23/04/2025: Locale elegante ma non sfarzoso. Servizio veloce e professionale attento. Rapidità nell'arrivo dei piatti. Pesce eccellente, sia le cozze che le grigliate, ben cucinate e con buona varietà. Si esce soddisfatti. Domani sera si prova la pizza, che ha un bell'aspetto.

22/04/2025: Cena di sabato pre-Pasquale. Locale pienissimo, ma i coperti sono veramente tanti. Abbiamo mangiato alla carta, anche se sono presenti diversi menù degustazione. Piatti abbondanti e di qualità. Servizio veloce e personale simpatico e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Prezzi bassi, rispetto ai locali del centro. Il parcheggio comodo di fianco al locale era già pieno, ma si trova ugualmente nelle vie adiacenti.

10/03/2025: Servizio pessimo La signora non voleva far pagare con carta poi ha incominciato a dire solo con ordini a partire da 5 euro Ciambella durissima si vede che era vecchia Da denuncia .Nel 2025 anche per 2/3 euro tu devi far utilizzare il POS .

26/07/2025: On our way back from vacation, we stopped in unfamiliar with the place and without a reservation, and they welcomed us kindly. The four of us ate heartily and without spending a fortune; the food was good and the portions generous. We had a great time.

20/06/2025: We went for lunch, but apparently… if you are not a regular customer, you are not taken into consideration. We all order the same dish, so there was not much margin for justified waiting or margin for confusion.. and yet! The dish arrives for one of us, after more than 10 minutes three more dishes arrive, and after another 5 the last dish. We practically ate staggered, furthermore there is no attention to the customer: they do not bring the plate for the fish fragments (spaghetti with clams), nor ask if everything is okay or if they need something… the service is not very welcoming and kind. The place is ventilated by some floor fans, but if you are not nearby, the environment is quite hot. Medium-high prices, especially if it has to leave something to be desired like this.

31/07/2025: A laid-back place, perfect for a lunch break. The food is good and the dishes are simple. The service is very friendly.

20/06/2025: Very nice location for weddings and civil unions. Good quality aperitif and dinner. Possibility to make music, sing and dance. Nice park (watch out for mosquitoes) and ample parking.

26/07/2025: Rooms i am not sure i only visit the restaurant. Food is exceptional. My favorite one in the area. Service is always fantastic too.

11/06/2025: To be avoided. Racist incidents among employees. I was in this place yesterday, around 5 pm, there weren't many people. I asked for two beers and the person who was at the cash register called a colleague/employee addressing him in this way: "Hey Bedouin come and get the receipt because I don't feel like it".

15/08/2025: I gave a gift certificate (for two dinners) to this restaurant, which I'd visited several times and always found to be excellent. The owner, Rossella (Rosa Lafronza), also always seemed very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, three months after the gift, the restaurant closed permanently, and upon my request, Rossella very hastily informed me that she couldn't refund the certificate in any way, given the closure; not even privately. Clearly, some doubts arise, given the proximity of the voucher and the closure. It would have been more appropriate not to provide the vouchers, in my opinion, or to advise people to use them as soon as possible. Instead, the money (€80) was taken, without giving them the opportunity to use it and without even offering a private refund. It's a shame, the experience ruins a fond memory of a special restaurant and a seemingly honest person.

24/03/2025: Credo che questo locale sia sottovalutato forse a causa dei prezzi troppo alti un pasticciotto 5 € è follia o un semplice caffe leccese a 3 €. I piatti sono ben preparati con ottimi ingredienti. Ma la vera "perla" sono le combinazioni che finalmente non sono BANALI. Ho trovato locali dove la parola Salento veniva associato a polpo e buratta dove le combinazioni erano le più disperate solo per attirare l'occhio sul menù. Qui tutto questo non accade è già solo questo è un punto in più. Rivedrei il menù perché a mio avviso è un po' povero di piatti e rivedrei un po' i prezzi. Ma per il resto io ci tornerei.

17/08/2025: Group lunch for about 20 people, during the Three Lakes Trail. Two tables for 10 had been reserved, but we were in different rooms, for some reason. The lunch was a fixed menu. The typical appetizer was pleasant. Next up was testaroli (nothing exceptional) or lasagna. The main course (sautéed) was saltimbocca alla romana or eggplant parmigiana. Dessert was panna cotta (a bit runny) or fiordilatte gelato with an industrial-strength topping. Water, wine (one carafe for many people), and coffee. Let's just say that for €35, you usually get better food in the Apennines. It's nice that I didn't order a main course, so I got a small discount. The decor is stuck in the '80s, but that's the least of our problems; we weren't expecting anything different.

19/06/2025: *Perfect evening with friends!* We went to the restaurant *La Sonrisa* in Poviglio for a dinner with friends and it was a truly pleasant experience. We chose fish and were impressed by the *quality and freshness* of the dishes: authentic flavors, generous portions and excellent presentation. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for enjoying an evening with friends. Kind and attentive service, without ever being intrusive. A *legendary* place where you eat well and feel at home. Highly recommended!
