22/09/2025: Great potential ruined by arrogance. Terrible welcome. The bathroom at the bar (paid 1 euro per person) was already filthy at 11:00 AM. "Yes, Signò, we still have to clean it." Tables were dilapidated, no firewood, barbecues full of cobwebs, and rusty grills. The response was, "Oh well, Signò, they clean them when you light the fire." The meat (very good, in fact, the only star in the review) was ordered with great difficulty due to a lack of communication and responses, as was the table reservation, for which I'm still waiting for confirmation. The sausages, however, were spicy, and we hadn't been notified. The response was, "It's not chemical stuff, Signò," "but no one likes them," "sorry, Signò." We thanked them for the freebie and took them home; we'll give them as a gift. The bathrooms are disgusting. No paper, no sanitation, and haven't been cleaned in a while. For the kids, there are a couple of dilapidated swings. When we left, they wanted to charge us more for the coffee than we'd paid in the morning. This led to an unpleasant argument with the same kind lady, who was nothing kind, and perhaps not even like a kind lady. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else; the aforementioned lady said she'll be closing soon 😅

31/03/2026: We were greeted and served with great kindness and courtesy. The food was very good and the price was fair. I recommend it.

23/03/2026: Negative The €25 menu gradually increases the price. The waiter invites you to try something during your stay, and when you don't have the menu in front of you, you can't see the prices. The €25 fixed menu is a scam.

18/05/2025: Unfortunately my experience at this place was not the best 😩. The food did not meet expectations, both in terms of taste and quality. The service also left much to be desired 👎 the staff was not particularly attentive or welcoming. I'm sorry, but I don't think I'll be back.

25/11/2025: A very simple but quiet rest area, fenced off with a concrete base. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We visited Limatola Castle, and Dario drove us there and back with his own vehicle free of charge. Highly recommended, thank you very much.

19/11/2025: We went on Sunday. The owner was very rude. Only one waiter in the dining room. The food was small and of poor quality. They tell you one thing on the phone, but up close you have another bad experience. Don't go.

14/02/2026: I can't give 0 stars, otherwise I would have. Rude owners. When you're in an environment where you're in contact with the public, you need courtesy and kindness. There's only one word: rudeness. It's not even like we were at the Royal Palace of Caserta. Besides the rudeness, the place is still 50 years old and the food is poor quality. Learn to be polite and buy better ingredients.

01/01/2026: An extremely disappointing and unprofessionally handled experience. Beyond the mediocre quality of the dishes, what truly left me speechless was an episode that demonstrated a complete lack of customer service. I had simply asked to replace the fish menu with a meat menu, a completely normal request and easily manageable in any organized restaurant. The response? A curt and annoyed "these things should be communicated at the time of booking," spoken in a tone that said I was asking for some kind of favor. No attempt to find a solution, no availability, no courtesy. Just rigidity and rudeness. To make matters worse, the staff showed no interest in seeking an alternative or understanding my needs. It almost seemed like I was bothering them. In a restaurant that calls itself professional, such an attitude is unacceptable. Flexibility and respect for the customer should be the foundation, not an optional extra. Between the poor service, arrogant responses, and total lack of attention, this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a pizzeria/restaurant. I certainly won't be returning, and I can't recommend it to anyone.
