17/06/2025: The place is in the center of Bologna and it is the perfect restaurant to stop for a typical dish after the long walks around Bologna. The waiters were very nice and the food arrived almost immediately and it was hot and you could taste that it was fresh food. I will definitely come back ps. the only "negative" note is the size of the place (very small and little outdoor space), but you can overlook that

Well-cooked dishes with excellent raw materials but poor and listless service (never the same employee, no presentation or offer of dishes). Overall, a very, very overrated place.

28/04/2025: Dopo la visita a Rocchetta Mattei siamo venuti a pranzo dove avevamo precedentemente prenotato, tutto molto buono e un rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente, la titolare gentilissima, una persona innamorata del suo territorio ma in conflitto con le amministrazioni locali, ci sarebbero altre attrazioni per fare un giro in zona ma rimangono chiuse per questo o quel motivo. Spero che prima o poi la accontentano. Da tornarci.

01/05/2025: We came to Marisa and Riccardo by chance eighteen years ago. Fall in love from the first moment. Never done a review before because we're not used to it, but how can we avoid it? Every year, at least a couple of times, we organize our holidays to carve out a few hours/days of immersive experience in this bucolic place where simplicity and authenticity reign. I don't know how else to describe the goodness of the pasta made by them, with their ingredients, with their fillings... a meltability of times gone by... I know it seems like the usual review. But the discriminating point is there and can be understood from the number of km that separate us and which we tackle every time at a good pace knowing the paradise that awaits us: Monterenzio (Bolognese hills) - Casarano (deep Salento)... 880 km... UNCOMPARABLE

29/06/2025: Ecco il testo corretto in italiano: --- Come dice l’amico Carlino: “lì si mangia bene”, ed effettivamente è vero. Peccato solo per la temperatura troppo alta nella veranda. In ogni caso, servizio veloce e molto professionale. Un 10 e lode alla figlia del gestore! Nulla da lamentare, a parte i paccheri: con un sugo ai porcini davvero buono, avrei preferito della pasta fatta in casa. Il piatto sarebbe stato al top. In ogni caso, ci tornerò. Ampio parcheggio…

18/06/2025: I only visited the restaurant, so my review is only about the food experience. The atmosphere is very nice and positive, with lively service, many waiters going around the tables offering dishes to try. There is no real menu, but a sort of selection of the day from which you can choose what to try, even combining multiple tastings. During my visit there were numerous appetizers, three first courses, three second courses and various desserts to choose from. Many dishes were really good, some a little less memorable, but overall the experience was pleasant. The citrus risotto was particularly good. The price is perhaps a little high, but still acceptable.

14/06/2025: We went to Satyricon on Wednesday evening (I recommend booking) friendly and professional staff, nice location (even if it's a bit dark inside). Excellent food.

09/06/2025: Modern venue and pleasantly informal atmosphere. Kind, helpful staff, very attentive to customer needs. The highlight is definitely the meat, of excellent quality and cooked in an excellent way. It should be noted that the choice of meat is made together with their expert, who has proven to be very competent and prepared and very willing to explain the various types and advise based on the personal tastes of the customers. Prices in line with the quality of the raw material and the service offered. In conclusion, if you want to taste excellent meat prepared in an excellent way, this is the right place. No comments on the other courses, not having tried them. Absolutely recommended.

11/07/2025: This is a pizza place you will never forget. This is the place where I ate pizza every single day while staying in Bologna. I personally thought it was better than Neapolitan pizza.

29/06/2025: The pizza is thin, far from the typical Neapolitan pizza with a leavened crust, but it is good and light which is never bad in the summer, the products are of good quality and the summer garden is very well-kept, definitely recommended

10/07/2025: If you visit Parma, dont miss the Enoteca Tabarro in the historic center! It's what you need to first, enjoy excellent local wines (and this is French who writes this!) plus the delicious Prosciutto di Parma and cheese. The partners at Tabarro are kind and happy to share their passion for wine. It's all about pleasure and culture. On top, the music is just as good as the light dishes and the glorious wines!!
