23/03/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questo locale dopo aver fatto il sentiero dei limoni. Abbiamo preso un hamburger di bufale e una parmigiana di melanzane, tutto veramente buonissimo! La mozzarella ci è piaciuta così tanto che ci siamo fermati a comprala per riportarla a casa Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. Prezzi abbastanza cari, ma in costiera mi sembra la norma

I am also sorry that today the raw ham I purchased - which already goes for almost 50 euros per kg - was marked up twice and I therefore paid almost 10 euros (5 x 2) per 100 g. I believe, however, that in this case it was an unwanted oversight on the trader's part and which I personally only became aware of later.

29/03/2025: After many years of wandering around the splendid Naples, I have eaten many pizzas in various more or less well-known pizzerias. Nothing and no pizza beats this one. Without mincing words, delicious, light pizzas, made to rise in their own time, excellent pizza chefs, what about the owner? The welcome is always wonderful, a true Neapolitan woman, with a kindness and courtesy that are rarely seen now, I was with my partner and our child and she was very kind and even gave him a sweet. Fixed stop in the heart of Naples for those who want to stay in peace and eat a real pizza. See you soon !

01/03/2025: Last night I had dinner at "La Notizia" and I had the pleasure of observing something that, in our sector, is becoming increasingly rare: an owner who lives the room. Enzo Coccia was not closed in an office or hidden behind the scenes, but between the tables, talking to customers, advising, managing the times and dynamics of the service. In today's catering world, between intense digitalisation and increasingly rigid protocols, there is a risk of losing that human component that can make the real difference. Don't get us wrong: the waiter must be a professional and the service must work like clockwork. But when the owner puts his face to it, creates a relationship, transmits trust, the customer perceives it, and the perception becomes value. A value which, inevitably, also translates into a higher average batting rate. Nothing to say about the product, the level is indisputable. But the truth is that you can work with the best San Marzano, you can manage the dough with perfect maturation, but if behind the scenes it has no soul, the final result suffers. Chapeau.

I often came to make a sandwich for lunch and sometimes I also came to buy a snack, I was never disappointed. The prices are accessible but not excellent, the quality is not bad at all, congratulations for the beautiful reality.

28/12/2024: Percorrendo l'autostrada A2, ho deciso di uscire a Battipaglia per mangiare qualcosa di buono e, lasciandomi consigliare da TripAdvisor, sono capitato in questo ristorante che dall'esterno sembra senza anima e con poche aspettative. Tavoli minimal e cucina a vista. In breve tempi mi è stata servita una buona pelata di cozze, tempi lunghi invece per il promo, linguine al ragù di polipo. Che dire, veramente ottimo, apprezzatissimo. La titolare, che serve ai tavoli, affabile e simpatica, sa ben supportate e coadiuvare il marito che sta in cucina. Prezzi onestiasimi. Mi sono ripromesso di ritornarci e ci ritornerò, ma per un pranzo completo, sicuro che ne varrà la pena.

The dinner was delicious, zucchini alla scapece, aubergines in oil, mozzarella and raw ham, aubergine parmigiana.. and then the local tradition mallone.. Broccoli leaves with boiled potatoes.. Very good... We had a tagliatella with porcini mushrooms very abundant and very good.. A tagliata and pork in a bread crust very good... A millefoglie decomposed good this too... The lady was very kind.. It is difficult to find so much kindness when you are in new places. The rooms very quiet, clean and peaceful. There is air conditioning so it was great. The breakfast was homemade, already prepared by the lady.. Very abundant and very good. We will definitely return

17/10/2024: Honestly, it's overrated. I flew to Morocco and they gave me an outdoor table The service is a little slow, especially since there are no customers. I ordered eggplant with cheese, which was great, but it took a quarter of an hour Then I waited a quarter of an hour for the ravioli with meat. It was good, but the white sauce had a strange taste I see that it is Manto and does not need this crowding and the prices are double the other stores I won't have fun again 👋
