A beautiful Sunday. The restaurant is very well-maintained, the staff is extremely kind—attentive and discreet; the cuisine, while traditional, has been revisited by the in-house chef.

A welcoming place with meticulous attention to detail, the food quality is exceptional. The only negative is the arrogance of one waitress, who wasn't at all polite. The rest of the waiters were very knowledgeable and friendly... I'd suggest you rethink the staff, otherwise you'll lose customers, which is a shame. I work with customers myself, and I understand it can be stressful, but everything has its limits.
