. I recommend more attention to the customer's needs.. little table that dances they forgot to bring support.. oil at the table they take us away.. more pay attention to the type of place.. we would have been more satisfied without these flaws..

Tagliata: 5 fettine di carne pallida tiepida, sapore tutto sommato non male, ma lontano da una tagliata come si deve.
Carne mista: oltre a qualche fettina di tagliata, un pezzettino di salsiccia scadente ed un pezzetto di carne bianca (?).
Tagliatelle al ragú: tagliolini con un pallido ragú, accettabile.
Risotto al tartufo: riso bianco con 2 fettine grattugiate sopra.
Verdure grigliate: cipolla cruda.

Antipasto di crescentine e affettati buono, carne e contorni di qualità.
Dolci nella media.

02/11/2023: Ristorante/Pizzeria in zona Massarenti - Via Guelfa - Tangenziale San Vitale. Ristorante con una sua identità che offre piatti tipici pugliesi, vegetariani e pizze. Gli ingredienti sono freschi, saporiti e digeribili. Anche i prodotti da forno e i dolci meritano: la pizza, il loro pane, il pasticciotto e la crema fritta. Il servizio é attento, cordiale e paziente. Lo trovo completo nell'offerta, fine nella struttura e completo nel menu, penso che sia adatto a tutti i target buongustai - turismo, business, famiglie, coppie. Per noi é un punto di riferimento, non possiamo più farne a meno!

21/08/2024: Ci siamo capitati per caso durante l'orario del pranzo di lavoro con piatti a prezzo fisso. Trattoria alla buona con piatti della zona, senza pretese ma cucinati discretamente e ad un ottimo prezzo. Servizio molto veloce. La gestione familiare lascia un pò a desiderare in quanto si pena ad avere maggiori dettagli sulla composizione dei piatti

13/08/2024: Siamo venuti in Vacanza 3 giorni con la mia compagna, per fare un giretto "all'AcquaPark" (che vi consiglio, anche e soprattutto se avete bambini), abbiamo alloggiato all'Albergo "Il Castello" (Famoso anche perchè è stato l'Albergo di Ayrton Senna), che vi stra-consiglio, perchè davvero Ottimo.
Ci siamo fermati qui allo "Zenzero Blu", per esperienza ho chiesto consiglio alla gente del Posto (prendendo info dal Bar "La Vela"), dove ringrazio di cuore il Gestore per l'ottimo consiglio dato (Simpatico e anche molto Gentile).
Ci siamo trovati subito con una bellissima accoglienza, oltre ad avere un parcheggio davvero spazioso nella parte frontale (parcheggio per disabili presente).
Appena arrivi c'è un ragazzo/ragazza all'entrata, che vi da' subito il Benvenuto. Nessun tempo di attesa. Subito ci trovano un posto, molto bello e accogliente, nella parte esterna del Ristorante (siamo al 13 di Agosto 2024, temperatura perfetta con zona anche arieggiata). Bellissimo lo spazio tra i diversi tavoli, non mangi o ceni sopra gli altri. Grande lo spazio di divisione, soprattutto per tenere la giusta intimità, e per non essere infastidito da altri. Personale gentilissimo e molto attento, sempre presenti tra i tavoli, e sempre a chiedere se c'è bisogno di qualcosa. Ci tengo molto a riportare, che tutte le ragazze che ci hanno seguito, hanno sempre tentuto grandissima attenzione (sia ai cibi che alle bevande), ma non solo a Noi, anche a tutti i tavoli presenti! Ci hanno consigliato benissimo. Dispongono di un Menù davvero vario e molto completo (dispo. anche Cibo vegetariano). Posso riportare con grande felicità, che abbiamo cenato benissimo !! La carne era di una Bontà unica, cotta alla perfezione, condimento eccezionale, tipo Fricò ! UNA BOMBA !! Pizza fantastica, leggera e croccante, cotta alla perfezione! Crema Catalana come dolce, UNO SPETTACOLO ! VOTO 10 ! E tutto questo, ad un PREZZO TROPPO ONESTISSIMO !
