Even the furniture; although the series of ancient Roman style busts could make it slip into kitsch, it instead gives it a touch of class. The à la carte proposal is excellent with land and sea dishes where the quality of the product is enhanced by the chef with innovative proposals, even if there always remains a connection to the local cuisine. High-level wine list, with important labels. The selection of spirits is amazing with a real gem in the Bas Armagnac Dartigalongue. A real pleasure to be guided in the choice of wine.
