02/03/2026: I've been frequenting this restaurant for several years. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the food is truly excellent, fresh, and made to order, high quality, and reasonably priced. The owners are truly courteous and welcoming, and the waiters are always very professional and on-point. I highly recommend everyone to try it—you'll be back again and again!

22/03/2026: Spartan place, small room at the main table, the owner with her family, there is also their cute little dog in the place, the first course is good, the side dish is baked potatoes (even if not the classic pre-fried ones put in the oven), friendly waiters, bathroom not very clean

28/03/2026: We've been several times in the past and have always had a good experience. We spent about €30 and the staff were friendly. Yesterday we went back, and I don't think I'll ever go back: €42 each for a paltry platter with two cured meats (one slice each) and three types of cheese (one piece each), nothing fancy. The tartare side dish consisted of just two potatoes—and I mean two—and a slice of pumpkin, and then we paid €30 for a Lambrusco, which may have been good, but it's still a Lambrusco, which is now a table wine. Furthermore, there was little friendliness or willingness to provide information about the dishes. I'm sorry, but I repeat, a platter this small is out of reach for €30, and neither is the Lambrusco. Furthermore, an hour passed between the appetizer and the main course, even though the place is small.

28/03/2026: A place we've enjoyed in the past, but they've completely lost their way when it comes to prices. Three people, €42 each (€120 for three) for: a tiny tagliolini divided between three, a dish (tartare or nervetti salad), a bottle of wine, two liqueurs, and water. Is everything okay? Guys, you can't charge €29 for a LAMBRUSCO, or €30 for a tagliolini with three pieces of cheese and a scant amount of cured meat. We spent the equivalent of a full dinner to eat just three things and drink a perfectly normal wine. I don't see all this "research" in two pieces of ordinary cheese and a Lambrusco. Another place in Parma where it's best to lower your standards a bit (and maybe be a little more friendly when explaining the dishes at the table, but courtesy in this city is a rare gem these days).

01/03/2026: O Muse, sing of us wanderers, returning from three days of shadow and poor refreshment, we who sat in a closed and airless cave, where oxygen was legend and the water tasted of chlorine, and time, a cruel ruler, passed slowly like an endless winter. We counted three dawns, between inglorious dishes and eternal waits, while our once proud spirits grew feeble like sailors lost on a windless sea. But behold—like Ithaca appearing through the mists— a small piadineria rose before our weary eyes. Not large in walls, nor sumptuous in rooms, but bright with sunshine and caressed by a delightful climate, where the air flowed free and gentle, and the world seemed habitable again. We entered, a multitude of us like a band of hungry heroes, and the place, though small, welcomed us. The wait was not short—for there were many of us and the space was limited— but there was no bitterness in our hearts, for finally, waiting was not a pain, but rather a prelude to a promise. And when the piadina arrived— oh, simple and perfect prodigy!— warm as a hearth, fragrant as fields in the wind, rich and generous in its filling, it was for us revenge and redemption. Every bite dissolved the memories of dark days, every flavor restored dignity to our wounded stomachs. Where before there had been despair, joy now reigned. And the staff, courteous like hosts of times gone by, with a frank smile and gentle words, called us "angels"—we, survivors of the gastronomic hell! — and in that name our rebirth was consecrated. Thus posterity will tell: that in a small piadineria, under a benevolent sun, a group of hungry souls found refreshment, and history changed from misfortune to triumph. And if the place is small, the memory is great. And if the wait is not very short, the reward is worthy of the gods. Five stars, like the constellations that guide sailors home. 🌟

06/04/2026: A very nice place in the city center with a view, where they prepare cured meats. The waiters are knowledgeable and professional, explaining the typical dishes we ordered and giving my girlfriend excellent advice on her first course. The dishes are truly exquisite, from the platters to the tiramisu. I recommend both the risotto, which is truly unique, and the spinach tortelli. If I ever find myself in Parma again, I'd love to come back!

30/03/2026: The style is quite unique compared to other Italian restaurants. The location is a bit out of the way, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for atmosphere; the ambiance is just average and not the kind that's photogenic. But even though I don't like white food, I enjoyed it—the taste was exceptionally good.
