01/04/2025: A must-visit for aperitifs. Excellent selection of wines by the glass or bottle, both French and Italian. They serve delicious appetizers and even focaccia for a bite to eat. The owner is excellent at managing all his customers with warmth and expertise. Bravo!

21/05/2025: Nice little busy coffee shop. Very friendly owner and staff. Good selection of sweet and savory snacks. Lots of outdoor and indoor seating available. This place is very popular among students from the nearby technical school.

02/06/2025: Unbeatable both as a business lunch and as a romantic dinner in the area, refined dishes prepared in an excellent way, not at all predictable, courteous and attentive service. Business lunch at a super price and dinner in line with the quality service. If you want to eat dishes that are not predictable, this is the place for you! Recommended.

29/07/2025: I can't review the food and ambiance, as they're unfamiliar to me, but I'll give a piece of advice to the servers/owners: don't tell a potential customer to come back in 15 minutes if you know you won't be seating them. And don't try to ignore them when they return after 15 minutes, hoping they'll leave without asking. It's bad. It's better to say we're full tonight, so they can move on and immediately look for an available table at another restaurant.

27/07/2025: We were passing through Bologna at noon and decided to exit the highway for lunch. We called at 12:00 to make a reservation for 12:15, and luckily there was still room. Tortelli with butter and sage, lasagna, roast beef with potatoes and sautéed chicory, and the lemon and rosemary sorbet was truly special. Everything was delicious, home-cooked food, and the service was impeccable. We'll be back if we have the opportunity.

13/07/2025: Fausto Pizza has been in business for over 20 years, and in recent years has added vegan options with Beyond Meat, a burger, a meatball sandwich, various round pizzas, and appetizers. Everything, especially the sandwiches, is well-prepared and makes this place a must-visit during my stay in Bellaria.

13/07/2025: I'm celiac (I go to the emergency room with very little, even mild contamination) and I've been eating here for a year without ever having any problems! The owners are very friendly and willing to understand their customers' concerns and don't take risks if something doesn't suit them! Now I only get pizza (and occasionally sandwiches) here.

15/06/2025: Ottimo locale che propone una cucina di montagna rivisitata in maniera non banale, con qualche spezia e condimento di tipo orientale. Porzioni robuste e servizio gentile. Interessante qualificare i 2 euro per il cestino del pane e la caraffa di acqua, alimenti base che giustificano degnamente l'abitudine solo italiana del coperto.

18/05/2025: Una giovane e amabilissima coppia toscana ha attraversato il crinale appenninico scegliendo la Valle delle Tagliole, smagliante di verde, per metter su casa e bottega. E che bottega! Un locale delizioso, dotato anche di diverse camere per trascorrervi la notte del dopocena o programmare escursioni negli incantevoli dintorni. Già, ma parliamo della cena: primi sfiziosi, amorevolmente elaborati 'in casa', carni sontuose, dagli stracotti (compreso l'imperdibile Peposo) ad una fiorentina di rara golosità. La carta dei vini propone etichette intriganti, con qualche sorprendente e curiosa rarità, come i vini d'alta quota della vicina "Terra dei lontani". E non è un ossimoro. Una vera perla, insomma, a prezzi correttissimi.

03/07/2025: Per una sosta ma anche per business è molto comodo all’uscita dell’autostrada di Imola. Ambiente moderno e funzionale, offre vari piatti di carne e pesce ben fatti ed a prezzi onesti. Servizio veloce.

26/06/2025: We really enjoyed our meal and night at this hotel. We had two connecting rooms, and with three children, it worked out very well. Very friendly service at both reception and the restaurant. It's also located next to the highway, with free parking. So, it's a great location for a stopover.

12/06/2025: Ottimo pranzo, ci siamo stati per un pranzo aziendale. Cibo ottimo e località perfetta per chi ama la montagna. Ci tornerei assolutamente anche per conto mio. A solo un’ora da Modena praticamente, lo consiglio molto!

08/07/2025: After a couple of failed attempts because the place was sold out, this time for Sunday lunch I booked five days in advance... no problem. The place, an old farmhouse under the Panaro riverbank; don't expect a renovation in the style of some Star Wars film; the trattoria is deliberately what it seems, fortunately in this case. Let's get to the food; 6/7 first courses and as many second courses, and 2 buffets, one for appetizers that is then replaced by a dessert buffet. From what we tasted, the verdict is largely positive; the duck ragù is excellent, and especially the stew...outstanding!!! Or, if you prefer, "from another era." Finally, the list of local wines, from the Sorbara area. With a few gems for connoisseurs of homemade bottles without additives and with the classic "lees." Part of the negative aspect is the noise in the dining room when it's full; That's why I promised myself I'd return in the summer when we can eat outside and try the two famous buffets. Service can be a bit slow when the place is fully booked, but don't worry; eating on a farm isn't something you get every day these days.

01/06/2025: I ate an amazing piadina crudo mozzarella e pomodoro. I can't give an opinion on the rest because I didn't try it, but if that's how it goes, I would probably have been satisfied. So 5 stars on trust. The location is on the highway. Pros and cons. On the other hand, if it hadn't been here, I certainly would never have found it

20/07/2025: Ci siamo capitati per caso ed è stata una gran fortuna... atmosfera e cucina casalinga sembra di essere a pranzo dalla nonna porzioni abbondanti e personale molto cordiale, bello anche l'arredamento stile come una volta riporta a ricordi dell'infanzia... se avremo occasione ci torneremo sicuramente
