22/07/2025: Yes, the location is beautiful, but the dishes are decidedly expensive and offer poor value for money. Besides being expensive, the meat dishes are served without bread or piadina. They bring it upon request (after the meal) and add it to your bill.

08/10/2025: My family and I stopped by Bologna on drive south and water to try the classic tagliatelle al ragu or tagliatelle bolognese. We stumbled on this place and ordered the tagliatelle al ragu, tagliolino nero con le sarde (tagliolino with squid ink and sardines) as well as lasagne al ragu. All three dishes were excellent and I'm glad we stopped by this place.

If you find them on the menu, I recommend the agnolotti stuffed with gorgonzola and red radicchio. 🤤 The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is classic, like a tavern. 12/10/2025: Beautiful restaurant. We stumbled upon it on a Sunday by chance, but it was wonderful. The food is excellent, everything from fish to pasta and meat. We were served by a waitress named Grazia, who was exceptional to say the least! When I ordered sea bass to share with my daughter, she cleaned it and divided it, giving me the portion for my daughter without any bones (this had never happened to me at any other restaurant). She was extremely kind and helpful, really, nothing to complain about. The food and service were excellent, and the location was also very convenient, just steps from the sea. We'll definitely be back!

18/10/2025: Went to celebrate a wedding anniversary. The rustic place is very charming and welcoming. They make you feel at home, especially Martina. The food is exceptional, fresh, and truly high-quality. We had fried polenta with truffle-infused Parmesan fondue, gratinated tortellini alla parmigiana, hand-chopped beef with vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, and lemon, venison in the woods, and a dessert, pear, ricotta, salted caramel, and dark chocolate chips. Competent, friendly, and helpful service. The price is a little above average, but well-deserved. Recommended

15/06/2025: Ottimo locale che propone una cucina di montagna rivisitata in maniera non banale, con qualche spezia e condimento di tipo orientale. Porzioni robuste e servizio gentile. Interessante qualificare i 2 euro per il cestino del pane e la caraffa di acqua, alimenti base che giustificano degnamente l'abitudine solo italiana del coperto.

18/05/2025: Una giovane e amabilissima coppia toscana ha attraversato il crinale appenninico scegliendo la Valle delle Tagliole, smagliante di verde, per metter su casa e bottega. E che bottega! Un locale delizioso, dotato anche di diverse camere per trascorrervi la notte del dopocena o programmare escursioni negli incantevoli dintorni. Già, ma parliamo della cena: primi sfiziosi, amorevolmente elaborati 'in casa', carni sontuose, dagli stracotti (compreso l'imperdibile Peposo) ad una fiorentina di rara golosità. La carta dei vini propone etichette intriganti, con qualche sorprendente e curiosa rarità, come i vini d'alta quota della vicina "Terra dei lontani". E non è un ossimoro. Una vera perla, insomma, a prezzi correttissimi.

04/10/2025: Feels like home: we stumbled upon this place by chance, after a mishap, and it completely changed our evening. You feel right at home, the food is excellent (the black tortellini are the best), and the service is excellent. Highly recommended!

20/10/2025: The negative service experience certainly isn't attributable to the waiters, but rather to the long wait for the main course. We arrived at the restaurant around 1:00 PM: The first courses were served almost immediately, while the second courses didn't arrive until around 3:10 PM, despite two reminders within two hours. I understand the confusion and appreciate the apology, but it certainly wasn't a pleasant experience, especially since we had a return flight to Sicily and had to cancel our plans before our departure. I certainly recommend the restaurant, but I also advise the restaurant owners to reserve fewer seats so as to accommodate the needs of the dining room without causing disruption to their customers.

20/10/2025: The atmosphere is great, the service is excellent, the food is delicious, the lasagna is subpar, I didn't like the cutlet, the desserts are good. The price is right.
