21/03/2025: Good food but not much, service not very good, environment not good.

09/03/2025: I had the pleasure of having lunch with a friend of mine in this restaurant we found by chance and we were very impressed by the quality of the service. In particular, the waiter who assisted us was extremely helpful and attentive and was also able to recommend the best dishes, always with a sincere smile which made the experience even more pleasant. Delicious food of course :)

15/03/2025: The cuisine is mainly based on fish, fresh and of excellent quality. The fried foods are also worth trying. And the desserts. Variety on the menu, but without too many divergences from Neapolitan and Cilento tradition. In short, everything to try and enjoy with satisfaction. Linguine with san pietro or lobster, amberjack and tagliogne acqua pazza or baked, but also cod pie, fiorelli stuffed with ricotta, paccheri sword and aubergines, spaghetti with clams, pasta, beans and seafood... to finish with baba or pastiera. I've never tried its pizzas because it would be too banal given the temptations on the menu. Absolutely reasonable cost, when compared to the quality. Simple but attentive service. Nello is incomparable! Always kind, present and prompt, lots of ideas in the kitchen. Personally, I've always been going there. If it had the view it would be too perfect, but you can't have everything. People mainly go to restaurants to eat well, and at Nello's you eat really well.

01/04/2025: In una posizione comodissima abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante piccolo ,a accogliente. C'è stato un po' da attendere perchè i tavoli sono pochi ma ne è valsa la pena. Primi di pesce e frittura ottimi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

29/03/2025: Beautiful restaurant, very quick service and probably the best pizza I have ever had. Lovely limoncello with many options - I would recommend the lemon cream. The experience was topped off by a beautiful cat to keep me company as I enjoyed my pizza.

Immersa nel verde, la location offre un'atmosfera intima e rilassante, perfetta per celebrare un’occasione così importante. Il menù di pesce che ho selezionato ha superato ogni aspettativa: piatti freschissimi, cucinati con maestria e sapori bilanciati che hanno conquistato tutti i nostri ospiti. La carta dei vini, ampia e variegata, ha offerto numerose opzioni in grado di esaltare al meglio ogni portata. Il servizio, impeccabile e cordiale, ha reso l'esperienza ancor più speciale, senza alcun intoppo. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff Varanalle per aver contribuito a rendere questo giorno davvero indimenticabile.

22/02/2025: Posto perfetto per il pranzo del sabato o della domenica. Tagliere di salumi, formaggio di ottima qualità. Primo piatto molto particolare con pasta fatta in casa. Come secondo abbiamo mangiato un cosciotto di agnello delicatissimo con salsa allo zafferano.

09/01/2025: Ci sono stato alla vigilia dell’Epifania. Bel locale, di tendenza. Ottima musica e bell’ambiente, frequentato per lo più da venti/trentenni. Interno molto curato con numerosissime etichette tra vini, liquori e distillati. Cocktail molto ben fatti e personale molto cortese. Prezzo nella media per Sorrento.

07/11/2024: Location in a side street, very friendly and attentive service, plenty of choice on the menu and daily specials, I've had dinner here several times, good portion size, quality of the food is mostly very good (unfortunately this drops off a bit outside of the high season), value for money consistent

27/10/2024: Che dire una garanzia x chi vuol mangiare piatti a base di pesce . Ho mangiato piu’ di una volta in questo locale e ho mangiato sempre bene.( peccato che non ganno più gli gnocchi al cartoccio che piacevano tanto a mio figlio) per il resto , antipasti ottomi e la spigola di mare buonissima, consiglio vivamente ( pressi al disopra alla media)

Special thanks to the director who was not only professional and very capable but also very human. He was a friend. The staff were perfect not to mention the excellent food, plentiful. 09/12/2024: Beautiful panorama. I'm going there today for a wedding and everything was great. The only two things are that there were no boxes to take surplus food = a lot of waste. And then too bad there were few vegetables.
