29/03/2026: The atmosphere is very rustic and pleasant. The food quality, however, has deteriorated. The meat was still raw and brought to the table chopped into small pieces. The torteloni were good, but the rest could be improved, with little seasoning and small portions. The desserts were good. He didn't count the bill, but instead quoted a flat rate, which was high for what we ate. The service was slow, most likely because it's a large place with few staff.
19/03/2026: For these places, I like to use one adjective: honest.
Cà Rossa is a place where you can breathe authenticity and honest cuisine.
Here you'll find Modena folklore combined with home cooking.
Lots of people have passed through this place, including many famous people.
One detail that struck me...: The glasses are wine glasses because here the host probably wants you to only drink wine!
Stop by, it's worth the trip!!
I forgot... Finally another place where you can have lunch at a reasonable price!

14/04/2026: Small but excellent. Top-notch service. Delicious food. We pointed to the menu boards to see what we wanted. Our expectations were exceeded. Very tasty and high quality! The language barrier was no obstacle. They understood us immediately.

12/04/2026: We had already ordered takeout a couple of weeks ago and we liked it... but in that moment we were won over by the sense of "good" hospitality, a bit like when you go to visit an old acquaintance... The other evening we went there and it fully confirmed that feeling... in fact... I would underline that it felt like going to visit old friends... the atmosphere was serene.

11/04/2026: Wide selection of options to choose from. We had a margarita & spicy salami pizza which were both great. We paid less than 10€ per pizza which is a super good value of money.
The staff was nice, the restaurant was clean, good spacing of the tables.
Highly recommend if in the area & I would come again!! 🍕

The welcome was warm and sincere, the kind that makes you feel immediately at home. Lunch was excellent: carefully prepared dishes, authentic flavors, and a quality evident in every detail. There's a genuine atmosphere, where tradition and passion meet.
But what made this experience truly unique was the after-lunch experience: amidst smiles and conviviality, we had the pleasure of playing accordion and cello with dear Elio. A spontaneous moment, full of emotion, that transformed a simple lunch into a precious memory.
A wonderful day, filled with good food, music, and wonderful people.
A place truly worth returning to.

The owners are truly courteous and welcoming, and the waiters are always very professional and on-point. I highly recommend everyone to try it—you'll be back again and again!

Everything was really excellent.
08/03/2026: A truly beautiful and welcoming restaurant, with extremely kind and attentive staff. We went for lunch and started with an appetizer of cold cuts accompanied by gnocco fritto: simply delicious. The gnocco fritto was light and delicious, and the cold cuts were also excellent.
Moving on to the first courses, we ate really well: generous portions, authentic flavors, and dishes prepared with great care.
A very positive experience that made us feel at ease from start to finish. We'll definitely be back!

It was a Saturday night with a cheerful group of 15 people, so we ordered a variety of drinks, plenty of beer, and a bit of a rowdy atmosphere. The staff, who never lost their smile, even stayed a bit late. Kudos to all the staff who looked after us with patience and kindness. Thank you so much!
