27/06/2025: Dopo una splendida passeggiata al Giardino Alpino del Monte di Pietra Corva, ci siamo fermate a Il Molino per cena, accompagnate dai nostri cani. Prima di entrare abbiamo chiesto se fossero ammessi e ci è stato confermato di sì. Fin qui tutto bene, finché, appena accompagnate al tavolo, senza neppure il tempo di sederci, abbiamo sentito il (presunto) proprietario pronunciare ad alta voce: “sti ca**o di cani di mer*a”. Siamo rimaste sinceramente perplesse, anche perché i nostri cani – di taglia medio-grande – sono rimasti sdraiati sotto il tavolo per tutta la durata della cena, senza abbaiare né arrecare alcun disturbo. La cameriera, al contrario, è stata molto gentile ed educata. Abbiamo ordinato la pizza, che si è rivelata buona, con prezzi più bassi rispetto alla media della zona. Purtroppo, durante tutta la cena, il (presunto) proprietario ha continuato a passare tra i tavoli borbottando, imprecando e bestemmiando. Non è stato chiaro se ce l’avesse ancora con la presenza dei cani o se fosse semplicemente il suo modo di fare, ma il risultato è stato un’atmosfera spiacevole e tesa. Un vero peccato, perché la qualità del cibo e il servizio della cameriera meritavano una valutazione più alta. Ma l’accoglienza e il rispetto dei clienti (e dei loro animali, se accettati) fanno parte dell’esperienza complessiva.

13/07/2025: After an hour of waiting, four out of five pizzas arrived. The fifth never arrived because we decided to get up and go pay. The pizzas were badly topped (even with the wrong ingredients) and undercooked. When it came time to get the bill, we pointed this out to the owner, who didn't even apologize; instead, he told us they'd had problems, and that can happen. Everyone in the dining room was complaining.

13/07/2025: I've always had a good experience at this place, but last night the experience was terrible... endless waiting time, lost and inexperienced waiters, no apologies for the poor service... well, a really bad experience.

09/07/2025: Unfortunately, it's not like it used to be. When my dad ran it, it was a whole different story. We had tagliatelle with mushrooms, a trio of soups, super-salty caramels, unsalted tortelloni, and tortelloni with 4 cheeses. The trio they used to make is nothing close to the ones they make today, a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, and two grappas. Once upon a time, the trio of soups for two came in a generous baking dish. Now, a small plate with the trio for two arrived, which was very small. I'm sorry to say that after so many years of going there, we will never go back. For the amount of food we ate, €60 is really a lot.

28/06/2025: I came to this restaurant with my family. The atmosphere was very welcoming and the outside was nice, the food was not bad either but the only problems were the service and the timing. All the pizzas arrived separated from each other and we were unable to eat them all together due to the distance between them. Furthermore, one of those present (vegetarian) had asked, if possible, to prepare a calzone without sauce and mozzarella with grilled vegetables inside... apart from the dirty looks directed at us by the waitress, the calzone arrived and inside there was ham. I then went personally to report the mistake receiving dirty looks from the same waitress who had taken the order. The dish was then remade and then presented more than partially burned without having delivered an apology for the inconvenience. I think that, even if this had not happened, a smile towards us customers would not cost much given that hospitality and respect are very important not only in a restaurant, but also in life.

21/04/2025: We had the pizza brought home, we took an American pizza which we appreciated very much, it's a shame about the times which always leave something to be desired, punctuality is not always impeccable, but the important thing is that the pizza is good!!! I can't judge the environment because we never went.

29/05/2025: Very nice location. The owner very kind and helpful. The €8 appetizers, although tasty, were poor in portions. First courses and second courses of meat were instead proportionate to expectations and the price indicated on the menu. When booking we had indicated the request for vegetarian dishes that at the time of ordering were almost absent. Prices slightly above average but overall satisfactory experience.

08/07/2025: My favorite restaurant for truffles and mushrooms. This time, too, I was not disappointed at lunch to celebrate my husband's birthday. Mixed crostini for one with plenty of truffles and porcini mushrooms. Next came the delicious tagliatelle covered in truffles. Then the fried egg with lots of truffles and a side of fried porcini mushrooms. Too full for dessert, we splurged on a generous helping of truffles.

17/05/2025: You can't pay 6 euros for a gratin of vegetables with a tomato of number and a slice of eggplant. Burnt meat and potatoes brought to the table 15 minutes before everything else. The grilled food cost 18 euros on the menu, I go to look at the receipt and they charged me 20. It's absolutely not worth it, I strongly advise against it.
