I'm giving it a 5 because there's no 6. They said they had the best carbonara in Rimini. They were wrong. It's the best carbonara in Italy, and it comes in two versions. I also recommend the seafood version. Great service. Kudos to the waiter serving outside, and be warned... it might be difficult without a sense of humor.

If you're in Rimini and can't resist a good fillet steak, you have to come to this restaurant. I love eating meat, but it has to be top-quality and treated properly. Chi Burdlaz offers it in many ways, all using premium cuts. Yesterday I had the lightly smoked Angus carpaccio with balsamic vinegar: EXCELLENT! Specialty: homemade pickled vegetables in oil: definitely worth a try.

Excellent. Fantastic staff, excellent food, and a truly lovely atmosphere. We had dinner with some colleagues and were absolutely delighted. We ordered appetizers and main courses based on the waiter's recommendation. An excellent choice.

What can I say... Luca is simply fantastic, super knowledgeable and always ready to advise. Compliments! The grilled vegetables are out of this world. The fillet is super delicious. A welcoming, relaxing place with attention to detail. I love it and recommend it.

07/04/2026: Easter dinner, as always, the food didn't disappoint. Fresh and plentiful fish, with prices in line with the quality. The restaurant was busy, but the service was efficient and fast. They're renovating the adjacent parking area.
06/04/2026: What can I say? We had lunch in this wonderful place. The guys were very knowledgeable and the food was delicious. We had lunch outside in the sun, a spectacle. Congratulations, we hope to return soon.
